She is amazing and makes the most delicious pizzas. Very rarely. Not only is it rare to have a female-owned business but to have a black female owned business in East Texas? It's almost impossible to find. The pizzas as you can see for my photos. They are loaded from end to end with toppings. One thing I hate about a pizza is when a restaurant skimps on toppings. You will never have to worry about topps Pizza skimping out on toppings. It doesn't matter what you order the meat lovers, pepperoni, the cheeseburger pizza, the chicken. Alfredo, they will all be loaded with the perfect amount of toppings, sauce and cheese. The pizzas will be baked perfectly. My absolute favorite is that they allow you to do half and half pizzas. That's perfect for somebody like me who loves to try different pizzas but doesn't want to commit to a whole pizza just in case I don't like it. It's also perfect for families with picky kids because they can each choose the pizza they want. There's no extra cost to order a half and half pizza and that is really unheard of nowadays. Most restaurants want to nickel and you to death but not here. Topps Pizza is definitely a hidden gem in town and I highly recommend them. Some people complain about the price but compared to national chain restaurant the price is just fine for the quality of food you're getting.

One of them we ordered had a cauliflower crust because of some food allergies and it was great! If they can made cauliflower crust that good it puts them ahead of other places, as that is very hard to do and do well. We picked up one a couple of weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Yesterday on 12/17 we ordered (Take Out) the same Margarita Pizza and a I Love Meat pizza. We had company and didn't have time to drive back and ( wait another 30 plus minutes ( we had placed the order ahead of time online) so we scraped off the burnt as best as we could. I have not received any communication from them. Each pizza was over $25, one would think that they might want to at least say sorry, I guess they don't really care about hearing from a customer.
