Two of us were dining and we ordered with the intention of getting the one dollar wing special and adding fries and alcoholic beverages. Since payment is done through the handheld device, it wasn't until I received the text with my receipt that I saw the breakdown of the bill but I'm definitely blaming myself for not asking why my total was more than expected before I paid. Upon seeing the receipt, I asked the server why she had rung the food as two combos instead of the dollar wing special with fries, drinks and dips added and she informed me that the wing special was for only one flavor and said maybe she should've asked me beforehand. Hearing that was beyond disappointing. We had asked about the special and even ordered the beer that was on special. It was poor service to not have been informed before or during ordering that I would not be getting the advertised deal of the day.

The apology from the manager for the delay, Erika proceeded to grab the one guys plate and told us not to pay for anything. Terrible, terrible service. It's no wonder why it's not busy during lunch time.

As someone who works in a high-stress field, I was genuinely impressed--she handled the chaos with more ease than many seasoned professionals I know. She is a clear asset to this business. Unfortunately, management failed to support her or the customers. The store was unbearably hot. I overheard another customer ask about the AC, and an employee confirmed it had been off for days. When asked to speak to a manager, he dismissed the concern and claimed he didn't know anything about it. Letting staff work in what felt like a pizza sweatshop is unacceptable. The combination of AC, apparent understaffing leading to a very long wait, and management's apathy made for a miserable experience. My 5-star rating is for the exceptional counter employee alone. For corporate and local management: fix the AC, staff appropriately, and support your team. They deserve better.

Found a roach in my food in the most I got was we can refund you if you like or bring it in.

We live far enough from the store that we must pick up our pizzas ourselves, so having accurate timing is important and we rely on the tracker to plan when to leave the house. It honestly feels like the store may be marking pizzas as "completed" early just to pad their ready times. This entire experience might have been easier to overlook if not for the employee's abrasive and hostile attitude, which made it seem like it was our fault for showing up when the app told us our order was ready.

We would order again if we were ever in the area, which I seriously doubt because we kinda ended up in this part of town by accident.
