The food is great and never had issues here with the service. Maybe the owner doesn't know this is happening and maybe was just the employees or manager at that time. This was my second visit to this location; my first visit was on July 31, 2026, when I placed an online order totaling $43.16. During today's visit, I went inside to order garlic knots and a Greek salad. When she asked what salad dressing I preferred, I said Caesar. Her response was, "I know y'all like ranch." I told her I don't use ranch, and she then suggested they have a good raspberry balsamic vinaigrette. I insisted, "No, I would like the Caesar, please." When she asked for my name for the order, I told her Tonia, and she replied that she hadn't heard that name in a long time. She went on to say that she had a friend she grew up with named Tonia, only to correct herself and say her friend's name was actually Geniva. As I paid for my order, I noticed her patting her head. When I asked her why she was doing that, she said, "Ain't that what y'all do?" She then turned to me and asked why we pat our heads. At this point, I asked her for a refund. She responded, "Don't y'all wear wigs?" I repeated my request for a refund, and she finally agreed. Despite having left her a tip, I cannot overlook the racist comments directed toward the Black community. I will not patronize a restaurant that is hostile toward Black people.
