Unfortunately, this is still the most disappointing $150 I've ever spent on a haircut. Almost a year later, no one from the salon reached out to apologize or offer to make things right. I gained a bunch of weight and after a bunch of sleepless nights I let myself go a little bit. I went to go get my hair done with my usual hair lady.
