This Pizza Man is nasty, I got an order of CHEESE fries and there may have been 1/4 a cup of cheese on a small fry. Then they changed the crust to a thick undercooked crust. The dogs wouldn't even eat it. They now have this raspberry dessert pizza, which was made on a very gummy dough, that had cream cheese smeared on it and drizzled with a raspberry syrup. The jumbo pizza was requested light sauce with pineapple and Canadian bacon, light means a small amount. The pizza had sauce oozing off of the pizza. A definite no frills kind of place! You walk in, pick up your order and get out. We were visiting family and ordered carry out from here. Based on the number of reviews citing bad delivery experiences, pick up appears to be the way to go! We ordered a 16" Pizza Man Special, a 12" Hawaiian, and 12 bone in wings. Just moved to the area and was looking for pizza. Found them online and due to phone issues I had to call in my order. I ordered the Pizza Man Special which had the exact toppings that I wanted. The Pizza Man where I used to live only had deluxe with more toppings that cost more. The place was busy when I stopped by and I was early so I waited. I was able to watch my pizza come out of the oven and get cut. It was so hot I almost burned my fingers on the box. When I got home and was eating the pizza, I was in heaven! The crust was thin as I like it yet strong enough to hold the generous toppings it had on it. The sauce was great, not too sweet and just the right amount and the toppings were tasty. The place was quite busy with drivers coming and going and people picking up orders. I will be back and this will now be my go to for pizza. I have eaten here twice now. Both times I ordered delivery, both times they have forgotten my beverage and had to run back "quick" to get it. 15 minutes later I get a room temp 2 liter of soda. Wonderful. I love letting my food get cold while waiting on someone else's mistake. Then this time, I got cheese sticks, and the bread isn't even cooked. The middle is just... part-way "cooked" dough. The cheese sure looks nice. It's a shame too, cause their pizza is actually delicious. But for the price, I would expect some level of quality assurance with the order. I'd avoid this place until someone comes in to fix it up. read more

I asked what does "shortly" mean and the response was "we are busy" very rudely. After you've already missed an extremely Long ETA maybe be a little more customer centric. I'll start with the pizza is usually pretty good. However there has been at least 4 different occasions where my pizza has arrived folded up and basically uneatable. When the owner I'm guessing was contacted his reaction was terrible he banned my fiancé for saying something about the status of our food. There seemed to be no COVID precautions in place. The place did not seem very clean, no one wore a face mask, and no one was maintaining any distance. One employee even wiped his nose with his hand. The pizza is not worth the lack of precautions they're taking. read more

I've have ordered from them a couple times a month for several years. Usually, three pizzas or more. The food has always been good. Last weekend we placed and order online. We accidentally entered "11" instead of "1" for the quantity on one of our three pizzas. When the driver arrived, he had 13 pizzas and a receipt for $283 dollars. We explained to the driver that we thought we only ordered 3. He was nice and understood (he had delivered to us many times before). We returned the extra pizzas and were told by more than one employee that we would not be responsible for the entire bill. I called today (two days later) and spoke to Jim. His attitude was "Not our fault. Why would we refund you?" I understand that we made the mistake, but his attitude was unacceptable. Not even a hint of understanding or effort to work with us. Not only will I never order from them again, I will be telling everyone I can about his approach to dealing with customers. Worst I've ever seen. read more

We have ordered 3 time from this Pizza man, after having had wonderful pizza from the location in Lindstrom, MN. So 2 out of the three time the have gotten our order wrong. First time, they forgot the pop we ordered we said no big deal. No offer of a refund, which was fine. 2nd order no problems, 3rd pizza was completely not what we ordered, over cooked and the cheese bread was cold. A little bit of a wait but it's coolish. $30 for a small cheese bread and 14 in 2 (one meat, one veggie) topping pizza seems a little spendy but that's the price we paid for laziness.
