The manager loudly called out to the staff that someone had forgotten to make my pizzas. I didn't receive the pizzas until 5:40 PM--nearly an hour and 20 minutes after I originally placed the order. By then, the cinnamon rolls had been sitting out for about an hour. It's frustrating to wait this long, especially at a place where pizza is the main offering. This experience was disappointing, and I hope better attention is given to order accuracy and timing in the future.
