Sorry to see you go, but after two very poor experiences, we won't order again. Last time, it took an hour and a half to get our (then quite cold) pizza and our wings were lost to the winds. This time, the driver got lost again but called so things were still warm. We even got our wings, but the pizza was terribly thrown together and had the wrong toppings. I ordered online so there could be no miscommunication, yet the label was printed with the offending ingredients. Black olives were left off and substituted with PINEAPPLE. Really? Pineapple? I order from here a lot. And I can tell when they are in a rush. I always order: well done, with light cheese and half jalapeños. It's rarely right and this time was made in less than half my estimated delivery time which makes me feel it was rushed. It is barely cooked hence it's pale color despite my directions for it to be well done. Cheese is the most expensive topping. Why so much when I said light? And when I say light cheese please leave the same amount of sauce. I've had to start ordering sides of sauce because you do light sauce every time when I actually want less cheese! Ordered on the app and called the store after the tracking still showed "making" after 45 minutes. I was told that the app should have showed 75 minutes for pickup, versus 45-55. They were able to get my pizzas in the oven right after I called, so total wait was about an hour and 15 minutes. Great pizza place if you don't need dinner for awhile. I recently moved to Cabot from areas without Papa John's Pizza locations. I haven't eaten it in about 11 years (give or take). All I have to say, is it definitely not the same pizza as before! Ordered pizza and wings for delivery. Driver went to the wrong town. I got a text asking for directions, and when he finally got here, the food was cold. We paid $48.05 for food we had to microwave. The driver said it took so long because he had to get authorization to deliver to a different address. The driver showed me the DoorDash ticket, and it had the wrong town on it. My PapaJohn's profile was correct, and we have had many deliveries here in the past. Someone must have dropped the ball when they transcribed the address. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed in this location. didn't answer the 20+ calls of mine nor anyone else's calls we assumed were closed after placing an order through the app only for it to arrive 1 1/2 hours later because of their lack of communication. i want to say thank u to my delivery driver gg for being an AMAZING person and so kind and understanding that after the wait i drove to jacksonville and no longer wanted the pizza from cabot because i got one from papa johns in jacksonville. Even the jacksonville location assumed they were closed because SO many people called them asking about it because it was over an hour and it still said preparing. i understand being busy but there's no reason to not answers multiple calls within the hours. Pizza is delicious, delivery is fast and pricing is pretty good. I have been ordering pizza delivered to my home for 4 years and they have never been late. The only other pizza that delivers to my home is Marco's and their pizza is terrible. I gave this place 4 stars only because their app doesn't recognize my address but if I use the full website it sees my house no problem. Also Papa John really needs to think about offering pasta. Walked in and placed order for 1 pizza. 50 minutes later it was finally ready. Manager was not acting very managerial - checking on orders, checking with staff on who needed help and with what, pointing out what needed to be done, .... I didn't recognize him as a person "in charge" until he was summoned when my husband asked to see the manager. read more

Tonight I called Papa Johns in Cabot, Arkansas to place an order for delivery. I asked about the specials and was told they had "2 large pizzas for 12.00" I placed my order for 2 large pizza one with pepperoni and the other for pepperoni and sausage. I was told the total was $12.00. I was aware that someone new was being trained as he was repeating everything to a third person in the background. Seventy-three minutes later I called back to check on the above order. I was told it was lost and sorry for the inconvenience. I realize these things happen and tried to place the order again. "Sorry ma'am that special is only 12.00 per pizza and doesn't include both". I then asked to speak to the manager. I was informed "Well sorry, we have a new employee and cannot honor that special". What finally did it for me was that 1. The pizza was NEVER delivered, 2. When I did call to check on it they were just like "Sorry--nothing we can do" No specials, no discount NO CARE FACTOR (Even from a manager) I have been in the service industry for over 8 years and know this is insufficient. Therefore, reluctantly I placed the order with Domino's.
