I asked Miranda for the name of her supervisor and she refused to give it, stating again that she is the manager. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my order, which was well past my pick up time. The service and food quality at the Hanceville location is much better. I do recommend picking up instead of delivery for fresh pizza. I once used the app to track our delivery order and it seemed there were 3-4 deliveries made before ours. It was an hour from the time our food left the store until it arrived. And no, it wasn't hot as expected. So choose pick up, not delivery.
