It took another 8 minutes to finally arrive. Our house is 5 minutes from the store, yet it took over 25 minutes to get here. The wings and pizza were ice cold. The driver tried to give various 'excuses', none of which were legitimate. She ever parked half a block down the street. I explained she could have parked across the street. She said that businesses don't like if they park there. The parking across the street is in front of homes, not a business. We will continue to order the food but will pick it up.
