Let me start by saying, I only came here tonight because it's the only pizza joint in the area with a drive thru. Pizza Hut usually isn't my favorite, but it gets the job done, so I had low expectations. I got a BBQ chicken stuffed crust pizza. It was cooked well, no complaints, exactly what I ordered. But that isn't what made me review this experience. The WINGS y'all, the WINGS. I used to work at this Pizza Hut back in the day and I would have the wings every now and again. They weren't great, but it was break from pizza and pasta. I don't know what they've done, but these wings tonight were so good I'd say they're better than Wing Stop and that's saying something. I'll be back at least once a week for my fix. They were perfectly sauced, the container keeps them from getting soggy, they were crispy and tender. I just can't say enough good things! It's undergoing some minor upgrades ti the facility but it doesn't make up for the poor customer service. Solo for dinner tonight, bad idea. I waited for a menu to order. When the server came back to take my order about specials, that were offered recently. She was clueless but went to ask. What she said sounded like the specials. I ordered. But what I got was not what I ordered and was told they were going to make another pizza like I ordered. I told them don't bother, I waited loner than expected. My dinner included a drink, one, didn't bother to refill or offer. So when I went to the counter to pay I was greeted very disrespectfully. I Ordered 2 pizzas 2 weeks ago at the Japer Ga Pizza Hut , both pizzas were not as I ordered were , Toppings were wrong , When we got home I called the Pizza Hut and asked for the manager , was very understanding and said that he would put in a credit for 29.00 dollars link it to my cell# so that when I called back in and ordered pizzas again the credit would show up, So today when I called to get my credit to and order 2 new pizzas they lady said there was no credit for my phone# , she ask the manager today and he could not help. I would give 3.5 if this site allowed it for the Detroit style pizza. The dough was thick and fluffy like a Detroit pizza but the commercials show the the burnt cheese crust around the outside of the pizza. This location did not have that for some reason. It was a pickup so I didn't notice until I got home so I didn't ask what was up with that. You must have the burnt cheese crust to have a real Detroit style pizza. read more

We have the worst Pizza Hut ever up in Jasper GA. I have been to many Pizza Huts and they all make better pizzas. I have asked for extra sauce and extra cheese to make it more like a normal Pizza Hut pizza. I once had an order with two extra cheeses and two extra sauces and it still came out flat and devoid of sauce in some areas. I have called and talked to the manager on several occasions and then we get a good one but the next time it goes right back to the same thin flat with little cheese and sauce. We were loyal customers and ordered pizza every other week. and we wish they would go back to making good pizza. We have since started getting little Caesars bacon wrapped pizza. A lot cheaper and better in our opinion. Sad but true. Keep going down the road. Canton and blue ridge GA has a good Pizza Hut. read more

I have never been a huge fan of Pizza Hut. When me and my family made the decision that we were going to eat here, My stomach began churning. Flashbacks from the previous visit began to run through my mind. The previous visit, I ate only one piece of pizza, feeling great nausea choking it down. The only filling nutrition I intaked was about 11 cheese breadsticks which are about the only thing I like from this particular dining establishment. Walking into this pizzeria, my body was immediately defeated by the extreme levels of heat in the lobby. After making it past this detrimental obstacle, I finally arrived in the actual dining room. The older woman directed us to our seats. As we sat down, this is when potential great memories began to go down the drain. Me and another one of my family members directed our attention towards the kitchen area, and knew that if we got this waitress, we were doomed. She was throwing silverware into their containers, not showing any care whatsoever about the cost, or quality of it. When she walked to our table, we could still easily tell that she was in a terrible mood, complaining about how she was wanting to go to sleep. We ordered our drinks. Me personally, I ordered a Pepsi. I had always had good expierences with the Pepsi at Pizza Hut, and I must say that it did not fail this time either. One of my family members ordered an order of cheese breadsticks. On the television was a Strongman competition which was not extremely interesting to watch. Let's fast-forward to when the cheese breadsticks arrive on the table... decent is the best word I can use to describe these cheesy snacks. The marinara sauce was room-temperature. At that point I was ready to depart from the building. The waitress came back to our table to take our pizza order. We ordered a medium supreme pan pizza with light sauce. When this pizza arrived, I almost vomited. The smell alone was enough to ruin my appetite. I cautiously grabbed a slice of pizza from the pan, making sure I was taking deep breaths in a hopeless attempt to prevent further nautiousness. I took a small bite, remembering exactly why I dislike pizza from Pizza Hut. Three words summarize the problem with Pizza Hut's pizza. Too much cheese. I know this potentially might sound insane to say, but I have an image to place into your mind that might make you understand. Imagine opening a standard pack of 16 slices of mozzerella cheese and eating every slice, one after another. This is the same feeling I get when I am trying to eat a slice of Pizza Hut pizza. The waitress never came back to check on us until the end of our visit, and by that time, we felt worthless. Needless to say, the highlight of the trip was the Pepsi, which was highly carbonated and delicious. I think as a whole, we all need to step up and send in recommendations to this Pizza Hut so that hopefully one day, they will get things right. For now though all we can do is continue to deal with the horrid expierences they present us all with. I do not recommend Pizza Hut. read more

DO NOT have a conversation with server Brandy as to how you like your pizza or you will be charged extra extra extra for the conversation and at no time did anyone order extra anything. I refuse to sit and argue with a bull-headed belligerent know it all waitress at checkout as to how my pizza was and or was not. I restrained myself from verbally shredding and humiliating the server to a literal pulp with words. I've previously owned numerous successful pizza parlors and know how to make fabulous pizza and folks this was third-rate pizza if ever there was one. I now completely understand why the Pizza Hut chain has diminished in popularity as it has. Do not charge me extra for something that is already on the pizza simply because you hear the words, I really like ____ on my pizza, nobody ever said extra so don't charge me for simply asking for a good honest well made pizza and don't throw it on my table because you feel the customer didn't address you in a manner that you felt you should have been addressed in, I didn't come in to the restaurant to have a social affair with the server, I came in to have what I was hoping to be a good pizza at a fair and honest price. When we arrived, the salad bar was basically empty and messy. We asked that it be refilled, which it was. But everything was frozen. From the time we placed our order, our drinks arrived with our cheese sticks. 30 mins later, our pizza still hadn't arrived. Went to the counter to pay for drinks and cheese sticks, our pizza hadn't even been made yet. Others around us whom had arrived after us had gotten their food and we about finished. Our waitress never came back to check on us. As soon as we got home, my boyfriend began throwing up the salad he attempted to eat. Needless to say, my daughter's 14th birthday dinner was ruined. We had to tell them the name of our waitress (which was 2 different ones) which were nowhere to be found (they were out back smoking). Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I've ever dealt with. This review is based off of several in store visits but it's the last experience with delivery that pushed me to make this post. The delivery arrived almost an hour after my app messaged me that it had left the store. I am 5 minutes up the road and even discussed with the driver that I was afraid it was gonna be cold after an hour in his vehicle. He informed me that he was the only driver and had to make several deliveries before mine. Sure enough the pizza was barely even warm and the breadsticks had zero seasoning...just baked bread sticks! This was a $40 order. I called and spoke with the manager, Doug I believe is his name. He had an attitude as soon as he got on the phone. I explained I was unhappy with temperature and the breadsticks were wrong. He said he would credit me the bread sticks but that an almost hour long delivery (after it leaves the store) is standard. I exclaimed that that is not a standard delivery time for food to sit in a car and that the driver told me he was the only driver. The manager admitted that there was in fact only one driver. My response was "So that's not a standard delivery time, it's just a current delivery time because you are under staffed. How is that the customers fault? I would have came up and picked it up myself so I'd have hot food." To which he responded, "We if you want a better delivery time order your pizza from someone else or you can come deliver pizza yourself". I asked if he always talked to customers in such a way and did Pizza Hut know he was telling customer to go spend their money elsewhere? To which he said "Yup" and hung up the phone. I called back up to ask for his name and they would not give me his last name saying it was against company policy. Since when is the managers last name unsharable? They told me that I could have his cell phone number but not his last name...ummm that's some backwards BS! Anyways, thanks Doug from Pizza Hut for managing a store that will no longer receive my families money....we will in fact "spend our money elsewhere"! I called in a order for delivery and was promised a delivery time of 1hr- 1 hr and 15 minutes... I have only ordered from Domino's and Papa John's since we moved here because the delivery time is so long. BOY OH BOY has my family been missing out! Up until last week, I haven't eaten in a Pizza Hut since 1984. The price was pretty cheap, we got 2 med pizzas for $10 and a salad. The pizza was OK. I've had better frozen pizza though. The salad bar was pretty weak. I was there at high noon and the lettuce was limp, and had that gross slimy dark green edge. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, its decomposition. Seriously horrible service from start to finish. We waited nearly 10 minutes to be seated when the restaurant was nearly empty and at least 2 waitresses walked by us. We were finally told to just find a clean table and someone would be with us soon. The restaurant was disgusting. There were only maybe 3 clean tables in the whole restaurant, and 2 of them had guests in them. It took the waitress forever, and multiple trips to bring our plates, menus, silverware, and drinks.
