I left them a VM stating my dissatisfaction and then filled out their automated feedback email. I got a response, giving me $5 off next pizza with a 30 day expiration. In my opinion, this is a slap in the face. They are struggling, with corporate taking over the failed franchisee of this location. I like supporting small businesses, but I won't continue supporting utter incompetence. Other consumers must be unimpressed also as indicated by this pizza restaurant closing at 8pm on Friday night.
