This was a year ago, I didn't get a chance to until recently. I wanted to check out Sweet Mango's showroom which happens to be at The Pineapple Patio. From what I read, they do pop up events at The Pineapple Patio. The location of The Pineapple Patio is on South King St. right after the pet hospital and Central Pacific Bank. Stay on your far left lane as South King St. is one way. Make a left when you see State Farm Insurance. What I dislike about this place is the parking lot. Parking is very limited and very tight. I had a hard time parking my vehicle and hard time getting out. Once you find parking, you hit the buzzer for your pop up business and someone will come down to open the glass door for you. Walk up the stairs and you will see all the different vendors. During my visit to The Pineapple Patio, I had to pick up my son and was in a rush. I didn't get to browse around to the other vendors. What caught my eyes were all the plant and succulent across of the Sweet Mango's showroom, I wanted to check it out but had to leave right after. I will check it out when I have more time. Sweet Mango's products and showroom is so neat and organized. I loved the pineapple design prints on most of the merchandise, it is so nice and colorful. I had to get a pineapple print Turkish towel in green for me and a towel for my mom for Mother's day. Besides Sweet Mango Hawaii, some of the Vendors at the event were Tidepool Love, Kahulale'a, Aloha Dreamboard, and The Writing Desk. I read that it is best to check Instagram/social media's Pineapple Patio page for the upcoming events. What a great idea and great place to get your shopping done!

Look for the pineapple sign on the left side of King Street. There are about 10 parking stalls underneath the patio and street parking on King Street. This place is used for small start up businesses such as clothing and jewelry. It's a good place to have pop up events on the open patio or in their room. Another thing that I'm thinking about is possibly holding a bridal shower here in the future. Looks like a perfect venue to rent out and cater food at. (Not necessary to get catering, but definitely an option) They also rent out their furniture and plants that they have showcased around the patio. Super cute place and hope to be back soon!

It was Shift Cultures first event and it was a success. There were women ed owned businesses and they offered treatments so we women can own our inner Goddess! This house comes with 5 bed rooms, one of them has 2 full beds, all others have king beds. We so enjoyed being on this side of the island, we usually stay in Ko'Olina. It's very close to night life, shopping and famous beaches. The view is spectacular...anytime of day! Definitely a gem.

This one is located in the salt lake area and the name is Oahu Veterans Center the other off sand island is the Disabled Veterans Center. We were surprised when we got there it has a park and large parking area. The hall is air conditioned and the hall was clean with large restrooms located outside of the hall. They brought in their own food and pupu and they had shave ice, pop corn, cotton candy, pork hash and full bar! Restroom was clean and handicap accessible.

After much discussion this is the venue decided and can see why with lots of free parking on site and the rooms are very spacious as well with about 20+ tables for close to 200+ occupancy it was nice and spacious along with Photo Booth and buffet setting, stage for the MC and slide show fit all perfectly. There was also a bouncy house for the kids outside is a nice touch. I had a great time and liked this venue it's so nice though with a full house did get quite hot, cheers to the Class of 2025! I like that there is a coffee shop connected where I can always re-up my caffeine intake in the afternoon without needing to pack up. The vibes are good here. We had set up the bar with floating candle vases on either side of the bar, which were moved by the bartenders when we came down from the ceremony. We specifically asked if they would be providing a cute menu and the owner said yes. The drink menus were a basic word document with our drink names in Arial font and did not have any correlation to our theme at all. Our 2 signature drinks were a specialty lemon drop martini and a Paloma. The Palomas were not made right and felt unbalanced even after we provided feedback to try to correct it. The first few martinis were served without lemon juice and so I had to clarify the recipe with the bartender. I think I'm a better bartender that can taste and can make adjustments to make sure I'm serving the best drinks I can which is highly disappointing as we paid for "professional bartenders". Overall, I think they put minimal effort into the presentation and they did not serve great drinks. I would not recommend them. I would recommend hiring Elise from Honolulu Bartending Company as she was our bartender for another event and she was a dream and went above and beyond for us.
