I had hoped this wasn't the norm, but after 4 separate orders like this, it is their new norm. I place orders via the web, never over the phone. So there shouldn't be a way to mess these up. But somehow it is managed each time. The newer online software is still very frustrating to place an order. You have to go to multiple screens for the toppings. No place to put notes, I like my pizza cut in square vs slice. Since their sauce is so sparse, I always order double sauce. Yet, when it comes, it's as if there is less than even normal sauce amounts on it. The outer edges and corners never have sauce, cheese, or even toppings. The rest of the pizza has less than normal amounts of sauce. This location used to be fantastic at making a pizza. A deal on a pizza doesn't mean skimp on the pizza. It should be made exactly how a fully priced pizza is. If it isn't, then stop running promotions. We as consumers are sick and tired of this. I'll miss you Marcos, because when you are making them how you used to, it was a pretty good pizza.

Our Yelp community in Indiana and Kentucky have really let us down. We went to four star places that were closer to 1.5 stars. So here we are in Georgia. We know that it's going to taste just like any other Pizza Hut we've ever been too. So we decided to not try and find a hidden gem and just get a meal that's affordable and tastes good. I used the app to order a pizza and I couldn't believe I remembered my password. I looked at my last order and it was from like 9 years ago. It has been a while since I used the app and it rocked. I picked a large two topping pizza for only $7.99. I ordered the thin and crispy with extra sauce, pepperoni and black olive. They had a new feature where you could add butter, garlic, herbs and parmesan cheese on to the crust for free. Yes please. The app said the pizza would take 10-20 minutes. I knew that Pizza Hut is usually really fast, so I literally walked in the front door at the 10 minute mark. The lady making the pizzas turned around with a boxed pizza and said, "Anthony!" I was like that's me. She then handed me the pizza. Wow are they fast. I still can't believe how fast the process was. Since we were eating at the hotel, I got plates, grated cheese, napkins and red pepper flakes. It was everything we needed to have a perfect picnic in our room. The pizza was really good. Honestly I have no idea how they do it. It was a fast process and we were able to have a quick dinner after driving on the road all day. Each time the order was perfectly correct, even the request to cut the slices in square cut vs pie shape. I always request extra sauce, and this was correct as well. The manager there each time was fully involved with assisting and training staff. The employees I engaged with were extremely nice and polite. The pizzas were ready at pickup time they said they would be. The location was very clean and tidy inside. Thank you Dominos, and your great staff especially.
