Hello ladies and gents! WING-IT has officially lost my business. I called wing it at 9:27 pm to order 10 mild wings. I spoke with a young lady who then asked me to please hold. I'm ok with holding, I already was on hold for about 3 mins prior to ordering. As soon as she puts me on hold, she hangs up. I call back immediately of course to make sure the order was placed, again I was asked to hold. I was on hold for about 25 mins. While waiting i decide to drive to Wing-It to pick up my order, also still on hold. I walk in to Wing-It and there's about 6 ladies in there talking who were employees of the establishment. Simultaneously as I work I get funny faces as if chew baca from Star Wars walks in. "Sorry, we're closed" I am greeted with. I state I already ordered and I was placed on hold, I'm still on hold and show them my phone timer counting as a call is connected still. The lady says well all I'm going to tell you is sorry and we are closed. This was at literally 9:59. Maybe because I'm black with a beard I was turned away, the world may never know. This was such a disappointment... we ordered on Grub hub and only got 4 out of 5 orders of wings. We called Grub hub and it was NOT an error on their end. We had the receipt showing all of our order. We spent 38$ plus a 15$ish delivery fee... we called Wing-it and spoke to Marla. Marla stated they don't do Grub hub and refused to believe us we had gotten the food there. Finally they found our order number by the receipt number we gave. She told us her manager would be there in the morning and she could do anything for us. We needed our food(DUH!) she thought she put us on hold and started muttering "he won't let it go... he's not giving up!" I get that customer service is tough and aggravating but there are better ways to go about it. I give this restaurant one star for having delivery service. The female on the phone acted as if she hated her job the food was delivered cold and incorrect. They managed to screw up a freaking hot dog that should have been plain. I called back and spoke to the manager Yana after spending 34 dollars for a 20 piece and a hot dog she apologized and stated to save whst we had so that the driver could see that the order was messed up and they will replace it. The wings were crispy and a decent size (which means too much meat for my liking but perfect for others), but the sauces were off. The garlic sauce was pure butter, the wings were drowned in this foul sauce. The 'thai chili' was basically wings drowned in the thai sweet-chili sauce you can by at the store. Well guess what I have to say is not much different than the others. The wings are nice and plump in size. The sauce....mehhhh...ummm...I'll pass. Ive tried this place on several occasions hoping that my feeling towards the wings would change but it hasnt. Ive tried lemon pepper, hot, garlic, and BBQ. I got mild/lemon pepper all flat with fries. My wings were perfect, crunchy, hot, and wet. My fries were kinda cold with no season though and for some reason they didn't have to go seasoning packets so I tossed some salt from the table into a napkin to make do. The place was busy but it really wasn't a long wait at all so I'll give them that too. These are some saucey wings. The wife and I use to kill these wings when we lived close by. They are giant like Robert M. says. I would say bigger than Taco Mac for the most part. They are also pretty cheap which is awesome. We never tried anything but lemon-pepper and mild and both were pretty good. As far as the place goes, do not go there expecting to eat inside, i would say, take-out only. Its small and gross and there is a TV on the wall that always seems to have some judge somebody show on. Ordered 10-piece bbq wings combo on 12/2/2017 as a take-out order. Did not notice until I got home the fries and wings were cold and tasted as if they had been sitting for hours waiting to be sold. Closer observations showed dry wings and a poor attempt to add bbq sauce. After looking at my receipt, I also noticed I was not charged the $10.95 combo special in the flyer but $14.95 instead. This was on top of adding $0.49 for using a credit card. Guess I will have to drive a bit further for better service and prices. Won't be returning to WING-IT. read more

I paid extra to get all flats in my wing combo and was charged an extra 1.00 because I didn't pay with cash but my order had mainly drums in it. Sure it seems small, but if they're not going to bother sorting for one or the other, don't have that as an option when you order online and take extra money for it on top of their already steep prices. My bf, however loves this spot. He orders the Lemon Pepper wings. I tried the BBQ wings and the Honey BBQ wings. You couldn't pay me to eat in the resaurant. Wing it is one place that I will never dine at again. Here are my reasons why: 1. I had to wait about thirty minutes for my order. The restaurant wasn't busy. 2. When I asked for water the waiter brought me two waters and accidentally gave me lemonade. I needed three waters because there were three of us dining. Well the waiter never returned so I asked the cashier and she coped an attitude with me. 3. The order was combined with another. 4. The cashier touched my food while dealing with money. 5.
