Had a day free to myself and was craving ayce pizza at Mountain Mikes. This was a different one from the other I reviewed just so anybody thinks I'm just doing the same one multiple times. I got there at about 11:15 and started with a salad since the pizzas weren't out there quite yet and by the time I was done putting every single thing they had practically, the pizzas came out! Started with Pepperoni, Pepperoni and Sausage, and Hawaiian. All were fresh and hot and long string pulls! Had few more slices and some more salad and was happy! They kept the pizzas coming out and had some really good ones (except for the two with olives) Will go back for sure! read more

We have been ordering from this location regularly. Last couple of times pepperoni had skin on it. It wasn't appetizing at all. We called in but didn't seem to care about it much. They said they will know their vendor know. Disappointed. read more

Hubby and I really like this location. They are great with delivery and pick up. We order frequently from them and the pizzas are always great. Last time we ordered during Super Bowl and pizza was running so late a roast time they said it would be dropped off. When j called they let me know it was in the way and that they would be giving us another pizza on top of what we ordered. I thought that was so nice! Came in after a 14 hour drive, doesn't come up on Apple Maps. We decided on the Popeyes because it had 3 stars and everything else around the area is 2. As soon as we parked in front of the Popeyes we spotted it and we weren't disappointed. The service was good, and so was the pizza. Restrooms are also very clean ! The restaurant itself was clean. Definitely one of the better fast food pizza joints that I've had! Service // docked one star because I had called for pick up and it told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later - paid for it and it took another 20 minutes before I got the pizza. Register employee was friendly though! Food // decent! I ordered an online order last week for 5:30pm pickup... I placed the order around 2:30pm that day. Well first things first, when I got there at 5:35 I still had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. Is it really that hard to be prepared on time? But my biggest complaint actually is that this location is soooo not in compliance with safety measures for Covid-19 regulations. Specifically in the aspect that they had a worker in the back kitchen who wasn't wearing a mask at all whatsoever!!!! Luckily he showed up a bit later after I had my pizza handled by a different worker who was properly masked/gloved. There was another older man who I saw enter the back kitchen who had his nose exposed over his mask, too. I told the cashier she needs to tell that guy to put on a mask. Though she didn't seem to care at all about my complaint. Disgusting. Avoid this location- go to American Canyon!! I normally liked this mountain mike, but customer service this time was not acceptable. I ordered the cinnamon knots, and they were burnt and hard. After spending close to 50 dollars, I thought I would call and let them know. They made me feel like I was lying, so I sent a pic and then was told that's the way they are prepared and they hadn't received complaints before. Now, I normally would not have said anything, and because I spent so much money, I at least would have thought they would have credited me 6 dollars since I go to them regularly. Each time I eat salad from here the lettuce is crispy and fresh! Everything on the salad is a great blend that works well with their ranch dressing. So, if you like or love pizza but do not want the meat and like mediterranean flavors, I recommend their vegetable pizza and add feta cheese. read more

Check your food before you drive home! The last 3 times I order here they mess it up. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza and they used the red sauce instead. Ordered a white sauce with chicken and bacon and they added tomatoes and tonight I order the white sauce again and they put pepperoni on it. I ordered pickup through the slice app. I got a small Everest pizza and had a follow up e-mail saying it would be ready in 35 min, but mountain mikes called me 10 min earlier which was great. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been ordering from here now for at least a year and this was the first and the last time I will have issues with this store. I ordered a half and Half pizza, specialty pizza and the the other side pepperoni and cheese. Places the order online they don't half like round table and option online where you can do half and half so I added pepperoni in the special comments for half. They called to clarify the order half pepperoni and half specialty pizza. The special side was supposed to have chicken and light onions mushrooms etc... I confirmed the order and they delivered to me a large pepperoni half cheese pizza but charged me for 40.34 for a large specialty pizza. I called the store and the manager wanted to argue abs coke back to my house and show me the receipt instead of fixing the problem instantly. I told him my husband and I would be up to the store and I wanted to get the correct pizza made. He still wanted to argue and make his point, which before and even at this point to me as the customer was irrelevant. He had manager Paul his hands in my face as a woman , a customer this was totally disrespectful and uncalled for. He then said I'll make you a new pizza if you just listen and let me show you the receipt. Sir I have the same receipt on top of the fact I know what I ordered. Do you think I really want you Tom make me pizza now when the entire time you have been trying to prove your point. When I got off the phone before I got to the store he (Paul) said you messed up the order and now you want to blame us. Sir you messed up the order when your store made their own interpretation of my order and then you charged me for a pizza that I never received and then you had your hands in my face. This store needs more training on customer service and empathy. If Paul is the owner he needs to close his business and get training if he is an employee he needs to be fired he is rude and I think he is a womanist along with being racist. He refused to refund me my money said it was an online order but my bank said the merchant can do it if they would not cooperate then they can open a claim. So basically Paul could have given me a refund back on my card he just didn't want to do that. I will never patronize this store ever again I will go to round table pizza admiral Callaghan lane from now on.
