I ordered a 1 topping medium pizza on the app and while driving there at 7pm on a Saturday when they are open until 9pm on Saturdays they called me and told me they couldn't make my order because they ran out of pizza dough. I've ordered from this location for a number of years. In my experience the crew here has been routinely efficient and courteous while consistently assembling very good pizzas to order. Prices may seem on the high side but you get a lot of food for the money. Plus I find the the ingredients are above average in quality. I like the idea of baking my pie at home. I can jazz it up a bit or prepare it just the way they made it. Good choices for me include the Herb Chicken Mediterranean, the Gourmet Vegetarian and, when feeding a large group, The Papa's Favorite. The side salads are fresh and decently priced if you're inclined to add one to your order. The Classic Cheesy Bread is very good and often offered at a special price. The Cowboy Cookie Dough is also great. Look for specials and discounts in general as they are frequent but changing. To avoid issues, you may want to park in the back of lot or even across the access road to the south. read more

I have to say, I do not frequent this place as much as others. There are a few musts though! 1st, one must get the pumpkin pizza for Halloween and 2nd, one must get the heart shaped pizza for valentines day. That being said, you must note they are purely novelty and the taste isn't that awesome. Great for kids though! I must admit, I did actually give in for Halloween...I ordered ahead of time (a MUST!) and went in to pick it up at 2pm, to avoid the rush...line was already out the door and customers were going CRAZY! The pre-order was a lot better though...so definitely pre-order if you are doing the novelty pizzas. Anyways, on a NORMAL day, this place is not too bad. Their parking lot is shared with a liquor store and it does not yield a lot of parking spaces, so prepare yourself if you are going at peak booze purchasing times. Ordering ahead is definitely the way to go! I have found that one of the best pizzas is to do the Gourmet Vegetarian, but replace the delight crust with the normal crust. The delight pizza is awkwardly thin, not tasty thin, just blah...pass! I am a meat eater for sure and they have some OK meat pizzas. The stuffed pizzas a good but definitely filling. Being a single gal these days...a slice will feed me and then I am left with a big pie. Their sauce is ok...that's really the best way to explain it. Nothing steller just ok. So if you aren't loading up with toppings, it will be kid friendly (bland). Secret-get their salads. They are actually awesome! I have made a habit of getting one every time I am in there and they feed me for a few meals and are really fresh. The italian salad is excellent! And don't forget the cookie dough. Even though we know that no one actually makes cookies with it, its a excellent treat! The two down sides of this place is 1-sauce being bland and 2-prices are just a little high for a uncooked pizza. You can usually score a 25% off coupon or a discount on any pizza, but I don't think I could muster up paying full price for their pizza, its just not that amazing. read more

I didn't catch the gentleman's name but ordered an online pizza at the St. Louis park location - when I came in to pick up the gentleman working was there alone and filling everyone's orders as fast as he could due to his coworker no call no showing for their shift. One man band and kindest employee ever! He was a lovely man I wish I caught his name - working his tail off and offered me cookie dough for waiting. Best customer service ever. I had not been in this location for awhile and they obviously have changed management. For those who know what FUBAR means this I place is the poster child. I have been twice and this place has fallen off so far I will never return. I ordered a Murphy combo on my first visit and the kid gave me a one topping pizza. They were made to fix it. The second time it was busy so they took the orders and made them LIFO. Perhaps since I am a senior citizen they felt that it was important to make me wait 20 minutes were the under 30 crowd was out in a minute or two. After I approach the kid making pizzas he made a pizza that was not anything close to what I ordered for retaliation. It is sad to see a business run so poorly as this can be a great place. I placed an online order for pick up today, and the process was very smooth. Everything was ready when I arrived. The manager gave me a stamp card to start earning a free pizza, which was much appreciated. I also used a text message coupon for free cookie dough! I'll keep this short and sweet place my order, paid for it, waited probably five minutes for the four people behind the counter to decide who is going to make it end up having to ask them to make it, then I had to stop them from making it wrong three times the guy that took my order got it wrong then I tried to explain to the guy making it several times that two of the items I could not have on the pizza but I still now have to pick some of that off. read more

Order one size less than what you would in a typical pizza place. They have very clear instructions on how to bake them.. But nevertheless it's always a hit or miss only. Some times they come out really good and sometimes they are burnt.. Probably if you try it multiple times you might get a handle of the time.. Nice option for cold winter night and if you don't want to order from the same old pizza place.. The parking lot is tiny and poorly organized. I scheduled 2 pizzas for pick up at 5:45, and after waiting in a 6 person deep line they didn't have my pizzas ready. At 6:19, the pizzas were finally ready. The guys there were working hard, but the organization/management was bad. The pizza is nothing to write home about, not inexpensive, and was a pain to get. Food is good, employees aren't. I've been here a couple times, every time is just bad. I called in my order the first time, told it would be ready in fifteen minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later and the pizza wasn't ready, and the employee who was working the register was rather short and very rude. I'm not from Minnesota so I myself am not "Minnesota Nice" but anywhere you go, including Chicago or New York they at least are cordial and don't act like you are bothering them from whatever they were doing (like staring into space). The second time there, same employee, a female with brownish almost tinted purple hair was once again rather rude. What's more bothersome is she appeared to be rather lazy. The place was busy with one employee working the register and the other on the food. Once the line passed to order pizza the employee on the register with the awkward hair decided that instead of backing up the only employee on the food to stand there (once again staring into space). It doesn't appear to be a lack of capability it appears to be a lack of ambition (in other words she was lazy). Eden Prairie location is further away but better IMHO and I will be sticking to that one. EDIT - manager called me, apologized and is working to make it better, giving them two more stars.
