5-Star Review for Sarah Bartender@ Buffalo Wild Wings Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings and got service that felt more like a VIP lounge than a sports bar--thanks to Sarah at the bar. She's the real MVP. Her professionalism, energy, and attention to detail make you feel like she could run the whole franchise if she wanted to. Honestly, she's that good. The restaurant was clean, not too crowded, and the staff were friendly all around. The chicken was decent--could've used a bit more lemon pepper for that full flavor punch--but it did the job. I had a Stella on draft, which wasn't the coldest or crispiest I've had, but it still hit the spot. All in all, it's Buffalo Wild Wings--you know what you're getting. But Sarah elevated the whole experience. If every BWW had a Sarah, they'd be Michelin-rated. read more

Rude waitresses Jess. Kept throwing our food or anything requested on the table. When food arrived never came by to see if order was correct or if we needed anything. Had to hunt and wait for her to request for bill and a togo container. Once she brought the Togo container she's slung on table as she walk by fast. Place wasn't busy. read more

Went and ordered Togo food every thing in my order was wrong. I live 30 minutes away and for them to completely mess my food up is unacceptable. None the less my server wasn't attentive and the place wasn't busy. Took almost 15 minutes for her to come by. Shannon was not friendly and very bland. read more

I'm honestly not the type to complain but yesterday evening I met some friends here and the waitress didn't ask me for my beverage so I asked 2 other workers and no beverage came. Went on a whim about a month ago since I heard they started activities like poker, trivia, bingo on weeknights - I was SO surprised by how good the food was! Service was great too, everyone was so friendly and it was ALL consistent across visits. My group and I have now had 2 of the voluptuous, generous salads, various chicken sandwiches, wings, and those Buffalo chicken tots are to die for. The best part was we had fun playing trivia which they do on Wednesdays and bingo is Tuesdays, hosted by a really funny guy who gets interactive with the crowd. BWW is really awesome with the prizes too. So glad they switched from being corporate run! read more

Been coming here for years and I will NEVER come back again. At least for dine in. As I type this we are still waiting for food! They brought out fries.. drinks .. then appetizers IN THAT ORDER. 30 min later our wings come. Wtf and this was AFTER I complained. The "hospitality manager" Blamed it on the request for "extra crispy wings" I don't know about you all but I have a regular air fryer and extra crispy takes MAYBE 5 extra min. He then Said he would take something off the bill. We got our bill and guess what!!! Full amount! I was so ready to go I was not staying any longer to dispute. I feel like three stars already lets you know something was wrong. We were a party of about 11 in total with a few children in tow. The food came out great, everything was delicious. The draft beer selection is always top notch but the service was mediocre. Haven't really been to the Wellington Buffalo Wings since around the start of Covid, but just recently have been coming in, a couple of times a week, to watch either Heat playoff basketball, the Panthers Stanley Cup run and now, Messi's amazing appearances for Inter Miami! First, the place feels like the ultimate sports bar! TV's everywhere, sports memorabilia on the walls, and really big, bright atmosphere that definitely makes me want to stay for game watching. Food is fantastic too! The Buffalo tater tots are unreal, the Buffalo chicken sandwich (I get mine with a slice of cheddar) is top quality and even the pretzels are great too. The waiters and waitresses have been outstanding, very attentive, answer questions about the menu and just are plain friendly and nice folks. Nicholas is particularly awesome! Two bartenders have helped me and the parties I've been with (Rel and Tracy) and I've had them on different nights and they have GREAT personalities, really make you feel at home and offer good suggestions for beers on tap and good menu items! Tracy goes the extra mile to make you feel like you SHOULD be enjoying the time you're there and that's really nice! The Wellington location has Tuesday night Bingo and Wednesday night Trivia too, which makes those nights even more fun cause it gives our table something fun to do while eating or waiting for a game to start on the tv's! Friends have been coming back for those nights now, so maybe they become regulars Highly recommended and I'll be coming back often as it's definitely stepped it's game up!!! The service can be pretty slow even when not busy. The bartenders are nice but not going to go above and beyond to help at all. I never get asked if I'm a rewards card patron and I'm there regularly. Decent bar food, decent but not intriguing beer selection. Their coverage of all sports is what draws me in and although I miss my favorite bartender Chris I'll carry on watching World Cup soccer and hoping one day they'll fill my empty glass. read more

Tried this BWW location for the first time on a Wednesday night. The place was half empty. The negative reviews on yelp about the service and food were discouraging but I'm so glad we didn't encounter those issues! Maybe because it was a week night. They are more busy on the weekends and that would certainly cause service delays if they are not fully staffed. But on a Wednesday evening, they weren't busy of course. We ordered Long Island iced tea, which tasted more like a lemonade rather than an alcoholic beverage. I don't think it had any alcohol in it because I couldn't taste it. Keep that in mind if you decide to order it. It was only $5 so maybe that's why they didn't put much alcohol in it. We only wanted chicken wings so we ordered 18 wings- the sauces we asked for were hot and wild. Half of the wings were hot and other half were wild. The wild sauce was definitely hot! By the way, I did measure the time it took for them to bring the chicken wings from the time we placed the order. It took 20 minutes :) this will give you an idea regarding the service. I don't think it was bad. We didn't mind because we were talking and enjoying our drinks in the meantime. We also ordered French fries bucket with buffalo hot sauce seasoning. The fries were good. Overall, like I said, we didn't face any service delays as mentioned by other yelpers. Maybe they have improved their service since then! But either way, I'm glad the food tasted so delicious and our server was great! I recommend you give them a try :) read more

Other than my server who I had to respectfully interrupt and ask her to take care of me. Jess was wonderful, took care of me. Food was alright. Place was a mess. No manager in sight and if so mannn a lot of work needs to be done. I work at a restaurant and I would never look someone in the eye and completely ignore them while they look around READY to be HELPED. Not 1 but 2 servers on the floor just shouldn't be on the floor simple as that. Completely unprofessional, unorganized. I stopped in for the mlb all star game and boy was it a great decision I made , every way I tired my head the game was on I did not miss one second of that game . The food was great and the service was even better . We had such a great experience!! From the time we entered the bar in a busy Friday night, Nicholas took such great care of us. Drinks and water within minutes. Appetizer and food orders promptly taken and served. Refills just ​before our drinks were done as not to waste or have warm drinks. Always a smile, even when the couple next to us took their bad day out on various staff. Food was hot, fresh and on point. Lively bar with lots of fairly priced food options and tons of TVs with various sports and some family TV shows (kids present un restaurant.) Only downfall, limited music on the TouchTunes jukebox. But that's easy to look past with great food and service. Ya'll need more Nic's!! read more

This BWW is wonderful. I've been to a few, but this is by far the best around. The food is always delicious, and the bar is always on point. They have great promotions, but my favorite things are BINGO and Trivia. Tuesdays they do Bingo and Trivia is Wednesday night. The guy who hosts it is very funny, super quirky, and makes the dining experience extra fun. The Trivia is one of the best in town. It has become a weekly double feature for me and many of my friends. Go and try it out for food and a fun time. read more

Ok so I went on a Monday afternoon We were the only people at the bar and pretty much the only people in this HUGE place. Happy Hour and being an experienced day drinker I could care less. Kelly was a pleasant, intelligent and cute bartender and we drank a few Lauganitas IPA's each. Wyatt had a burger and fries which he seemed to enjoy and I had 3 buffalo chicken tacos. Pretty good for a $4 special. Like all BWW the place is sterile clean and super spacious with a million TV's. Rent here must be brutal but they make big money come football season no doubt. The experience at BWW was absolutely terrible! We sat at the bar for over 40 minutes and we were never asked if we wanted a drink. When we asked the waitress for assistance her response lacking ant customer service skills was "give me a minute I am busy". The experience me and my boyfriend had was terrible! my boyfriend (born and raised in texas) was visiting so obviously he has a texas state id . he was trying to buy a drink (alcoholic beverage as a 22 year old ) he was then suspected of having a fake id . the waiter then proceeded to say she was going to "scan" the id to then take it and show it to almost every buffalo wild wings staff member (his private information) when confronted we asked for the id back and they proceeded to bend and mess with the id continuously saying it was fake even tho he had proof of his information on another form of id . the staff then proceeded to give dirty looks and our waitress even decided to not give us service making another worker do her job . overall not a great experience whatsoever considering it was also his little brothers birthday , thankfully the server we got after was really kind but they seriously need to work on customer service and the people they hire that are very immature and unprofessional. read more

Last time it was a take out order missing our fries and this time wings so sparsely sauced the box hardly got wet. I really want to love BDubs. This was our first visit to BWW. My friends kept talking about this place so much that we decided to check them out and see what was all the commotion about. After stopping in and ordering, I have to admit that their food is good and the place looks great BUT, I wouldn't stop here unless it was lunch time or I needed a quick bite. This is more of a sports spot where you can really enjoy a game on the big screen while eating game food. Service was good, waiters and waitresses are very cheery and sporty, carrying friendly smiles which makes your game experience better, I guess. Went last Friday for food with a party of 4. Asked to split the bill in 3 ways and left on our way. Checked my bank account a few days later and noticed I was charged 2 separate amounts. Contacted the other people we were with and they were also charged 2 times in different amounts. Now we will have to dispute it with our bank. Food is average, nothing that "Wow"s you. Went here on April 14th with my friends. They were having a special one day only Dragon Fire sauce for boneless and traditional wings to celebrate the return of Game of Thrones, so I told my friends we had to stop here and try it before watching the premiere episode later that night. The sauce was a soy-fibber glaze made with chilis and ghost peppers and I love spicy food they were perfect for me. The wings didn't disappoint. They were spicy but not strong enough to overwhelm the flavor of the chicken. I got traditional wings and my two friends both got boneless. I was the first to finish my wings and an order of fries cheddar cheese curds but one of my friends had two bites of his wings and threw in the towel! xD I've been here a few times in the past, but this experience was the best by far. The cheese curds were great and the Dragon Fire wings were the best wings I've ever had. Can't wait to see what other special hot sauces they come up with! read more

BW3 or BDubbs as it is more commonly known in New York. This is one of the fantastic hangouts that my husband and I LOVE. The one in Rochester, New York was actually the best where all of the college kids went to hang out for wings, beer, and televised hockey games. We were THRILLED to hear about BW3 being opened here in Palm Beach as we knew of the ones in Miami, Tampa, and Orlando... but they were too far! Now, you guys, remember that they just opened. The management and employees are new to the signature routine that has yet to be established at this location. So, they would have to learn how BW3 is run, how the FOOD is actually supposed to be served, tasted, and look like. Granted, their wings aren't EXACTLY the same as the ones served in BW3s in NY, but again, they're still learning. I had to pick up a couple bottles of their Spicy Garlic, Asian Zing, and Caribbean Jerk so we can have the delish sauces at home since it's still quite of a drive out to Wellington (30 minutes-one way). However, the biggest complaint we had when they first opened was during the college football playoffs. We were put on the waiting list and told that it'd be 20 minute wait, 20 minutes passed, and told again it'd be 30 minutes.... ummmmm wow. We were appalled at this because they definitely did NOT know how to manage tables during playoff game nights. The ones in NY are PROS and you only had to wait at most 15 minutes for a table. The reason why they didn't know how to manage is because eating customers that were already done eating were buying drinks and "snacks" to stay at their table just so they could keep watching the games on the tvs. I found this very inconvenient. And even the To-Go counter were backed up with orders that it'd take 45 minutes to get ours. So we ditched BW3 that night at went to Flannigan's instead. I just hope that the management and employees have learned from their mistakes and learned how to keep the customers MOVING to bring in NEW dining customers and move the ones who want to stay to watch the games elsewhere for their drinks (the BAR area maybe?) read more
