I ordered my usual, a build your own pizza. I always load it with spicy red sauce, every single cheese they have, peppers, meatballs and spinach. They offer nice finishes such as ranch, hot honey, grated cheese, red pepper flakes & much more. I enjoyed my pizza! Blaze Pizza in Bowie, Maryland is conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of parking available in the mall lot right outside--super accessible. This was my first time visiting, and I really enjoyed the build-your-own pizza experience. It's basically the Chipotle or CAVA of the pizza world, which made it fun and customizable. The pizza itself was excellent--definitely a 5/5. I had the pepperoni with fresh basil leaves, along with a Caesar salad, and both exceeded my expectations in taste and portion size. The service was average; the staff seemed to be moving through the motions without much engagement. The dining area looked like it had just come off a busy rush and could have used a quick clean-up. The fairly new Blaze Pizza has arrived at Bowie Town Center, located just a few doors down from Panda Express. You can either order a pizza already created on their menu or you can create your own. You walk down the line and choose whatever toppings your little heart desires. They also have salad and dessert options. Top three takeaways from my visit to Blaze Pizza in Bowie: 1. The pizza is delish! Try the hot honey to finish your pizza off. You'll thank me later. 2. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Got two pizzas...one for me and one for the little one. They have only been open for roughly a month through small talk with the guy who made my pizza. I'm glad they have options for everyone...you can get a basic pizza or build your own. Very similar to other build your own but the quality is better. The press your dough right in front of you and add each topping to your liking. I noticed they also have vegan options which I haven't seen many pizza places. Best of all they didn't burn the pizza. I ordered a medium sized order (3 pizzas, 2 breadsticks, 2 cinnamon sticks) through a third party service. Unfortunately, there was a glitch when I placed my order online (or perhaps I pressed the wrong button). Either way, when I got my food, I noticed that two of the pizza crusts were not what I wanted. New addition to Bowie Town Center! I love Blaze Pizza and am excited to have one closer to me! I was one of the 1st 25 guests to win pizza for the year, and I'm happy that I was the first guest to place my order. Blaze is similar to Mod pizza, where you can select a specialty pizza or create your own. They are, in my opinion, much better than the other place. I've lived here for nearly 2 years and love it but we've had a helluva time finding a decent pizza place. Tried Blaze today for the first time and I'm happy to say I finally found my spot. Just tried to place an order by phone and ONLY way to do it is online. Our family orders a lot of pizzas, but are often spur of the moment. If you don't have anyone to pick up the phone, I'll take my business to Ledo's or Moe's. I suspect you are losing a lot of (older) customers like me, with these limitations. read more

I ordered through DoorDash and the Dasher had to wait for quite a while for the pizza so I assume this is as fresh as it gets. I ordered the combo with a half a pizza and breadsticks. The breadsticks were undercooked and missing pesto. The sauce they sent with the breadsticks was ice cold. My half pizza was missing FOUR of my toppings and the crust was so soggy that it was literally wet. Disgusting! Cause that freaking kyleee isn't worth the headache especially not over pizza. 8:15 Monday I went to the Bowie location upon walking in I noticed no dough and one guy was doing Togo orders. I asked are you about to close he stated no ma'am give me one second I'll be right with you. Within the time. A lady comes out. She what you getting I stated again it's my first time. Do you have more dough. She grabs an over worked dough splat not ball and puts it in the machine needles to say it got stuck. She does it 2 more times and 4th one I can have. She stands there with the paper and marker ready. I'm not sure just yet it will probably be a one topping pizza. But I'm not sure so Kaylee proceeded to mark byo. We go down the line White sauce mozzarella light please and pineapples. Yeah I know. I saw the broccoli and asked for broccoli she threw the stalks and burnt pieces on it grabbed salt 3 times. Shaked her hand to get the extra salt off to the pizza. Takes the pizza to over where a guy was. Expo-ing a pizza Kaylee takes my pizza but because no flour was put on tray I'm guessing with her attitude and sticking dough she throws the pizza in the oven fae back toppings come off. I did inform Kaylee that she shouldn't talk to her staff like that one , 2 address in house issues with a patron in clear view she still decided to mouth off I explained I'm not arguing I'm going to write my letter. I have called the store 2 and was lucky to get Kaylee 2twice. I did ask again for a gm or manger and got nothing but a hang up. I guess because I said it's a complaint. I will be escalating this because of my wasted money a salty and undercooked pizza and over charged NEEDLESS TO SAY BOTH PIZZAS WENT IN TRASH. I thought this was a rather new store. Blaze pizza in Bowie is really good. The crust is not super thick. It's an even balance of toppings vs the crust. Very flavorful. Ordered online, order was ready when I arrived and the staff is very courteous. Nice clean establishment. I highly recommend you give them a try. The location is good since the Bowie Town center appears to be trying to bring in more restaurants. It's average sized inside. There are tables/chairs to sit at if you like. It was clean. As for the food, the pizza was average at best. The service was okay but nothing special. It's not like anyone went out of their way to make a recommendation my first time there. The concept reminds me very much of &pizza but not as good. It was a little underwhelming, as my pizza was bland and tasteless. I definitely don't see myself coming back anytime soon. Let's start with that was the worst crust pizza I've ever had. The toppings were awful. I asked for, basic sauce, mozzarella cheese, onion, mushrooms, roasted garlic and spinach. They put the spinach on top last which made it burned and way to crispy. I think I got 5 little pieces of onions and 6 little pieces of mushrooms. The pizza is very sweet.
