Bay scallops are not my favorites as they tend to cook to a tougher texture with less scallop taste than diver scallops. Probably would have preferred 2 or 3 divers instead. But overall a delicious dinner and would have it again. My wife has some issues with garlic which is tough in an Italian restaurant.
