I really am not understanding why there are bad reviews . I used Panther Self Storage from February 2020 to October 2021 and had a great experience. Yes prices increased twice, but that happens. The price is cheap compare to other storages in Reno. You get a free lock for your unit. There's a free moving van for you to use. She can help you find a mover if you ever need one. Location is good, super secure, fastidiously clean. I also appreciated that there is 24 hour access. Costs and policies were clearly explained and reasonable. Moving supplies for purchase on-site is convenient. All the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. The use of the moving truck was a big help. Panther self storage is a joke. They're prices are too for the small storage they provide. The owner, while more amicable to deal with than the manager, is rude and has the "i could care less attitude." The manager, well, let's just say i have nothing nice to say about her. God forbid anyone has a deceased relative renting a unit from them because cleaning out the storage unit of a deceased relative is the biggest farce you'll have to deal.with in your life. They make you wait 40 days after the decease date and require a court ordered document stating you're allowed to clear out the unit or a small claims affidavit. Furthermore, they require all sorts of documentation that even most places of business don't even require proof of when dealing with a deceased relative. Worst place to do business ever. This place is the most unprofessional storage unit i have ever had the displeasure of doing service with. read more

Since I flamed another joint, I thought I'd write one on this place. They treated me really great. They actually gave me a refund when I wasn't going to ask for one!!!! I only rented for 1 1/2 months and decided to close out w/ them right before I went on vacation. I figured they'd realize I'd emptied things out, and that would be that. I'd planned to call them from vacation but forgot. When I got back home, I realized they'd charged my debit card for the month. I was bummed but figured it was my mistake. A few days later a check showed up in the mail. Clearly, they simply aren't out to shaft anyone. Sweet, eh! Plus, they lady that ran the front desk was as nice as she could possibly be. I was in the middle of a breakup when I first walked in the place and didn't want to talk to anyone... She was cool. read more

Great place, location and people. We have been part of the Stor All community for over 8 years and would not go anywhere else. Always treated with respect and they are always willing to go the extra mile for anyone. Cold water and popcorn on a hot day, units are clean, stable and secure, love the 24 hour access and I refer everyone I know and looking for storage here. Excellent!!!! read more

I've had nothing but good experiences here! The staff is friendly and helpful and when times were tough several years ago they were accommodating and understanding. I still have a storage unit there. I feel safe when accessing the place after hours and during business hours I've always been welcomed by the helpful staff. On one occasion they even helped us sweep when we were moving some things around. Easy access off 395 or Virginia Street. Highly recommend! read more

The Manager is rude and doesn't listen because he thinks he is always right, not the customer.

Service was great. I really didn't know anything about self storage options like what size I needed but the manager was super helpful and guided me. Three months later I'm still happy with my service! I can access my unit 24/7 and I feel like the place is secure. read more

Truck driver was unsafe. Was very rude. He drove in the fast lane at 60mph (should be driving in the slow lane) and when I passed him, he flipped me off and continued to do so when holding his cell phone. Will never use that storage facility read more

Horrible Frustrating service. Pat is the only reasonable person to deal with here. I don't even want to go into the BS I've dealt with, just to say I had a HORRIBLE experience. Even now that I'm out of there my prorated refund check for the month I moved out I don't have 2 months later!! And I call to figure things out and it's continued grief!!! UGGHHH read more

I have been at this place for only a few months. I have had nothing but trouble with the staff . The gate codes system is a joke . My code works when It wants . I had to change it twice since I moved in . Last night it wouldn't work . So I tried the original code that never worked and guess what it worked ! So in my attempts I called the office and left a message. I got a call back from the rude employee. And yes I now think both the part time and full time office employees are condescending. They act like their helping you but just being rude . I have family in the self storage industry and this is not how you do things . And yes if I lived near my family I'd use their facilities. I asked to speak to the manager but was told their not in . So then I asked what hours they will be there .... " Monday thru Friday " did I ask the days ? No I said hours I'm not stupid to think they are there during a Sunday . Do not rent here . Bad idea . I will be looking for another storage . read more
