He gave him 2 options for appointments, specifically either Monday or Tuesday of the following week. When he was finished, I asked for an appointment, and he flipped through his appointment book and said there would not be an appointment available for months and months. This was curious as the customer before me got 2 options of appointments for the next week. I wonder if the difference was race based. I was able to get an appointment at another shop and do not recommend this place if you are not a white person.

I have always felt like they have gone the extra mile to ensure that things are cared for efficiently and effectively. I know that they have have fit me in when they were already tightly scheduled, and I have never had a repair wherein something was left undone. Their pricing is competitive for both parts and labor, and it feels good knowing that my money is going to people who share this community with me. On the few occasions where they have been unable to book me promptly -- which have been rare, but stand as a testament to the quality of their work and the enthusiasm of their clientele -- they have made a point of letting me know exactly who they would trust with the work if I need it done in a hurry. Even so, except in one case where it was an emergency, I told them I was willing to wait the additional week or more to get my car in with them because of the bond of trust they had built. I was really surprised to realize that I had never left them a Yelp review, and thought I should rectify that today. Legitimately the best shop I have ever worked with, and only the shop run in the small town I grew up in has ever come close to this level of personalized quality and service.
