Been ordering here for 10 years, always order online and pickup in person. My various builds and cook styles are always done precisely to order, right out of the oven. Today I decided to add 15pcs boneless nuggets with Buffalo sauce slathered all over them, yuk!! The chicken was great, all white meat, cooked well, tender and juicy, however the Buffalo was nothing like I've ever had, yuk! Heavy vinegar smell and taste. Wow. What a terrible way to waste your money! No surprise! Papa johns has been in decline for like 20 years! Gave it a go to have a break from our normal pizza and honestly could have bought little caesars or Sam's club pizza. At least those companies actually care about their pizza! I ordered from here about 2 1/2 weeks ago and mind you. I did order close to the time that they closed which I never would do but I was in a complicated situation but that's besides the point the pizza was delivered to me around 2 AM and after consuming about three slices, for the next three days I had insane nausea And stomach pains as a result of eating the pizza I could tell that there was something off about the pizza after further inspection I noticed that they had added an extra layer of cheese to the top and didn't slice the pizza after adding another layer of cheese, but the pizza underneath was sliced as you can see in the pictures attached Which leads me to believe they used an old pizza, sprinkled another layer on top of an already sliced pizza and reheated it in the oven and as a result of this I had food poisoning for almost 4 days. I then called the location after I recovered to inquire about Receiving some kind of compensation or partial refund for my order and was told that by the manager she would have to get back to me within 2 to 3 business days. It's now been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything back and I've given up at this point, but it was over $40 order I would just warn anyone who's ordering from here that if you order close to the time of closing you might receive a pizza that they pulled out of the garbage so beware and be careful! And if any employee or manager of this location is reading this review, I would love to receive my $40 back because I also tipped your delivery driver 15% just to get a weeks worth of food poisoning so thanks for nothing I'll go with Domino's next time. read more

If you don't tip them right they will kick your yard ornaments and step on your flowers. The pizza can be hit and miss as well. Sometimes good and sometimes ot. The only reason I gave two stars is because of the manager. Her name is Toni. There was a young guy on register just now 7:32pm Thursday. He was having a bit of trouble and she came over. She rudely explained to him what he needed help with and she was a B word to him. Right in front of us! What kind of a manager does that? Extremely unprofessional. Manager att his location has very horrible customer service. We purchased a pizza that had a perfectly shaved chicken bone (size and thickness or a nickle) in it. We returned the pizza the next day and the manager didn't believe us and with an major attitude stated "well you already ate half the pizza." Online tracker updated 15-20 mins prior to delivery to "order completed". Called restaurant and spoke to General Manager Gerald. He tried to tell me the website updated it as delivered after a certain time, which I know to be untrue. At this point I became Irate. Delivery driver arrived mid phone call, Driver did not have correct change for a $20 bill (the pizza was $17.something and just stood there with a stupid look on his face for 5 minutes while I talked to the manager. I assume he was expecting a tip. He did not leave my porch and walk back to his car until after I went inside. Upon opening the box the pizza was cold ( 78* F) and the wings which were wrapped in foil were at an unsafe temperature for food. One of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I order a pizza for carry out with two extra sauces. I get home and the sauces are not there. So I call the store so I can have them brought to me (I don't live close) he says they don't do that and cannot refund me... I ask him does he think that that is a good solution and he says if I was you I wouldn't worry about the sauces ( I know it's only like $1.18 but that is extremely rude and unprofessional) and he never once apologizes. I now have to drive back to the store to get my sauces while my pizza is cold. Ask them to refund my order and they say no cause I received my pizza (which now when I get home will be cold) after arguing with the poor guy at the counter (who was not the manager, I never got to speak to one) and the delivery driver running into me as he walked out the door (which if you are reading this I noticed and let it slide) they finally refunded my order. I still never received my sauces (I know it's petty but it's the principle) and never once received an apology. I remember why I don't buy Papa Johns (I gave it another chance with your cheeseburger pizza) and I don't blame all stores but this one is poorly ran so I will make sure no one else I know supports this store.
