I came in tonight for a carry out order. The order was ready exactly when quoted (love Papa Track), but the real star here is the employees. Everyone is SO nice and the experience I had today will keep me coming back over and over. I wish I had gotten the young man's name that was working the register because he knows something about customer service! We need more people like him that just make you feel better about your day. Extremely rude night-shift. We tried to place an order, the money came out of the account but the order didn't go through. Tried it again, and the same thing happened, totaling $145. When my husband called and asked for help, the man he was trying to speak to hung up on him. So now he's on his way to place and pick up the order with cash, putting us out $200+ for PIZZA. Two weeks of abysmal service from this restaurant. Last saturday, I placed an order online at 8:30pm. The order was canceled by someone in the store. When I called to see why it was canceled, the staff told me that the were closed because they clean their ovens on Saturday night. The busiest night of the week and the first Saturday of college football. My wife then called in and placed an order over the phone. An associate took the order and we waited. After an hour we called back and they gave us the same excuse. On to this week. 5 o clock on a Saturday. I placed an order online. When it arrived the order was wrong. I called and asked to speak to a manager. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes before I hung up. This place has gone downhill and I will not be ordering from them again. It is ridiculous. read more

This is the only pizza place that delivers where i live. I appreciated that for awhile, but the past 6 months or so it's like EVERY.SINGLE.TIME we order, there's always an issue. One time our order got cancelled, no phone call no text, nothing. Just an email which for some reason went straight to my spam when their stuff usually doesn't. The next time, they closed early for cleaning, which is fine but my order had been in for an hour before i was informed of this, and it wasn't late or anything when i ordered. This time, i tried One more tine, and they're short staffed, okay understandable a lot of places are. But it's an hour and a half before closing, so you figure that's still time even being short staffed, but then they just asked if they could cancel, i explained this has happened multiple times and the answer was "ok". I told them to cancel and I'll go somewhere else. I get places are short staffed rn, but how many times is this going to happen? I won't order there again. The ONLY thing i really do like about the place is a couple of the delivery drivers are awesome. They were always so friendly when they did come out, i even had one offer to go back on his own time and get an item that was forgotten to which of course i assured him it was completely fine. When someone schedules a carry out for a specific time, that means it should be ready by that time...you literally have a ton of extra time to prepare for this since it's not made right then. Then when the customer is frustrated because they are now standing in your store for 20 minutes past this time, you don't give them a blank stare and say "I'm sorry" in a sarcastic I'm not really sorry tone. This store needs to get their crap together. Pretty sad that Little Caesar's in Jasper has better yelp ratings than Papa Johns, Pizza Hut and Dominos! We'll just start spending all our pizza purchases at Johnny's, Marcos or Little Caesar's I guess. This is the only pizza place that delivers to our house so our hands are tied. More often than not, the pizza doesn't arrive on time. Half the time, the pizza is cut lopsided or made 70/30 instead of 50/50. When I was in the store, I've seen the manager wipe her nose or push her hair back with her hand prior to touching food. Hopefully the oven baked off any potential germs. The timer on the app is not usually accurate so setting expectations or planning is difficult. We are thankful they updated the app to reflect the status of our order but what good is it if they don't give an estimated time before you click purchase? If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 pizzas and it took 2 1/2 hours to get the food. I live 5 minutes from the store. When I called after the first hour, they said the driver was stuck, after the second hour I called and they said that his car was broken down and the new pizza was headed my way and they were walking out the door with it... 30 minutes later it finally arrived COLD..... Everyone needs to watch the Jasper location. They are charging extra stuff on and not able to tell you what it is for. I ordered on line and after it was delivered they charged me $4.28 more...I was given the 888-275-7272 for online ordering customer service and they only seen where I was charged for what I ordered. The man on the phone said that he would put a ticket in and that I should get a call or email from the General Manager. Guess what I already spike to a person who said he was the GM for this location an his name was Shawn Kelly. He was very, very rude and raised his voice to me when I asked what the $4.28 was for. He only replied with you must have added something to the order. I responded with I think I would know if I called the store and added something to my order. I did not. He said oh well you need to call the online support people they have to tell what was the add on. I explained to him AGAIN I did this already and they don't see anything on my ordered other that the 1pizza I ordered. So beware everyone make sure you watch your charges cause someone is charging extra stuff and trying to give the runaround when caught. read more

I have been to this location numerous times. Usually there's a young lady working behind the counter. Today, however, there was a gentleman -kind of a big fella- working behind the counter. I gotta say, usually my pizza comes out looking kind of sloppy -burnt sauce on the crust- and today my pizza looked superb! Not only that, but it tasted so good!
