What stood out most was Joe's kindness and genuine concern for making sure each person in our group had a pleasant experience. Despite our large group and numerous questions, he never seemed rushed or irritated. Instead, he treated us with respect, patience, and a cheerful attitude that made us feel valued as customers. In a world where excellent customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Joe reminded us how much a positive attitude and a caring spirit can brighten someone's day. Anyway, I settled for the chicken strip kid's meal & had to wait 10 minutes for the cashier and her friend in the car in front of me to finish their convo before I could pull up and pay. She rushed me MY order & I pulled off not realizing that my food was old and cold. The strips were hard as rocks and dry, and the fries were just cold. I had to rush back to the hospital to be with my boyfriend. So, I didn't even bother going back to complain. They may not "allow" refunds either, and I didn't want to have to act ugly.
