Let's be honest, if you need a tow truck, you probably aren't having the best day. That said, customer service and kindness go a long way to make that persons day a little bit better. My car took a dump on me a few days ago. Frustrating and annoying. After taking to a mechanic and learning potential issues, I knew I had to get my car down to a specialist for the issue, so worked through my insurance for a tow truck. They paired me with Pantusa, and I'm so happy. He arrived on time, early actually (10 minutes before ETA). Was professional, quick with loading (appreciated as it was raining), and so kind. Easy conversation in the truck on the way to the next auto shop. When we arrived, we walked in to find out where to drop the car. They told me that it would be 4-6 weeks until they could even look at my car. I was flabbergasted as yesterday when I spoke to them I was told it would be within a few days. I asked if he had another job as I didn't want to leave my car there and knew I'd be towing again as I was not waiting 4-6 weeks. In minutes he gave me options to work with insurance and set it up so he could take my car to a different location. Thank so much, I wish I got your name to call you out specifically. I pray I don't need a tow truck in the near or distant future, but would use the folks again if I needed to. read more

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I would rate ZERO! They caused $3500 with of damage when my car slipped off tier tether and crashed into a tree. They made us pay for that tow and refused to pay damages. They refused all of our calls and emails in an effort to get reimbursed. Our insurance company is still in subrogation with them a year later trying to recover the loss. read more

PantUSA was great! My battery died in my driveway so I called AARP roadside for pick up the next day between 8:30-9:30am. At 6:45 am I got a text that he was 20 minutes away. Then got another when he was 5 minutes away and when he arrived. I know he was early but I did not mind. My car was in the shop in 20 minutes and I will have it back later today. Literally the worst tow company in Nashville. My insurance assigned them to my tow at 5pm, the high end of their quote was 120 mins (2hours). 7:10 comes I call them for an update on ETA, they said the tow truck assigned to my tow had a flat and it would be another hour and a half. I don't understand why not call customers to inform them of such changes. I wait another hour and a half, called them, just to be told another hour. I called for a tow back to my home through my insurance company's roadside assistance because my car had a sudden electrical failure where it would not start and the gauges went haywire before the car went completely "dark". When the driver arrived, he insisted on putting a "jump box" on the battery. I declined, told him I wanted to show him a video of the way the gauges had been going nuts. He rudely and angrily said "I don't need to see a video" and insisted on doing the jump box. I said "no, i need you to see this video first. This is not acting like a dead battery". He cut me off and said "F*ck you, I'm not doing this call". Got in his truck and drove away. He was hired to tow my car safely home, he's not a mechanic. Ive had a car where the computer was damaged from improper use of a "jump box" by a roadside assistance contractor. I had valid reasons to be hesitant. In any case, being cursed at and refused service simply for wanting to show him a 5 second video that demonstrated exactly what the symptoms were is no reason to be cursed at and stranded by this driver with anger issues. I had the check engine light come on in my car and the car manual said to pull over and turn off the engine. I did that in the 90 weather and called my insurance company. They immediately notified me that Pantusa towing would be coming to tow my vehicle in the next 120-150 minutes. I called at the 2 hour point and the lady said she couldn't tell me when they would be to my location. I then called at the 2 1/2 hour point and the man who answered said it would be another 90 minutes and I could call my insurance company back if I didn't like it. I wish I could give them zero stars. I order a towing service through my insurance. The insurance gave the wrong address and when the towing company called aka Donna Davis. I quickly told her I was on the main road and had to move. I was literally standing on the a busy street trying to wave her down. I called her repeatedly and no answer. When she finally decided to move closer to me. She rolled down her window said your service was canceled since you are one street over and left me on the side on road. This was after waiting two and half hours for them to come which was odd since they are located in Franklin and I'm in Brentwood. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Insurance used this company and after 3 hours sitting in a parking lot after being rear ended I still haven't been towed. No updates until I called and even then they said the tow truck was "in the area." Then told "there was complications with drop off prior to yours." Had a bent rim and blown tire on a rainy day. I used Tesla Roadside Assistance and they sent out a truck from Pantusa. Arrived exactly on time, which was about an hour. My location was about 50 minutes away from town, so that's probably the shortest wait time physically possible, very impressed. I expected some grumpy dude in a sketchy old rig to pick me up because Ive had some bad experiences with other tow companies before. Mark pulled up in a very well equipped, clean flatbed truck and immediately got to work. He carefully got the car up as to not scrape the front bumper lip which is much appreciated. Dropped me and my car off at the Tesla Service Center and the unloading process was just as smooth. Very nice dude, and will definitely go for Pantusa by name the next time I ever need a tow. read more

My 2018 Malibu transmission went out. Called my insurance to have it towed since I have the coverage. They partnered with Pantusa to pick up the car and tow it to dealership. I got confirmation @12:54 that they would be 90-120 minutes. Which was fine because I managed to slow roll it with the hazard lights on to my house(car wouldn't go over 20mph), so all they had to do was tow it from my house to the dealership. It's now 6:18pm and they still have not showed. Now just imagine if I had waited on the side of the road smh. To top it off the dealership maintenance dept is closed(6pm) and won't open till Tuesday of next week with it being a holiday weekend and them deciding Friday would be a good day to give everyone off before the holiday. So maybe a week till I know what is exactly wrong with my car all while having no car at all. read more
