Food was ordered at 4:55pm and didn't say it was gonna be delivered till 6:00pm. When it said "Oscar" was on the way it took him two hours to get here and when we tried to call and check on the order they had there phone off the hook. Will never order again that is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Just ordered here for the first time. Google reviews are 3 out of 5, now I see why!! I pay $25 for a special that started out as $13.99 for delivery to my home in a gated community. Delivery driver calls me and says, "Hey I'm about to leave the store with your pizza, can you meet me at the round about towards the front of the neighborhood?". Hmm no I cannot, if I wanted to drive anywhere I'd pick it up myself. Plus I'm paying for a delivery service not a meet you half way service. I called the store and asked for e manager, she answers the phone, "huuhhhhh how can I help you?", me: is this the manager?, "yup, wazzup?". I proceeded to explain my concern for my food maybe having a little extra than what I ordered on it and she said naw, it ain't like that......ok, thanks for the reassurance. Pretty weird and unprofessional, not expecting a great pizza but maybe I'll get lucky. read more

I haven't had Papa Johns pizza in a while because of a bad experience but my mom asked me to try again and I'm glad I did. This location was on time, my pizza was super cheesy and made exactly the way I ordered it. The guy at the register greeted me with a smile and he was very prompt and courteous to the point where he changed my mood because I was skeptical due to bad service so I was grateful for him. By the time I got the car I even had a smile lol. Then when I looked at my pizza and super hot garlic knots I was smiling from ear to ear. This location knows what they're doing and I will definitely be going back. I wish all the Papa Johns were like them 5 ! read more

This was awful. Because of dietary restrictions, I only eat pizza a couple times a year. With the current "stay at home" restrictions I was sick of cooking so we have in and ordered pizza. We got a Papa size meat and a large supreme and an order of the jalapeño bites. The bites were no where close to the same size, some as small as a shooter marble, some ping pong ball and everything in between. The meat pizza was decent, but nothing to write home about. The supreme was anything but! The crust was doughy, the pizza was not hot, had very little flavor, almost no tomato sauce, and was a total waste of money. We won't be using this Papa John's for my next splurge. So disappointed! read more

I know what you're thinking. It's Papa John's, right? Mediocre, open late, everything you expect out of fast-food pizza. I had the same opinion! Until I found half an acrylic nail nestled in with the toppings on my pizza one evening. I really have no further commentary on it, we just simply don't order PJ's anymore. This papa johns once was enough. Never again over 2 hours and no pizza . Then i called waited over 10min for answer . 3 people got on the phone stressful 2 lied to me . When i new it was just sitting there cold and dried out. Cancelled and got my money refunded. Cause they lost my trust i called my bank right when i hung up to make sure i wasn't paying for that. This is no longer my favorite pizza place . I'll wait till i move back to the suburbs to order from good people . That owes a real papa Johns. As far as the food quality goes, it is exactly what you would expect from a delivery pizza joint. The customer service was exceptional though. The delivery was punctual and the people were extremely polite over the phone and in person. I was placing an order online and accidentally hit the back button when I was finished so it didn't look like my order went through. I called the store instead and placed another order. The result was two pizza delivery people showing up at my door. They ended up refunding one of the orders and let me keep the second pizza. Great people working at this location! read more

I love your pizza and have eaten it for years. But, about 6 weeks ago I go to store for pickup and the cashier had a hickie bigger than a 50 piece. I never said anything so, couple weeks later I go for another pickup and another cashier had a hickie bigger than the one prior. So, I made a complaint and talked to the manager. Yes, he called me 15 minutes after I made complaint and told me he would take care of it. Well I go in tonight for another pickup and lord and behold the cashier had a gigantic hickie......keep that shit out of the public especially out of the restaurant. I will not be having Pappa Johns pizza anymore if that is the criteria for your employees is to have hickies on their necks. They don't even try to cover them up and the so called managers should be looking at their employees before their shift. read more
