So personally, I am a big pad Thai connoisseur lol so in regards to taste this location hit it on the head I prefer a thicker noodle, but this was still good I also had the shrimp spring rolls. Those were really delicious and I love the plate selection that they had for each meal. My Husband had the fried duck and he enjoyed that meal immensely. For drinks, we had Thai iced coffee, which was definitely needed, but also really sweet not overly sweet and delicious and I did get the caffeine boost that I was after The servers at this restaurant were definitely nice and accommodating in regards to needing extra anything and definitely checked in to see if we needed anything else and kept our cups full This is a really cute restaurant. I honestly didn't think much walking in, but wow--this has to be some of the most delicious Thai food I've had in a really long time. Total never judge a book by its cover moment (I only even took a photo of the entrance because we were too busy eating). The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced--flavorful without being overly sweet, which is hard to find. I had the Khao Soi with chicken and it was incredible: the right mix of savory, a touch of sweetness, and just enough spice to keep it interesting. FOOD: Panang curry w/ beef was delicious and so flavorful. Pineapple chicken rice was good. I don't even like soup, but the Tom Kha Kai is the soup made with coconut, lemon grass, mushroom was out of this world!!! All the food here was authentic and perfectly flavored. I'm in Miami & checked out Panya Thai. This is for sure a great Thai restaurant. The workers were friendly & did a fine job. I often order Panang Chicken Curry at Thai restaurants & did it here once again. I dare say this was one of the best I've had. I could tell they had added a small amount of ginger to the sauce, & for Panang curry that is unusual. Let me just say it worked & my food was excellent. My only dissatisfaction was the price. Maybe it's a Miami thing, lol. Back home this dish is usually 12-15 dollars. Here it was $21. Otherwise all was excellent. read more

I had been here once but it was a very long time ago. This little cute Thai place is in a small shopping center, sharing the location with another restaurant, but I don't know what it is next door. When we arrived, there was a line of people. I was going to leave but the badass Hostess told us she would take care of us and seated us right away. The menus arrived but we already kind of knew what we wanted. For starters, we ordered the Tom Kha Kai. A coconut soup, with sliced chicken and lemongrass - absolutely delicious! Our second appetizer was the BBq chicken satay, with peanut sauce. The gently spiced chicken and bright, tangy peanut sauce are a great combination. This appetizer is savory & sweet. For entrées we ordered the Chicken massaman curry, which I forgot to take a picture of but I do have a pic of the menu showing the price and picturing the item. Finally, we ordered the chicken Pad Thai. Everything came out immediately after ordering and was nice and hot. For dessert, I wanted the mango sticky rice but it's not in season, so we didn't get any dessert, this time. Our hostess/server was amazing! She really was great. I feel like the Thai food here is more 'authentic' when compared to other Thai places, but there is a disconnect when considering the price to quality ratio. Regardless, I would still try other menu items from here if I am craving Thai food as it is the closest Thai place to me. I ordered the Red Curry with chicken and the Poh Tak. The red curry was awesome, albeit a tad bit on the sweeter side. The veggies had a great texture and were not mushy at all. The Poh Tak is a seafood soup that is very fragrant with notes of lemongrass, kafir lime leaves, and galangal. I would only get this if you're trying to be a little adventurous and deviate from the normal Thai curry fair, as it can be an acquired taste. We were looking for Asian food in the area and found this place on 167th street in North Miami Beach. From the outside you can't really tell what type of place this is but once you get in you get a nice Thai vibe with beautiful decoration. We were there around 4pm on a Monday so didn't expect it to be busy but there were still around 3 other tables while we were there. We ordered tofu and beef soups and shared a Pad Thai. The soups were really good, a little small but tasty. The pork Pad Thai was OK but a little greasy. Service was really good, the food came out really quick and the staff was really nice. This place is amazing! I had heard so much about it and am so glad I finally decided to come. We came on a Sunday around 12pm and were the first people there but it quickly filled up after us. Has that perfect balance between sour, spicy, sweet and is made with ground meat and ultra thin rice noodles. The pad ka prow with ground chicken over rice with fried egg also stellar. Salads (larb and nam sod) delicious as well. Would warn those ordering nam sod that the meat to onion ratio strongly favors onions. For dessert, pumpkin custard is scrumptious. The decor is lovely. Service was very good. It doesn't say so on the menu, but each lunch order came with a small salad with peanut dressing. It was good. Plus it was served quite soon after ordering, so no one went hungry waiting for their entrees. The main plates came with the choice of your preferred level of spiciness. We had their squid red curry done medium, their chicken red curry done mild, and a shrimp pad Thai. The curries came with some white rice on the side. Everyone liked their choices. Delicious thai food. The Thai iced tea was the perfect level of sweet to bitter. We had the spring rolls and papaya salad to start. The spring rolls were crispy but the sauce was bland. The green curry was great and bright with the pineapple. I asked for the red curry medium spicy and it was PERFECT. There was lots of tofu and snow peas in the red curry it was a great ratio of sauce to mix ins. The pad thai had lots of flavor but was a bit sweet for my liking of pad Thai. I've heard so many things about this place but it's very disappointing. Pad Thai tastes like dark soy sauce. It's overpowering and gives a bad aftertaste when you put too much. Yen ta fo is bland. Tom zap tastes like their beef noodle which convinced me that they used beef parts from Noodle soup pot but forgot to make it tastes like Tom Zap. It is not spicy or sour like Tom Zap supposed to taste like. Som Tum also doesn't taste like som tum. The only good dish we got it Krapow with beef. Fresh roll also doesn't taste like what we have had in Thailand but I'm not sure what's wrong with it. The service is so-so. The ambiance is like other normal Thai restaurant. read more

I didn't expect the noodles to be so thin and tiny and it tastes a bit bland. The lunch deals start around $10+. We also ordered the crispy duck which is $25 and it just tasted like overcooked duck, it was hard to eat and the flavor was not there for me. We ordered basil sauce with the crispy duck. This place is a gem and one of the best authentic Thai restaurants in SoFlo. They have all the classic dishes that you'll find like the Pad Thai, the Pad See Ew noodles and the curry dishes, but they also have a very extensive menu beyond that. Most notable are some of their mouth-watering soups. I've tried their Boat Noodle Soup and Tom Sab among others and they're both excellent. I've also tried beef jerky, papaya salad and Pad Ped Pla Dook, or spicy catfish filet. All very good. There isn't a dish that I haven't liked here and there are so many more to try. Nothing but elevated and authentic flavors coming from this kitchen. One thing to note is the spicy levels here. They're very spicy like in Thailand. We've ordered a mild, which was actually very spicy. But, maybe this is because I was with Thai company. And I'd also suggest coming here with a Thai friend if you have one.
