Well, here I go again I'll go to Amici's cause this place is terrible Palmdale. I don't know what happened. Maybe it's because it was its opening that they were really good or they changed hands, but the guy that dropped off my pizza yesterday was really fast. Pizza was made before hand the crust was hard and I asked for extra cheese no extra cheese again. He also said the stuff Chris doesn't work so they stopped it. Well maybe he'll learn how to make it and how to make pizzas. It would other places make a great stuffed crust and I'm like yeah, it does because the one I got was so good the first two times and then they must've changed hands after that which is pretty sad so because before my cheese and the pizza was hot, my cheese was stringy my stuffed crust was you had to pull it way out. You know what a warm pizza tastes like it's too sad. You need to make it right and not cheap, now I gotta find another pizza place. So there a number two because that Pizza was sitting there for a while you could tell by the crust by the cheese and the bottom wasn't even hot. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others about this experience. My family and I went to Mountain Mike's Pizza and ordered two large pizzas, which ended up costing $51.98. For that price, we expected decent quality, but that wasn't the case. We waited about 30 minutes for our order, and when we finally got home to eat, the pizza was extremely disappointing. It had almost no flavor--honestly, the only thing you could taste was the pepperoni, and even that was burnt. The burnt taste completely ruined it. I will say, there was one older man working there who was very kind and helpful, and I appreciated his attitude. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the experience. Overall, for the price they charge, this was not worth it at all. I would not recommend this place and suggest going somewhere else if you want good pizza. read more

First time going to Mountain Mikes ! First thing you notice is how clean the restaurant is. We had the lunch buffet. The salad bar was great. Many items to choose from.Every thing was fresh and 5 salad dressings. Also had potato wedges and churrios! Five kinds of pizzas that were really good! They have wine and quite a few beers on tap! Im saddened that I have to leave such a low review for a place I loved... My family and I have eaten here several times and absolutely loved it. But today was not a great experience. We arrived to have some dinner. We ordered 24 wings, a large pepperoni pizza and a small veggie pizza with no cheese.. The restraunt has maybe 3-4 other tables filled who were already eating. After ordering and sitting down, we noticed it was taking long compared to usual. However we figured maybe online orders were busy. After about 35 minutes, the small veggie pizza came out. It was extremely raw and dough. We sent it back in and the girl at the front counter even looked at the pizza concerned. Another 15 minutes pass and our order of chicken wings come out along with the pizza we sent back. The wings were slimy and the pizza was the exact same way we sent it back. The pizza was warmish to the touch indicating they didn't even put it back in the oven. Fast forward about an hour in, We ask about our pepperoni pizza after realizing people who ordered After us were getting their food. The girl at the front counter started to search for order tickets and I can see a panic in the kitchen area. Another 15-20 minutes or so pass and our pizza comes out. We asked what had happened and the girl indicated there was a new kitchen staff and she explained she sent him to the back after this experience. Overall satisfaction was not great considering we spent over 120 bucks for the 2 pizzas wings 2 salads and 4 drinks. The pepperoni pizza did taste great once it came out. But it wasn't worth the wait, price, and other food being poor.. Gonna be awhile before I return. Hopefully the new kitchen staff gets the proper training ot supervision needed. read more

Been here with the family a few times as late as 10:30pm and have purposely waited to write a review. I was observing their consistency with wings and pizza. Let me tell you they haven't failed us yet. The quality of the food and the service are 10 out of 10! My family orders the Mountain size pizza (it includes 20 slices). We include a small gluten free veggie pizza (amazing!). Quick disclosure, I enjoy thin crust pizza, deep dish, all sorts! The gluten free pizza is thin crust. For those who enjoy watching sports while having a beer, they have TV screens through out and they sell pitchers of beer! They have assorted wing options too. We recommend the original Buffalo wings and the honey garlic wings. But wait...there's more! They have a salad bar at the front for those who cant have pizza or wings (whaaat?!). I love that they keep in mind people who have special dietary needs. The place is kept clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. For those who have kiddos, they have a small arcade toward the back corner area. The cherry on top is that they are open late! It's missing something! Food was SO good, but I don't know if I'm so used to garlic on everything that something was missing for us. My husband loves a good homemade sauce and some slices had more sauce than others and he really enjoyed that. Next time we'll ask for more sauce on our pizza. We both agreed that something was missing though. Can't believe they're so close to home, definitely a new go to place. I love staying loyal to places I like, the other place we used to order from just went down in quality unfortunately. Hope within time this place doesn't do the same. I honestly wasn't expecting much from Mountain Mikes but WOW this place is delicious. Phenomenal pizza and other foods.

This place was terrible. The pizza looks better than it tastes! The sauce was subpar. I've never been so disappointed in pizza :(I took my kids here and spent almost $90 for a mountain mikes pizza wings soda etc. my kids were even disappointed. This place will not last long. It's like Shakey's but somehow worse and even more expensive. Tried this place on a whim because I was excited to visit a new business. My mistake. You order and pay at the counter then have to wait for your pizza to be brought to your table. Not a big deal in itself but if you've ordered anything extra like wings you'll have to leave your seat and go to the counter to pick it up. And no there isn't a pickup area. You will have to stand awkwardly to the side of the order line. Aa far as the quality it's....not that good. It was hot and fresh obviously but the flavor was a miss. We got a pepperoni and sausage, 8 or 10 wings and two drinks (they do offer free refills at the fountain). The wings were delicious, especially with the ranch and Bleu cheese but honestly for $50 for some wings, a pizza and root beer seems excessive for what you get. They could also do something about the vibe in there, it feels very sterile and cold. Maybe they'll improve with time but I won't be going back. read more

Second time here. Pizza is very good. It's what one would expect from a place like Mountain Mikes. The ambiance was pretty standard meaning set up for after game get together from the local sports. And bday parties. The service was totally fine. My suggestion is that while they are slow.. and they were very slow during this visit. Might want to bus all the tables. The same same tables that needed to be cleared she. We walked in we're still there in addition to the couple extras that needed bussing when customers left. Crew in the back doesn't get tables or floors cleaned up. Bathroom was stocked so I am grateful for that. read more

My wife and I have been watching and waiting for this place to open. We've had MMPizza in Northern CA and when we learned Palmdale was getting one we were so excited. TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT! Went for the lunch buffet and had more than enough to eat. Pizzas were fresh and hot. Pepperoni was spicy and crisp as advertised. My wife loved the pizza with Chicken, bacon, pineapple with a smoky BBQ sauce. I have always loved an Everything Pizza and it was fabulous. Spoke with Harry and he was so happy we were happy. Mountain Mike's Pizza is new in town and I've been excited to give them a first try. The restaurant has plenty of standard parking, but accessible parking is limited to one space to the front of the restaurant. I was pleased to find the restaurant was clean and modern. The staff were very nice and kindly assisted me with carrying my order back to my vehicle since I had a mobility aid. I wasn't expecting that level of service, but it sure showed me that they truly care about their business and customers. There are plenty of tables within the restaurant. The restaurant is family friendly and offers arcade facilities to its patrons. I ordered an original pepperoni pizza and found it to be packed edge-to-edge with delicious pepperoni. I also ordered a McKinley pizza which is like a standard supreme pizza. The McKinley veggies tasted fresh and I really enjoyed this pizza. The pizza reminds me of Shakey's pizza in terms of size and thickness, but Mountain Mike's pizza tastes next level compared to Shakey's which usually leaves me disappointed in taste nowadays. If only Mountain Mike's had a mojo's equivalent, it'd be perfect! The boneless buffalo wings were okay though I wished they were a tad more saucy since the sauce was soaked up by the breading. The garlic sticks with cheese were seasoned well, but my wife thought they tasted a bit like cardboard though I enjoyed them with the provided marinara dipping sauce. All in all, I enjoyed my visit and food. I recommend giving Mountain Mike's a try. I wish the business and its employees much success and I hope they keep their standards high in customer service and restaurant cleanliness especially with the high touch surfaces in the arcade. Decided to try this place out as it's fairly new to the area and the website had some delicious looking pizza. I ordered up a pepperoni pizza and a salad for pick up @ 6:30. I show up on time and the place gives that nostalgic vibe from my childhood when my folks would bring me to get pizza and I got to play on the arcade while the dodgers were on TVs. Got my pizza lady was friendly and I drove home. Pizza and salad roughly cost me 40 bucks. Pizza was a little big larger than your standard Dominos pizza, slices were cut thin like 2 slices is prob equal to 1 dominos slice. Pizza looked good but unfortunately I could tell this one had been sitting around as it wasn't hot at all, it was loaded with pepperoni, crust was meh, sauce was ok, but unfortunately it was just not hot and fresh out the oven. Salad was just some lettuce mixed with, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, cucumbers, raw onion and cheese with a cup of ranch.
