My penne with vodka sauce and shrimp was huge. A ginormous bowl filled with lovely pasta and a thick, sweet and spicy vodka sauce. My friend had the spaghetti with garlic and oil which I don't even think was on the menu, but they prepared for him and he said it was delicious. We had to remove the part that was touched. Then when our pizzas arrived, again, fingers were in contact with the pizza while serving. This was quite disappointing. Because our server was so kind, we didn't want to upset her by mentioning it at the time. The steak and lamb chops were perfectly cooked, and the sauce? All I can say is "WOW." It tasted like it came straight from Nonna's kitchen--rich, fresh, and packed with flavor. The ambiance is cozy and inviting without being stuffy--warm lighting, great music, and that perfect vibe for a date night or catching up with friends.
