It did not smell pleasant in there and the floors throughout the entire restaurant were a little sticky. I was highly prepared for our food to come out and look like it had come out of the freezer. However, it was obvious that this food was homemade. And it was freaking delicious. I have not had crust like that since I was a child getting a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut back in the day. I normally order pizza and bread bites so I cannot say much for their other items but those two have a history of being overcooked over and over again. The pizza is also often not fully cut so it's harder to share without taking half of another slice. The bread bites often also have very little garlic or parm to them and tend to just be overcooked baked bread with a hint of garlic.

The folks who run it are super friendly, and take great care of me. I've tried a variety of dishes and have always been pleased. Today I had a seafood stew with shrimp and rice and a fried egg on top, it was fantastic!! Like nothing I've ever had before. The prices are excellent, especially for the quantity of food they give you.
