Just had the best customer service experience in a long time. They are fantastic and the pizza is amazing.

My adult son and I recently split an 8 corner pepperoni for dinner.The 8 corner is Jet's version of a Detroit style pizza. Served as a roughly inch thick rectangle, I could handle only 2 1/2 slices. I found them to be crunchy, cheesy, filling and tasty. Honestly I jazzed mine up a bit with a few shakes of Flatiron dried pepper flakes. FYI, the slices unexpectedly seemed to cool down fairly quickly but heated up nicely. The pepperoni was traditionally sized, spread out fairly evenly and I thought cupped nicely with a minimal amount of grease. I am somewhat of a pizza aficionado enjoying a wide variety from deep dish, Take 'n Bake, New York style, thin crust, cheese forward, large pie shaped slices, more traditional pie shaped slices or cut into squares (which makes for some unusual shapes when coming from a round ''za). Would I order a Detroit style pizza again. Yes, I would even though Jet's is a bit pricey. It's a good choice if you're craving something a little different. read more

Very nice staff, quaint location and the best deep dish pizza you could dream of. I recommend the garlic flavored crust. But always a winner! read more

Ordered the Build Your Own 8 Corner Pizza for pick up. Plenty of free parking, easy to get to location, and was greeted promptly by an energetic crew. The facility was clean for a busy Sunday with other customers waiting to pick up their order (Delivery is available as well). For Detroit Style in Minnesota, it's a delicious pizza! My partner drives by this spot every time he leaves LA Fitness and it has been driving him to madness, so we finally caved and tried this Detroit-style place! Jet's is takeout only so we called ahead to pick up. It's a small space inside - no seating or dine in. Their online ordering process was easy to use and our order was ready fast. Service was quick and speedy at pickup! I'm SO glad they offer gluten free pizza crust and cauliflower crust - thank you! It's a bit on the smaller side naturally and a bit less thick and gooey, but still so grateful they offer it. I got their ranch sauce and wish it was a bit less strong, but like having an option other than tomato base! I had a *little taste* of my partner's All Meaty gluten-filled pizza, and it was HEAVEN. 10/10 recommend! We both got the turbo crust seasoning and I'm not sure I could taste it a ton, but maybe that's what made it so good overall. Love that they have that option for free! Good, but pricey, pizza. Service was poor. Did an online order. Paid for one of the pizzas to have pepperoni, also ordered it with extra sauce & garlic crust. Checked on the pizzas before leaving the store, was clearly not extra peppeoni. Asked about, and they're like, "it was supposed to be extra pepperoni?" They check the order & offer to remake it. Who's going to take them up on that? I get to stand around for 20 minutes (and the crew who screwed up gets a free pizza?) Took it without the extra pepperoni, no refund, not even a free pop or something, got it home & discovered it didn't have extra sauce or a garlic crust either. I. Love. Jets. Pizza. That's about all I can say. I know it's a chain but has limited locations across the Twin Cities. It is one of the BEST Detroit style pizzas (and affordable) in the cities. I would give it 5 STARS but I have to leave a little wiggle room. :) Pizzas are always super cheesy and served piping hot. Can't say enough great things about them and the Turbo Stix are phenomenal. I LOVE THIS ZA! So, I'm a huge fan of Detroit style of pizza. I love the crunchy edges and delicious salty crust! This pizza reminds me of a favorite I would get when I lived in Denver, it's not quite as good as that spot, but it still hits the spot completely. Its a little more expensive than other pizza around, but it's been so delicious and worth the money every time. It is Detroit style Ain't Chicago or New York It is its own beast Jet's is pretty close to where I work, but I was hesitant to try it because I saw some erroneous reports that they did not have pizza by the slice. Rest assured, they have pizza by the slice. They usually have a couple cheese, pepperoni and sausage ready to go. If they don't, it is only like a five minute wait. They have a lunch special for two slices and a 20 ounce soda for six bucks. Not a bad deal, if you ask me. The other gripe I had heard about Jet's is that the pizza has too much crust. Yes, the crust is pretty thick. Detroit style is thick crust squares. I think the crust is really good, though. It is like a flaky, buttery breadstick crust with no burn on it at all. They are pretty generous with the cheese, but could use a little more sauce for my tastes. Hope to see them expand a little bit more in the Twin Cities. Nice change of pace from the normal, tired pizza chains. read more

Had a coupon and were lazy last night, so we built our own pizza. We went with Jets 8 Corner which is a square deep dish. It was great how the pizza crust had a nice crunch to it like garlic toast. It was large enough for the 2 of us with some left overs. Went with the traditional tomato sauce. My negative experience with jet's Pizza in Hopkins Minnesota was with Kurt Schumacher the manager very rude very disrespectful man no compassion no empathy to the customers. The customers request is never met. Wasn't me he does not address. Customer needs an issues. He's quick to kick you out of the store and takes the product back after your complaint and doesn't offer you an in-store credit doesn't give you a refund and just move immediately forward and creates these different scenarios in his head and then he turns around and he calls the police on you so FYI you don't wanna patronize the jet's Pizza in Hopkins Minnesota just because of the disrespect and their product is not fresh that I purchased a medium garden salad. The olives were nasty and soggy, and when I returned the salad immediately, he jumps to the defense and says there's nothing wrong with this none of my customers complain. I hate that they opened a location within delivery distance of my domicile. The New Hope location was so convenient to my wallet. Now I foresee this location to be the cause of my shrinking checking account balance. I might have to cut down on diapers and baby treats to balance the books. So I get the pizza home and it's Canadian bacon. If I wanted Canadian Bacon I would have said "Canadian Bacon". Told them about this today and they essentially called me a liar, went home and reheated the left over pieces (it wasn't my pizza originally) and it sure tasted like ham. I have ordered in the past and it was ok to very good. Today, they made my pizza's with the wrong crust. They said it was me. I was able to verify it wasn't my mistake and they would NOT remake. I get off days and you get a bad pizza once and a while, but apologize, remake, and move on to all is good. The girl said she would have to get permission from someone not in. Ok, but I won't be in anymore and I am the guy who buys for my office twice a month. It will be from a new place now and we have many chains like Jet and mom & pops that are good. I will tell you it wasn't just a customer service issue. The mistake was the crust. I like them all but this error tasted like nothing. It sucked and why I asked for a remake of what I ordered. I think this is my new favorite pizza place. Three words for you: Deep Dish Duo. I have never tasted pizza so deliciously perfect, soft yet crisp crust, saucy goodness, cheese delight in every bite. Equally as delicious on day 2 or 3, even eating it cold. Here are some of my highlights for Jet's: -location, location, location...pizza after the gym, sure, pizza on my way home, sure, pizza while you walk on the trail, sure... -pizza by the slice so you don't have the temptation to pig out on the entire pie -online ordering -delivery (not free) -flavor your crust -lots of available sides (even salad) -subs/boats are also available, but I have yet to try them Staff are friendly, but they could use a little work with their training, maybe because its still so new...?
