Very welcome, the service, interaction with all employees was excellent…read more We enjoyed sitting outside under umbrellas. I will say Filipino food/flavor is not for everyone. I did love the spaghetti. It is nothing like traditional Italian spaghetti. It's sweet very interesting. If you've never had Filipino cooking before, going with an open mind and no expectation and you'll have a great time.

I came back, and they finally had the Spicy Chickenjoy in stock...WAHOO!!…read more I initially got in the drive-thru line, but it was ridiculously long, so I bailed and went inside instead. The staff was friendly, but I do think the ordering line inside could be managed better. The layout makes it hard to tell where the line begins and ends. A woman accidentally tried to cut in front of half the line because she thought I was next to order, when I was actually the last person in line. It wasn't really her fault, it was just confusing. Maybe some tape on the floor with arrows or a better queue setup would help. They have the rope barriers, but they don't seem to be doing the trick. One thing I was a little disappointed by was that this location doesn't offer the Chicken joy combo with sides **and** a pie. The Concord location has that meal, and it's a much better value than the standard combo with just the sides. I was hoping this location would have it too, but maybe it'll be added to the menu in the future. As for the food, everything was delicious! The Spicy Chickenjoy was actually spicier than I remembered, which I enjoyed. The fries were just okay, but the mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were both really good. My husband also ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe with spicy mayo and jalapeño coins to try (in addition to our go-to spicy chicken joy) and he actually preferred the sandwich over the Spicy Chickenjoy we usually get. And don't skip the mango peach pies, they were so good! The only downside is that the drive-thru gets incredibly backed up, but the food definitely hit the spot, and I'm glad I finally got to enjoy the Spicy Chickenjoy again.

Just another review…read more I've been going since they opened the new location. The owner and staff have been nothing but welcoming and kind. They always offer us samples of their newest additions, and I've always left satisfied. They have rotating desserts and food items and I love that I can always try something different. I'm a creature of habit so my regular is The Tip and their deep fried mushrooms. I can see there are a couple of 1 star reviews. I can tell you now it wasn't over the quality of the food. I have a feeling they are just Karen's and don't like when the staff sticks up for themselves. I enjoy their responses and their food. To the owner and staff, thank you for everything! Keep being you and keeping it real with these "food critics"

I'd been wanting to try this place for a while now, based on word of mouth. In order for the 2 of…read moreus to get maximum exposure to Fork It's quality, ordered 1 12" Cowboy with BBQ sauce on the side; 1 12" Clucking Bacon Ranch, 1 chocolate cream pie, 1 coconut cream pie and a single order of onion rings. My husband called in the order and I advised him to get there early as things have a tendency to sell out. 15 minutes later he arrived in the small strip mall off Don & Hammer, happy to find a disabled spot almost right in front. The area itself is a bit sketchy but okay during the abbreviated hours, mostly 11AM-4PM.. Closed Saturdays and most Sundays. The two big bags of wonderful smelling food cost $70, and I will describe and show photos of just what you will receive. A special note for the owner's son, Big D. The fact you noticed my guy was both elderly and disabled and offering help with the bags was beyond and above. He doesn't mention it but he's still a bit unsteady after hip surgery. My food rating is 4.5 but genuine kindness bumps it to a full 5! We started in splitting the chicken sandwich. I loved the fresh, lightly toasted bread and the fact this small business father and son team source locally. The roll was dressed with shredded lettuce and a couple ripe tomato slices. Two meaty slices of bacon added to the enjoyment, but what really knocked me out and made this such a fine value, 2 huge, (about the size of your palm and fingers), slices of breast with another half thrown in for good measure. The chicken benefitted from marinating then grilling just right. Missing in action? Any and all ranch dressing-I even looked for to-go containers but none to be found. Comparing notes with DH he said his bread was dripping with sauce to the point of being soggy...I guessed when the sandwich was upright on the drive home everything wet rushed to one side! Stuff happens. The size of these sandwiches is huge but we moved on to the Cowboy for dinner. Cut in two, I took the smaller side, closer to 5". I've deconstructed down to the point of separating out onions, mushroom and tri tip. We opted for Provolone for more of a cheesesteak vibe. Generous slabs of mild cheese helped hold the whole thing together. DH grilled tri tip and ribs for the Stockton Ports game for several years and knew what to look for. The consensus, fair amount of meat, cooked medium well, tender with good flavor. I specified BBQ sauce on the side, which was no problem. That way I could deconstruct my half Cowboy, could be a nurse thing! DH thought too many onions while I thought the ratio to meat was spot on. Sadly the mushrooms turned out to be 3/4ths of one button mushroom thinly sliced for my share. Both grilled onions and mushrooms add additional moisture and flavor. Adding the sauce, a molasses tomato blend with a small peppery kick made for a very enjoyable meal. The onion rings were about 1/2" thick and plentiful. Crispy on the outside while still being moist on the inside with sweet onion. The coconut pie was creamy with toasted coconut sprinkled over the whipped topping. The crust was of interest, buttery cookie instead of graham cracker or standard pie crust. Our chocolate cream pie was a chocolate lover's dream. A light mousse touch to the filling with heavier ganache brownie crust. We're still working on that one. So 4 meals, 2 happy campers and even our dogs give 4 paws up.

The reasons for 3 stars are: Not enough staff: we weren't greeted at all and even when the worker finally came to the register after waiting almost 10 minutes- she just stared at us blankly. She wasn't friendly, at all. She seemed really unhappy to be there and was unnecessarily cold. The restaurant looks like it's under construction. There's a line of metal poles lined around the inside windows that looks like it's meant to hold an L shaped counter- but no counter. There was sauce and crumbs on tables and chairs. Way more effort should be put into their customer service and the dining room atmosphere. Finally, the price! $40 for two combos at a fast food restaurant is insane. We liked the burgers well enough that we will probably come back but with these prices it won't be more than 1 or 2 times per year. Chilis and Applebees both have decent burgers for half the price and they have cocktails and actual Servers who smile and act like they like their jobs.

I am glad we ended up here! It is a small place with a few tables. The guy that took out order was very friendly. My aunt wanted a salad and although they don't officially have salads, the guy made it work. He put something together for my aunt. I ordered a chicken sandwich, which is also not on the menu. It is essentially chicken strips in a sandwich. So goood!good!! My sister and other family members got burgers and they liked them too. Fruity pebbles milkshake was good, a bit sweet but good. I would definitely go back there when I go to Stockton. Parking is not an issue. There is plenty.

This means I'll need to find a place to eat dinner by myself and Burnies hit my radar. Walking in around 7pm on a Wednesday, the place was empty then while I was scanning the menu on the wall the counter person comes out from the back to greet me and explain the menu. I decide on a double smash burger ($12.99) and half size of Burnies Fries ($9.99) with a "can" of coke. There's no fountain service for their drinks here; it's not a deal breaker but would have been nice to easily grab a refill while eating this much food dining in! The person did also tell me their Burnie sauce is like "Cane" Sauce which I do like. As I waited for my food, several more customers flowed in & out which made me happy. After receiving my food, the first bite of the burger was juicy but their sauce was overly sweet and having the sauce on the fries too made my 1st experience disappointing. I had to eat around the fries that had sauce on it and I could not remove the sauce from the bun since it was soft and soaked the sauce in already. *So for first timers, I would suggest getting the Burnie sauce on the side to determine if the sauce is to your liking. There are unique flavored shakes (with cereal) available but hopefully that's enough for me to return and give them a try

The interior and building were normal, nothing of note. However, the burgers were the best I've ever seen and eaten. They were picture perfect. The buns glistened, the lettuce and tomatoes were centered and properly proportioned, and the patties were cooked juicy (well, as juicy as an In-N-Out patty can be) with a slight pink center. In-N-Out burgers usually are messy and stuffed in a rush, but these burgers were amazing. Alright, I'm done with my rant review. If you're craving a burger, just go.
