So time and time again we order from this place, several for our family and one for the wife and I. Over and over the mess up our strikingly simple order. NO CHEESE. We order a veggie with no cheese, and then we show up and blam.... cheese on it. So we have them remake it while we wait. We can't eat dairy. It's simple. We explain it and they remake it. So we get home and guess what? They put cream sauce on it! What talent it must take to disregard the order so many different ways. read more

Placed an order for the MVP Bundle, which from the website it appears to include a large Hog Heaven pizza, 5-cheese bread, chocolate chip cookie dough and a 2L Pepsi product. Before arriving I called the store about the special, and the young lady was very friendly and professional over the phone, told me that I would receive either the cheese bread or the cookie dough not both. When I get to the restaurant I showed where it does not say that you would receive one or the other. She showed me the flyer and I said that it does not indicate that on there either. She finally said she would go ahead and include both items as if I was being given a concession and said that she would call her manager to advise her of this. It was all said in a nice, friendly manner. She may not be aware of it, but it still came across as passive aggressive. As if I was in the wrong but would be made an accommodation. From the verbiage in the ad, there is zero indication that you would have to choose between one item or the other. She claimed she wasn't sure about it because other customers have said the same thing about this special. So are the employees at this particular location not being given proper training on current promotions? It may not seem like a big deal, but have previous customers not been given what is due to them. I've been buying Papa Murphy's pizzas since the late 1990's, and enjoy their product, so it pains me to give them a less than stellar review. read more

Stopped in here the other night to get a take and bake. Let me say this 1st, I generally love Papa Murphy's, and visit the Lakeland or Summer Ave location often. But, this new location is closer to home, so let's give it a try. Unfortunately, it is not nearly as good as the other locations. The shortfalls are: 1. The amount of ingredients... all of them, from the sauce to the toppings, were less in quantity than the other PM locations I have visited. 2. But primary issue I had was the taste, I baked it as I do all the others, but the crust was tough. The only thing I can think is that as they're new, not that many customers, perhaps they're building to many pre-crusts ahead of time and they're sitting around too long. I'll either wait to re-visit this location until they have more foot traffic or go back to the other locations for future visits. read more

As a consumer I value a few things, value for my money and customer service. My first time here I had 3 hungry teens and a tired wife after yhe entire day at the mall. we were greated with a smile and a very welcoming staff. We got the meat stuffed pizza and a 1/2 cheese and 1/2 garlic and mushroom. The pizza was great, we will certainly go back to that location, for the other reason. A GREAT STAFF. Thanks guys!!! I have been to several Papa Murphy's and their Herb Chicken Mediterranean Gourmet Delite Pizza is KILLER! So far this location is the best! Their staff is still new and getting better every visit! Crispy Thin or Regular Crust, Olive Oil, Garlic, Herb Roasted Chicken, Spinach, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Feta, and Zesty Herbs... I add Roasted Garlic to kick it up a notch! For a variation change it up to the White Sauce and add some Black Olives and you have a Greek Pizza! If you are dissatisfied, see one of the management staff and they WILL make it right. Right now they're sending out coupons as well as giving them out at the store and you will save BIG! I will say this, follow their baking instructions, BUT they are a guide, if you have never made home made fresh pizza in a regular oven it takes a a little practice! I love Papa Murphy's and I've visited this place several times with no problems. I have however had three specific visits where something was completely off. The first, we got home and the pizza just smelled funky. It definitely seemed like it had been sitting too long, so we threw it out. The second time, after baking, it tasted like it had gone bad, so again we dumped it. Probably the same problem as before. Then last night, we tried their new NY XL pizza and my wife and I both felt sick later in night. I probably gave them more chances than I should have, but something's definitely off about this location. read more

The pizza is really good especially the cowboy pizza. Or the Chicago style pizza. I family love there pizza I lot them all.

This was our first time trying Papa Murphy's. The staff was very friendly! The pizza was delicious! We will definitely order from them again!! read more
