To make it worse, when my husband came home with the re-made pizza - one of them was STILL wrong. We didn't even call because we knew there was no point. We called Pizza Hut immediately to report the mistake and were left on hold for 20 minutes. When the employee finally returned, she took our information and offered to resend the pizza. Since our kids had already eaten the pizza as-is, we asked for a credit instead. We were placed on hold again for several more minutes. When she came back, she told us her manager approved a credit to our account. Fast forward two weeks later -- we called to use the credit and were told no credit existed. The person we spoke to said he was a manager and bluntly told us he "didn't have time for this." Mistakes happen, but poor communication, long hold times, broken promises, and dismissive management are unacceptable. We won't be ordering again.
