We ordered delivery to a nearby hotel after the hotel recommended it. Ordering online worked smoothly and the menu offered a a variety of options. We ordered 24 classic wings, garlic knots, and mountain fries. We had to add more items than we wanted because apparently you have to spend $50 for them to deliver it. This didn't include the $7 delivery fee, tip, or tax. With the above items plus a 20% tip, our small order came out to $78, which seems absolutely ridiculous. The $50 minimum delivery requirement seems crazy as well, since they are only 6 minutes away. The delivery driver was holding his phone to his ear and talking to someone for our entire interaction, which just seemed awkward and rude. The food was your average pizza joint quality but it did arrive by their estimated time and the order was correct. If we weren't using a company card for meals, I think we would have picked somewhere else just because of the price and their delivery minimum. So I had not the best experience so I did a review. Called and was told that Rose was the manager but she wasn't in. No manager on weekends it seems. I would think it's the busiest time. Called again. She still wasn't in so I left my name, number, and order number for a callback. That was Tuesday. It is now Thursday still no callback. Management is great with employees, customers, and management all together. None existent with employees and customers. I just wanted things to be made right but no response or effort. First time ordering from this Mt. Mike's. Ordered online through their site. 6" personal size pizza for lunch. It includes up to 3 toppings. I chose two; artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes, asked for it crispy well done. Arrived a few minutes early and it wasn't done so I know it was being made "fresh." When it came out I took a look quickly and it looked fine and was still hot from the oven. I took it back to work and noticed the pizza was still hot. The sun dried tomatoes though were cold. Like they'd been in a cooler and quickly thrown on top before the box was closed. That wasn't too bad as the heat from the pizza still softened them up a bit. Still they should have been placed on the pizza at least for a few minutes while still in the oven. Next, the artichoke hearts were mostly the leaves and maybe two small pieces of heart. The leaves were partially toasted and curled from the oven. Unless I'm a goat, I usually don't eat the entire leaf. They are tough and stringy. They're meant to be scraped at the fleshy part but they're too fibrous and tough to chew up and swallow. Ended up taking most of them off the pizza. Had another experience at mountain Mike's that needs to be shared. Instead of using the app, I called in and spoke with someone who was new. After the fourth attempt of trying to get my credit card approved I grew frustrated and told them I was gonna go somewhere else for my food. After taking a deep breath, I ended up going online and completing my order that way I could get my Mountain Mike's Pizza even though I preferred to talk to someone in person I had success with the app. After the order was submitted, I got a call shortly after from Sabrina, who told me that they have a new employee and they were trying to help them out with the process, but it sounded like they were just having too difficult of a time Because of the difficulty Sabrina wanted to make sure that we had a good experience overall and offered us a drink on the house. She gave us a free 2 L some cups and some plates for our meal. It was the thought that counts and the wonderful service recovery that they provided that keeps us coming back. Best one (personally) chicken. Thinner style pizza crust but well seasoned. Man, I forgot how yummy Mountain Mike's Pizza is! I haven't had some in a couple years, and have never been to this location, even though I'm not too far away. Anyway, I'm glad I did! On to the pizza! First of all, I ordered online, which was super easy and user friendly. They even had some coupons that I was able to add. After I ordered, it said to pick up in 25 minutes, which I did, and it was waiting there ready for me. I ordered good ol' pepperoni, and a garlic chicken combo, known as "Robbers Roost." The garlic chicken was very tasty, but not overwhelmingly garlicky. The veggies complimented the chicken perfectly. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the pepperoni pizza even more! It was quite delicious, and the pepperoni had a bit of a bite to it, which I really liked! Ordered a couple pizzas for Superbowl. Ordered online and pizzas were ready as specified. Ordered a Mini Pepperoni and a Large McKinley. Order said it would be ready in 35 min, we got there 40 min and our order was ready. When you arrive, they show you the pizzas to confirm it's correct. The pizzas were very good and tasty. They were crispy and not overly salty. For folks that have never been here or not sure of the area, they have plenty of parking space in front of the restaurant. We would definitely order again. This is only the third time eating at mountain Mike's. First time was about 8 years ago (no good and dirty). Second time was last week ( its alright) . Third time today (very good). This is one of my favorite places to dine in American Canyon now that they've made vegan cheese available! It's so much quicker than going to the Vallejo locations, and bright & clean inside. My favorite is to get their Veggiemore (with the vegan cheese) and they let me substitute pineapple for the artichoke hearts. It's delish! The staff have always been friendly and courteous. Recently brought a group of friends in, Mountain Mike's happily set aside tables for 12 of us, and it was so easy for everyone to order and pay (much easier than having to figure out the bill & make change at other restaurants) Other Bay Area pizza restaurants, like Blaze and zpizza, offer a vegan protein on the menu. First time to this location. I have been to mountains before. My group was hungry today. We sat down after ordering boneless chicken wings and a huge pizza and pitcher of beer. I can't complain about anything. We got cold glasses for the beer and was even give more beer because they had a 1/2" short fill of beer in the pitcher. They gave us a free full beer. Just ordered one, waited 20-30 minutes, they brought it out, and as I took my first bite, the girl at the register rushed back to say she could tell by looking at it that it wasn't the gluten-free crust.
