The next day they're cleaning the grill. Another day they're only taking cash. At this point, I'm convinced the restaurant's primary business model is finding creative reasons not to serve food. I never know if I'm arriving at a fast-food restaurant or interrupting a team-building exercise. The employees could probably write a bestselling book titled "1001 Reasons We Can't Take Your Order Right Now." When they're actually open and functioning, the food is fine. The challenge is successfully navigating the side quest required to place an order. If your goal is to eat at this Jack in the Box, I'd recommend bringing patience, backup dinner plans, and perhaps a priest to bless the drive-thru before attempting entry.

A drink, a shake, a burger, and cheddar peppers all in less than 10 min. The exterior is a dark grey with a new logo. The reopening was delayed for months and it finally opened for drive-thru traffic earlier last month. Today I used said drive-thru and ordered my usual: two bean burritos in red sauce with onions. Tasty as usual. The line moved fast! The drive-thru in this new design is more user friendly as cars don't impede foot traffic now. The new store has a small dine-in place in the back that I noticed on my way out. The corporate website only will process your response with numbers only. So in other words it won't look like a valid receipt & this stores combination won't get marks against them. Explained my issues just to see what would actually happen. I was assured I would receive a response. I wanted to see how many "flowers" it gives about their customers and it's ZERO!! My only complaint was the excess mayonnaise. It was a filling meal.
