Super quick, kind, tastier for your buck and staff are very patient and understanding if you are looking and taking a while to order or you run to Safeway and come back last minute lol! Though I've only done that once, I appreciated that there was no venting about it as they were cleaning anyway and just a minute past closing. I could have omitted that to save face lol! But I wanted to share that to highlight how kind they are, no matter which staff member I've ever gotten over the years. I feel like management is good at leadership and hiring since it is such a consistent quality I've noticed in the staff. read more

This Papa Murphy's always seems to be better than the one in my city. They are always cleaner looking and they are nicer and quick! They offer local deals and honor advertised prices. I ordered a Large special and she offered $3 more to upgrade to family. I like that she observed my hungry household and offered the option! The ingredients were fresh and the pizza is always the same as long as you follow the handy directions included! read more

I stop in here about once a month to pick up food for later and I'm never disappointed. I generally place my orders via the app and it's always ready when promised. The pizza always comes out great and they have plenty of options. What really stands out to me are the people. I've seen different people come and go but they have all been kind and helpful. I don't know who does the hiring, but they pick some great people. read more

Customer service is good only down fall is that their salads they charge you $7.99 for come with nothing but hearts from the lettuce, sure there's a few good pieces of lettuce but the amount of hearts is disappointing. Do better with that. I'll definitely be back though. read more

This location is where I get freshly made pizza and can enjoy anytime at home whenever and however I want. Customer service here is superb especially the asian lady who always greets you and has a smile in her face! That is what Customer Service is all about. I just forgot to ask her name because I was rushing home to start enjoying their well presented pizza. There's specials online, in the poster outside, in the newspaper. Place is clean. To me papa Murphys and Zachary's is the best pizza lol. It is so good and I don't like pizza often myself. But when I do crave pizza, I prefer this. Ordered 3 pies today. The lady on the phone was very friendly when I explained that the person picking up won't have the coupons. But I was shocked to hear my husband report that the " manager" in a bitchy tone said we were not supposed to be able to use a coupon and not have it physically. No where on the coupons fine print does it state coupon must be redeemed or must present coupon when pick up. It was not professional. read more

06/27 pizza ordered at 5:13 pm. I was charged twice for my order. I called to cancel one of the orders. An hour passes so I call papa Murphy's to ask when the pizza was coming.. turns out they cancelled both orders. Called again to reorder the pizza. Then the pizza is delivered at 6:45 pm and turns out it needs to be cooked. Long story short, 1.5 hours, 5 phone calls later and I have cold pizzas. Save yourself the time and either order dominoes or go to Safeway and buy $5 Digiornios. read more

I love this place! The owner is involved with his store which I always appreciate. The employees are always friendly and professional (which can be hard to find around Vallejo and it's surroundings). The place is always clean and your pizza is ready quick! My favorite is the Chicken Bacon Artichoke on thin crust! I highly recommend this place to everyone. You can't go wrong and it even feels like a healthier pizza. You don't feel all guilty after because everything is fresh and it's not all covered in grease, just saying. read more

This is a small shop with a fresh cooler filled with cheesy bread, cookie dough, and salad. My personal favorite is their homemade cookie dough! They also have a small refrigerator with drinks. A perfect place to grab a meal to bring to a potluck. There's lots of coupons to upgrade to a bigger size for only $2 more. The guy who owns this place is very genuine. read more

So I just ordered 2 pizza Kits for kids... I grabbed them from the open fridge where they have the salads(that's what I was told to do) and the girl gave them to the guy making pizzas on the back table and said "can you throw in some pepperoni" Wells , I just got home and the kids opened their kits and he literally just threw in a handful of pepperoni on top of the other cups with the ingredients/ on top wrapped pizza dough. One kit had a ton and the other one barely got any ... what happened to put the pepperoni in those lil black container cups like the other ingredients? Not the end of the world I know but it just makes a lil less excited about getting them again. read more

We never received our pizza delivery and when we phoned to ask where the pizza was the customer service was awful. We were staying at the Embassy Suites in Napa, less than a mile from the restaurant and ordered delivery to the hotel. We called in our order at 8:40 PM and were told 40 minutes. At 8:57 PM we received a call from the restaurant to say there were two pizzas ordered under our number, we said we only wanted one. At 10 PM we phoned to ask where our pizza was. They had no record of our order even though the restaurant phoned us earlier!! Really poor customer service - we never received our ordered and it was 10 PM. Domino's delivered in 20 minute. Hooray Domino's!!!! read more

I have lived in the area for 5 1/2 years, so that means I have probably been to this location approximately... 273 times, but whose counting? In a house with 5 pizza lovers, which includes a greedy husband, 2 teen boys ('nuf said), a 3-slice eating toddler girl and a 9 year old boy with every pizza shirt known to man- pizza is serious business. The staff and owner are consistently friendly and accurate over the years, and I am greeted by name, with a smile, on every visit. I appreciate this. The whole concept of Papa's is a joy as well - Customize your pizza, cook it to your liking and enjoy. The pizzas are tasty and fresh, and with local coupons for $7 large Pepperoni, etc., you also can't beat the economical prices. *high 5* to Papa Murphy's! See you later??? read more

I am usually really happy with this place, but this time customer service was lacking. I wanted to use a couple of coupons and the person ringing me up only wanted to use the same coupon for all three pizzas. I asked if the price would be the same if using just one instead of three different ones; she said yes. After I got home I checked the prices and it was not the same! Over paying $5 is not a huge deal, but the fact that I over paid because she didn't want to use different coupons bugs me. Advice: Don't believe them just because they work there. read more

Okay, first of all, $13 for a family size pizza? How can you NOT LOVE A PLACE LIKE THAT? This place has o.k customer service. some times are better than others, but I don;t hold that against them. It's not like it is a dine-in place where customer service is crucial. these guys are cool. I like the idea that I can stop in and order, then go next door to safeway and pick up few quick groceries. The wait is usually 10 minutes, or 15-20 minutes on a busy day. But regardless, there are always people coming in for pizzas. I'll keep coming back. TIP:may be a good idea to call in your order as well so that you dont have to wait for 10-15minutes. read more

This is the place to go when you want freshly made uncooked so you bake it in the luxury of your home. The ingredients are always fresh and the pizzas are always true to their size. (I got very disappointed at round table after I ordered a large pizza and it felt like a medium). The baking directions are straight forward and the pizza always comes out the same way every time. (You have to be a bumbling idiot to mess it up). read more

I love this papa murphy's! Very clean and the employees works as fast as they can. I always get the garlic chicken because it's my favorite! The desserts are pretty good too, I just wish they also had a choice of a smaller version for families who can't finish the big one. If you haven't had papa murphy's you should definitely try because I think it's better than round table. Although you have to bake it yourself, who doesn't like fresh out of the oven pizza! read more

I usually would not do this but... at 4:30 on a Tuesday evening while trying to feed my busy family I called to order. I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. So I pulled up, got my 2 year out of the car and as I approached the door... "We are closed for 1 hr" sign on the door. The man said we are doing some cleaning I mean maintenance so we will open back up at 5:30. I explained I had just called in an order and his response. " They should never have taken your order. We are closed!" So I am DONE with this location. You don't want my business... fine! Clearly you don't know if you need cleaning and maintenance but you definitely don't want to honor the Tuesday deal. read more

Well, I must say. This pizza is divine. For $12 I got a large chicken, Bacon, artichoke with the pan crust. I've had regular when my housemate bought it, but pan is THE BUSINESS! The two workers (both young, one male n one female) worked flawlessly together and had my pizza ready to go within minutes. This store is terrible! They don't get your orders right If you order more than one pizza. they ring up and make the wrong pizza. I stopped in on my way home from work, which is 30 minutes from there, picked up my three pizzas and went home. When I went to cook one of my pizzas it was not the cowboy Pizza that I ordered. It was some other kind of a combo pizza. They won't give you the managers number to get it fixed. When you try to call the survey it's in a loop so you can't even take the survey. read more

Gotta say Raj is one of the most friendly and down to earth business owners I know. Although he's not around much anymore as an owner operator at this location, he leaves behind a well trained and friendly staff. Consistently perfect orders in an efficient manner. I've had so many HORRIBLE experiences at this location. Hannah, who I think may be the assistant manager, has been extremely every single time I've been here. She acts as if our order is a burden/annoyance to her. Her overall attitude sucks. Based on those experiences I would give 1 star. The service is great (friendly and quick), and their "Gourmet Vegetarian" and "Vegetarian" pizzas are delicious (I order them without cheese, and with the red sauce, and they're vegan). The only thing that'd make it perfect is adding vegan cheese ... but I just add my own grated Daiya before I bake it. read more

(Completely unnecessary side story about pricing: My husband wanted me to calculate the price per square inch of pizza for one small and one medium, versus just getting a large...in any case, for the types of pizza I wanted, the price difference was insignificant (about two cents per square inch). In the end the calculation was off though since half orders have a bit of an up-charge. (It was $30 for a half/half in medium size.))

As I approached the window to order, I was greeted by the friendly gentleman who offered menu suggestions and patiently answered all questions. The chicken Alfredo pizza is delicious, and don't forget to add the pesto drizzle! Their Italian sodas with added cream are also super tasty. If you can find them, definitely give them a try. This leads to my only con. They're a bit difficult to find. You have to follow their social media to know where they will be and they don't seem to start serving until 5 or 6pm. It would be nice to have access earlier in the day. I understand they are new, so I will give them some grace and I will be on the lookout for the next location!

If possible, I would love to see what their pizza is like when you get larger orders for takeout.
