I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. While eating, I bit into a foreign object that I later discovered was a strand of steel wool. It scratched/punctured my tongue and made contact with a tooth. Thankfully, my tongue appears to be okay, but after thinking about the incident overnight, I realized that's not really the point. What concerns me is how a piece of steel wool ended up in a customer's meal in the first place. Steel wool is a cleaning material and should never make its way onto a plate. While I may have been fortunate that my injury appears minor, the next customer may not be. To be fair, the manager was very professional, polite, and accommodating when the issue was brought to their attention. The food was taken back and part of our meal was comped. My concern is not with how the manager handled the situation, but with whatever breakdown in cleaning or food preparation procedures allowed this to happen. I decided to write this review because I want the right people to see it and take a serious look at their cleaning and kitchen practices. My hope is that this incident leads to improvements so that no other customer has the same experience.

They were out of Parmesan cheese, the tiramisu dessert was a soggy mess! The overhead vents were dripping on some of us and we had to be moved around. I think it was an off night considering how good it was the first night. I would give them another try.
