I placed an order yesterday online for carry out with friends. I intended to make the payment with cash. One of my friends had a $20 bill and we were splitting the check evenly. When I arrived, I asked for change for her $20 because I had the exact change for the total and did not want to pay for the order by myself. The cashier was friendly and seemed new to the register but stated that he had to ask his manager. He left the register to go ask and said that the manager said no. I asked to speak with the manager and explain, but she would not present herself. I asked for her name and the cashier advised that her name was Angela. I am not sure if this is accurate or not, but I was frustrated because we could not get change to evenly split the cost for the pizza. This was the main reason for doing a carry out order. We had to spend money at a store nearby to get change for an even split. This was very inconvenient and wasted time, that we literally did not have because one of my friends had to leave shortly after we retrieved the order. Also the pizzas were not as hot by the time we did the extra running around, so we were not happy. It does not make sense not to offer change to a customer that is purchasing something. That is not good service and not a good call for a store manager. I typically order delivery and do not have an issue, but customer service at the location is not great. read more

When I say I will never order from here again, I will never order from this place EVER AGAIN. I at least order from here once a week if not twice a week. Not because I like them but because my kids do. My orders are typically two large pizzas when I do. Here's what happened. This time I only ordered one large pizza that never arrived. I called the store to informed them that I never received my order but kept being put on hold. After 4 calls I told them I don't want to be placed on hold and told them I didn't receive my food. The young lady was speaking to someone in the back and I heard her say, "he said he delivered it". So now I'm upset and told her to put "Ann" on the phone. This woman kept telling me it was delivered no matter how many times I told her I didn't have it. Like, why am I called over a $10 pizza? I did get mad and raised my voice because she was making it seem like I was lying and she hung up on me. I called back and told them I was on my way there. Once I arrived the door was locked and I had to talk to them through a window. She, "Ann" is still telling me it was deliver. Now I don't know what part she couldn't understand but clearly customer service isn't her strong suit. Then she said, "the driver is on his way back, we can wait for him to get back". I don't care what the driver said or where he is, I didn't have my food. So then I told her I was about to call the cops over a $10 pizza because basically the establishment stole money because I never received the goods. Then she decides to ask if I want another one or my money back. Ma'am give me my money, I'm not trusting them to fix my kids food. The drive came, looked at me and rolled his eyes and walked away. His behind probably ate my kids pizza on his deliveries. Now I was showing out at this time but don't make it seems I'm lying when I have supported this location for YEARS! Can not go wrong with this Papa John's location. Always quick on delivery, pizza is always fresh from the oven and hot. This evening I ordered from them and at first their website said it would be 2 hours until I received order. However in only 30 minutes my order arrived. They were missing an item and the driver went right back to their restaurant and was back within a few minutes. Excellent customer service! Ordered a pizza on a Sunday afternoon, never arrived despite the "tracker" saying it did. I call and was told they use DoorDash now and they would have to pick it up. WHAT? someone is not managing their business right. 1. coordinate with Doordash or deliver it yourself or better yet.... don't take the order if you cannot meet the demand. 2. Ok, so I love pizza and have since I was a little girl. For the longest time Papa John's was my #1 choice for pizza. However, for the past couple of months I'd been getting pizza from Dominos mainly because the last time or two ordering from this PJ's- I wasn't satisfied. I decided to give it a shot again because I had points to get a free pizza and because this PJs is actually closer to me than Dominos. The pizza was edible but not all that good. The dough was a little more soggy than my liking (maybe from the sauce) and there's something about the cheese now that I just don't care for. The crust at the edge was a little harder than normal. Needless to say, I think I'll stick with Dominos from now on...or at least I won't order from this PJ's anymore. I'm so glad I only paid $1.50 (for an extra topping) because I was have been highly disappointed paying anything else. read more

Saturday, October 21, 2017 I ordered two medium pizzas with Spicy Italian Sausage, regular crust, souse and cheese. I've ordered this many times before and was pleased with my pizza, but this time was different. When the driver finally arrived I was presented with two boxes, uncovered, cold pizza. Less than 5 sausage pieces on each pie and barely any cheese. I had to heat up my pizza in the microwave before eating. Never has the quality been so bad. I've seen it deteriorate over the last several orders, but never this bad. I've even earned enough points for my another free pizza, but I'm not sure I want to try them anymore. I ordered my pizza online and I have been ordering online for the past 3 years and I have never had any issues. This particular time I ordered, I received my confirmation email, order number and estimated ready time for my pizza. My father went to pick up the pizza from the location and when he arrived the pizza was not "on file". I then proceeded to contact the manager at the Papa John's location that I ordered the pizza from. The associate on the phone told me that my order was not on file after I gave her my name and cell phone number twice. Once I told her that I had a confirmation email and order number, then she began to ask the manager. The manager looked up both my customer number and order number. When he found the correct order, he then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that the order was not able to be found although my father provided my name and cell phone number. They offered a lousy 2 liter of Pepsi even though my father traveled 20min back home in order to figure out what the issue was. The staff was extremely unprofessional and although my confirmation said that the pizza would be ready in 15-25 minutes, I was not able get the pizza until 63 minutes.
