As good as I remembered it. The Dartmouth locations closed a few years back and, for some reason, we just never got over the bridge to Fairhaven to order this stuff. We always loved it, and I just had a hankering for it, so I ordered four pies and some Mozz sticks for the family. The Rustic cheese pizza is still one of the best pies around, and the little ones loved the Mac and Cheese Buffalo pizza. My oldest and his girlfriend shared the Southwest and dug it. For me, it's all about the Italian sausage and ricotta, though. Damn! So good, and a million times better than Dominos and Piezonis and all those other chain places. This stuff tastes like real homemade pizza because it IS. And the nostalgia vibes...takes me back to the countless birthday parties I went to as a kid. I love this place! read more

I have a claim with yelp because I ordered a Papa Gino's pizza costing $34.00 plus a tip and never received the pizza or a response from either Yelp or Fairhaven Papa Gino's. I live in town and order from these guys often. They seldom make mistakes and understand what "well done" should mean. Among these wild times of 2020, I am glad to see their pizza has only gotten better; I got takeout from there tonight and the place was immaculate and quiet. You call there for your pizza to be delivered and they give you an estimated time for delivery it's never delivered at the time they tell you it is always late and top it off it arrived warm if your lucky It arrived or lukewarm has arrived cold Forget about getting it delivered my suggestion is to get it picked up read more

Sighs.. Well I knew it would bite me in the rear but I ended up goin to papa Gino's in Fairhaven , ma again even after a few bad experiences. My family and I decided to try the "ALL YOU CAN EAT" which we have never done. Well it started out smoothly since the 3 of us got our pizza slices within about 10 minutes or so and that's where the good service ended. Once we went up to get a 2nd helping which was (2) pasta dishes and bread sticks. 30 minutes went by and we complained about the wait (it was not busy) they say 1 more minute. 5 minutes goes by and guess what all they made was 1 pasta dish so I was like wtf where the other pasta and breadsticks so they apologize. (35 minutes and they made 1 penne dish) they tell them to finish the order I wait another 10 min and they tell me no breadsticks I'm again like wtf and then has the nerve to say did you get your other pasta dish yet I'm like NO so another 10 min goes by and I finally get it. Undercooked pasta with barely no pasta sauce. Now I'm pissed. So I say just give us more pizza slices then which took another 15 minutes so all in all we were there for 1.5 hrs and all we ate was 2 slices of pizza each and losing our appetites so we boxed up the food as soon as it came to the table. I saw the girl who took our order keep telling the cooks about our food they just didn't seem to care and when I told her to tell her manager we are upset and how long we have waited and guess what no manager even came to our table to speak with us. Seems like such a scam all you can eat NOT QUITE because they make you wait so long that you don't want to eat you just want to leave. Considering we were the only customers when we arrived there we were shocked at the service. Funny enough they had about 8 employee working. It's no wonder no one else was there eating the all you can eat I bet everyone else learned their lesson and now I've learned mine. The service will never change. Customer service sucks. The managers must be leading by example with showing how they don't care either when a customer is having a bad dining experience. Previous review of 2 Stars has dropped this one to 1 star for consistent dissatisfaction. 1 positive the pizza tasted good. The pasta sucked the service sucked. read more

It has been a while since I've enjoyed some Papa Ginos breadsticks. Today, I got a small order of them with extra cheese. The woman who took my order, cashed me out, and also made my order, was very nice! I was thinking to myself "Wow, she has great customer service skills." As I was waiting for my order, I heard how the staff interacted with one another and they were so nice and worked as a team! 10/10 recommend! The staff at this location is awesome, they are always kind and courteous, i placed an order and substituted the protein, not thinking there would be a difference in price or a better way to order and save money. Well 5 mins after I placed my order a team member kindly called me to inform me that I could save 5 dollars by changing the way I placed my order. In this day an age where any person can slither into a fast food retail outlet and make 16 bucks right off the bat but doesn't give a crap about the job or the customer it's nice to know that this team does.. I hope more people go here give their business to a team that wants to succeed with the economy the way it is it's nice to save a few that kid could have just ignored the order and never said a word but he didn't. why? his parents raised him right and his boss trained him right exactly what society is missing morals and customer service skills. read more
