I called ChowNow (reluctantly after reading their website say to contact the restaurant directly). ChowNow called the restaurant to get a feel for the situation. The manager on duty expressed to chownow that I lied about receiving an incorrect order and they refused to refund the money or fix the order. Sadly I will not return to Niko's due to the unprofessionalism of the team.

However, the temperature in the restaurant had to be close to 65 degrees with the vents blowing cold air. My wife had to put on a heavy sweater and I had to go to the car for a jacket. The outside temp was only in the 70s so there was no need for such a cold temp inside. ALL of the windows inside were dripping with heavy condensation. It was extremely uncomfortable trying to enjoy the meal because you had to eat quickly before your food got cold. In the end, my hash browns tasted like they had just come from the freezer. When I asked the waitress about why it was so cold, she told us that they had little control, as the thermostat did not work and all they could use was a single switch that only allowed them to turn the system on or off. We may try again in the future but if the system has not been fixed, it will be a U-Turn at the door.
