I never try to be this person, but we were desperate for some pizza and walked in 30 minutes before closing. The staff was more than friendly and welcoming, and made sure that we didn't feel rushed even though they were already starting on their closing task lists. This was a beautiful day to go and visit Ozzy, an owner of this wonderful pizza place in a very unique building in Jasper, GA. The staff were decorating for Christmas while we waited for our meals to arrive so the wait staff were multitasking and still doing great service. We had appetizers and a pasta meal which was delicious followed with a dessert. Keep up the great job Ozzy and staff. We will be back for more. read more

Came in on a Saturday night, and the place was packed! My friend was playing some live music in this wonderful establishment, so naturally I had to check it out. We ordered some loaded fries, and they weren't as good as I had hoped. Honestly I was starving, so it was at least a good snack. When the pizza arrived, I see why they claim to have the best pizza in town. We got the Steak and Cheese pizza without cheddar. It was wonderful. Normally I like to request my pizza well done, and I had forgotten to do so but they still brought out a wonderfully crispy pizza that had an abundance of flavor. I'll for sure be back. We got to the restaurant around 8:00pm and went inside to the host to be seated outside. We were told to seat ourselves so we did with menus and waiting 10 mins before I went inside to mention we hadn't been seen yet. Cue 5 mins later out order is take for a medium pizza, fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, and garlic knots. It's now 8:43 and we haven't had our drinks refilled or the pizza out yet. We have received our appetizers which were good. While waiting for the rest of our food people have just been smoking cigarettes and playing corn hole next to us. 8:55 40 mins since placing the order our pizza arrived so soaked in grease it was floppy with no stiffness. I asked it to be removed from our bill and that we will pay for the appetizers. We had come once before but couldn't remember why it wasn't enjoyable and now I remember why. Finally walked out at 9:00. Feels like a wasted date night, won't be returning. read more

The food was so amazing, I can't believe how long I've been living without going here. Very happy to have finally found this gem. The vibes inside are so nice, very decent booth sizes and seating for bigger parties. This was pretty good pizza! We got a large pepperoni and a greek salad to go. The pizza was about a 7/10, good crust. I asked for the salad to come with lamb, and as we entered the restaurant to pick up our food, they first brought the salad to me without any meat on it at all. I kept standing there hoping that staff would come back so I could tell them, and then the young man who manned the bar realized exactly what happened and came back to make it right. Lamb on salad was pretty good, a little greasy, I give the dish a 7.5/10- would order again, maybe ask for more feta! Some of the staff had masks on, some did not, would have been great to see 100% of staff and folks walking around restaurant with masks. Unfortunately none of the patrons wore masks. Overall capacity in restaurant did not seem too unsafe, however at the bar there was not a single empty seat- seems a little unsafe. Overall, we would order from here again when we are in town visiting family, prices seem to be about average. We liked the outdoor seating area, it had cute lights! If we were to return we would probably try that out and have some drinks instead of ordering takeout. As we left we saw a couple get their food brought out curbside, but we didn't know that was an option. Definitely would have asked for that if we had known! read more

Food was really good. Had wings and a pizza. Pizza had plenty of toppings. Wings were tasty, I chose lemon pepper. Service on the other hand was totally lacking. Our server took my order for wings. Didn't see him again for quite awhile. I shouldn't say didn't "see" him as we saw him sitting and talking with the girls on staff. One girl brought us the wings and I told her I would like to order a pizza if she could send our server, she said she'll take order, and she did. Small town meets New York style pizza. I've had my fair share of pizza and this place definitely serves out amazing pizza. The crust is thin & crispy but not crumbly with quality toppings and the slices are huge as you'd expect of New York style pizza. After eating there twice, the first to-go and the second in restaurant, it didn't disappoint either time. My fave is the lasagna pizza (no, there's no noodles). That said, all pizzas my family has ordered thus far were amazing...Deluxe, Primavera, Pepperoni, & Cheese. I recently moved to the Jasper area and this will definitely be my go to pizza place. Great experience from order call in, to pick up, to delicious pizza consumption, in a local vineyard. On our way to a winery with an empty stomach seemed like the appropriate time to search for a nearby pizzeria. Local Yelpers suggested I Love NY Pizza, so we put a call in. The super friendly staff suggested the perfect size for two of us to enjoy with our wine. Made the quick two minute detour off the highway. Plenty of parking close by. Beautiful patio. Clean restroom. Friendly service. The best part? An awesome pizza loaded with just the right amount of fresh toppings. I can't think of anything they could have done any better! Okay so my second trip back and decided to take my wife. We went early to beat the crowd and forgot it is karaoke night. So we sat over by the bar away from the singing. There was 4 people sitting at the bar and let me tell ya. There was one guy that literally every other word was F***. We tried to block it out but an hour later it only got worse. The bar manager who is super nice just let him talk away even when the other ladies in the area were clearly uncomfortable. Then the bar manager began to tell a story of how the police were there and someone was going to get a gun. Come on lady keep your dirty laundry to yourself customers don't really wanna hear how you had to call the police and were threatened with a gun. Food took about 45 minutes with only 10 people in the place. Got the wings for an app. Crispy . Great flavor would get them again. I got the meatball Stromboli again. It was totally different from the first time. Half the size and the smashed the meatball (1) inside it not sliced ‍. When I asked she told me next time request what I want‍. My wife had the chicken Francies. Last time Togo it was amazing. This time i think they forgot the sauce, it tasted like egg battered chicken and no other flavor. Sorry guys won't get that again. The bar manager if super friendly to a fault. She like to talk and forgets to check and see if the food is done. I had to keep catching her eye to have her check. Y'all. We tried this on a whim. We're vacationing at Big Canoe, and after cooking in every night we needed to get OUT. Hiked early in the day and decided we wanted pizza. Walking in, I was doubting the decision. Hardly anyone was there (granted, it was 5:30 on a random Tuesday) and it sort of had the vibe that it might be a dive. Well, whatever it might look like it was AMAZING!! We had a great local craft beer on tap and my daughter ordered a side Caesar salad. When it came out and we saw the quality/tasted the dressing, we immediately ordered two more for my husband and myself. We frequent a local very nice upscale Italian restaurant at home (Nashville TN) and this Caesar was light years better than theirs. I was shocked. The lettuce was super fresh and crispy/cold. No old wimpy lettuce leftovers here. The dressing was so good, and they had shaved Parmesan on it. The pizza is legit. We had a cheese pizza and the "deluxe" with all the good stuff. I've had multiple pizzas in NYC and many many "New York" pizza joints all over. It was delicious!! Perfectly cooked! The crust wasn't a dry tasteless cracker like so many are, and the sauce was on point. Simple and fresh and thin tomato forward, not a bunch of over-seasoned thick stuff. (But they do have crushed red pepper, oregano and Parmesan in old-school shakers on the table if you want to embellish yours!) Felt like I was back in NYC biting into a fresh floppy slice after ducking into one of the street corner local spots. Toppings cut small and perfectly proportioned on the deluxe. Friendly service and beer was cold. Trust me you should stop by if you're in Jasper or driving through. We would definitely come back! read more

Absolutely LOVE this spot! Genuinely have never ordered anything I wasn't impressed with. My usual 'go-to' order is a pepperoni calzone with tomato, spinach, and garlic as well as the lemon pepper wings. I AM ADDICTED! The wings are a good size, crispy, and well tossed. I've also tried a couple of the hot subs, absolutely delicious. Honestly, this isn't somewhere I'd usually look to, or expect to have such amazing food, but they've made a problem out of me!!! The go-to place for pizza in Jasper. There's a Johnny's nearby, which has a good pie, but this place has personality, as well. We've been coming here since it opened and never had a bad experience. Both pizza and calzones/strombolis are always hot, fresh, and delicious. Ordered from the dinner menu, too, and have not been disappointed. Last night, we were in the mood for wings. Considered takeout from Zaxbys, but saw that NY had them on their menu. Dining room is opened, so we took a chance. While the wings weren't the biggest, they were done well and we got a generous portion - 12 wings for $13, with celery and blue cheese for dipping. Not a big selection of sauces - Buffalo style consisted only of mild or hot - hot was just mildly hot, but the sauce was just right. Sweet Chili sauce is a bit like a honey glaze, but very good as well. There were 2-3 others on the menu (including plain). Special kudos for the fries. Not typically what you'd order in a pizza place, but we got an order to go with the wings. These were just the way I think they should be: crispy on the outside and well-cone in the middle - not dried out like so many are. The seasoning tasted of BBQ chips and rosemary - really nice. They also have a fairly good beer list, too. Not extensive, but enough variety that you'll find something that goes well with your meal. During most of our visits, the owner can be seen roaming around the restaurant, stopping at each table to say hello and making sure that everything is OK. It's a great reason to head downtown - they're on a side street, easy to miss if you're passing through, but there's parking nearby and there's outdoor dining if the weather is nice. Garlic Knots & NY White Pizza for the win! 2 couple trekking across GA to Gainesville and we decided to stop for supper. Excellent!! The garlic knots for an appetizer is a solid choice. I highly recommend the NY White Pizza. Silky smooth ricotta with mozzarella! All of us loved it and said we wish we could get pizza like this at home in BG, KY. We also ordered the Hawaiian pizza and while it was good, it didn't have the sweet and savory combination that makes Hawaiian pizza excellent. Service was a little slow but, we enjoyed the live music, a keyboardist and vocalist who had a great repertoire of easy listening and love songs that kept us tapping our feet and occasionally singing along. Just finished eating lunch here. The service was awful! The food came in waves instead of all together. Had to ask for everything., plates etc. no anticipating of the needs. My family was visiting Big Canoe and we were looking for a pizza place- this was about 30 min away and well worth the drive. We had the garlic knots, fries, and jalapeno poppers for appetizers, and then shared a huge pizza. The food was GREAT. Service was stellar - super nice and friendly server and we met the owner too. We had a great time. I'll be honest, I'm from Chicago and being in such a rural area with so few dining options was a little scary (haha) but I would 100% recommend this place.
