Meh - typical Italian/Greek order at the counter and sit down spot. I was expecting much more based on comments. My friend ordered an Italian sausage pizza, and I ordered the Gyro. There was only one other set of customers, so they made our orders straight away. The pizza looked hot and fresh, but my friend said the sausage was very bland. My euro was hot and the vegetables were fresh, but there was no tzatziki sauce on it and the little tub they served with It was more of a sample than a serving. It did not add much flavor to the Gyro. I am accustomed to having some feta cheese with it and did not notice that it was not on the menu - that would've made the sandwich much better. The french fries were very disappointing! Since there was only one other table, they should have been freshly prepared. Unfortunately, they were very cold and greasy to the point that I could not eat them. Had I not been my friends guest, I definitely would've sent them back. The bright spot was that the employees were very friendly, greeting us as we came in and left and the entire restaurant was very clean. I will come back if invited, but I doubt that I will come here on my own. read more

The food is amazing, fast service, and extremely reasonable. The ambiance, meh, however this place is awesome if you want quality food or something to go. It's not going to be like dining in Italy (we're nowhere near a coast), it's not a go to for a first date night, however it's a good quality place that is kid friendly. Chicken parm and baked ziti are my regular grabs, the pizza is enough to feed you for 2-3 days, and the desserts are amazing later that evening! read more

We have been here numerous times in the past two months. Never a bad meal. We've had gyro plates, meatball sandwiches, spaghetti and ziti. All fantastic. We've also had their pizza, both in house and take home for dinner after we had a good lunch. Pizza is very good! Only thing I would add is leave your Parmesan cheese on the table. I hate to wait for them to bring cheese when the pizza is nice and steaming hot. Or better yet, bring it with you when the pizza is brought out. All in all, a great place! read more

Food was wonderful. Great Italian and Greek food. We tried Calzones, fettuccine Alfredo, manicotti and my wife had a gyro. All were very good. They have homemade Greek desserts as well. Tried the Napoleon and was very tasty and light. Had the Chocolate Mouse Mousse. Great presentation and so chocolaty and light. Overall, wonderful place and great service. Really disappointed....we are local and have had Pappas pizza many times (10+)...tonight was a real let down...we always buy the Pappas Greek Special, but there wasn't anything special about this one tonight...toppings were sparse to say the least....I don't care for black olives but this is the one pizza that I will eat them on because in the past the flavors are balanced and the olives are not over powering...but, the rest of the pizza was sub-par....pepperoni and sausage were overcooked...cheese was minimal and crust was "soggy" ????? Don't know what happened but consistency and quality control seems to be lacking............don't know if we'll be back but we try to support our local businesses ....just wasn't good tonight read more

Where to start... the place should be called casa de pizza because of how spicy my food was. The pizza was atrocious. It was filled to the brim with garlic. It was the only thing I could taste. But the bread sticks barely had any flavor to them. The lady was nice, but she looked like she had an attitude. Also the place looked trashy. Looked like it was o block. The soda machines were right next to the kitchen. Made me feel like a 9-5 fool. Another thing, ants were crawling all around the table. That's disgusting. My wife loves pizza and heard Pappa's was good. We were there about a month ago and yes, the pizza was excellent. I'd go as far to say the pizza was on-par with Athens Pizza in Atlanta near Emory. It looks like this location must've been something else in a previous life. Nothing spectacular about the decor, but it's a pizza joint with a few other items like burgers and Italian dishes. Today they had a few Greek specials, but nothing that blew my skirt up like moussaka. And I go to Yeero Village for that. Fast-forward to today and I decided to try their baked eggplant. HUGE mistake, but I'll get to that. We were the first customers of the day and it's Easter Sunday, so you'd think they'd be ready. No ice in the self-service Coke fountain. No biggie - I can wait for them to bring ice out front. Sat down and about 10-15 minutes later, my wife's Greek salad arrives. My baked eggplant landed a few minutes later, but my wife's small pizza didn't arrive for a while - about 25-30 minutes after we ordered it. She had finished her salad and filled up on the included breadstick before the pizza ever arrived. We were the first customers, so I'm betting they just forgot about it until her salad went out. Oops. About the eggplant - the 5 or so slices were about 2 inches in diameter and 3/4" thick, covered with marinara, and Parmesan. You get a serving of spaghetti noodles on the same plate. This was without a doubt the worst marinara I've ever eaten, clearly canned and I wouldn't be surprised if the can said Chef Boyardee. In fact, the noodles had the same canned texture as the Chef's spaghetti. Absolutely the worst eggplant I've ever eaten. That eggplant should've leapt off the plate and ran while shrieking in fear when they poured the "marinara" on it. Then there's the service. The only person bringing food to the table was a petite woman who's appears to be about 13 months pregnant. Bless her heart, though. She's running around schlepping food to a now half-filled restaurant while another young girl (who could clearly use additional exercise) was leaning behind the counter doing nothing. Remember, I tipped $7.00 on a $36 order which you pay for when you order. You still have to get and refill your own drinks and today, I actually had to get up and get my own to-go boxes for leftovers. My wife only ate one slice of her pizza, so she needed a box. Not sure why I bothered boxing mine up since it will go straight into the trash when I get home. I probably boxed it up because it was $13.99 and I hate wasting food. I will make an exception today though. Go there for the pizza, but not for anything else. read more

Update. Went for second time for take out pizza. It was awful. Hardly any ingredients I ordered on it plus it was left in the oven too long. Cheese was brown. Crust was like a cracker. I won't be back. It's sad jasper has such so few choices when it comes to food. read more

My sweet son and daughter took me here for mother's day and we were all delighted! Me and my girl got a Hawaiian pizza to share which was absolutely delicious and my son got the chicken Alfredo which he said was awesome!! This little treasure is a must if you're in pickens!! So yummy!! read more
