Had an issue with a driver dropping a pizza about a month ago, we usually have pizza night once a week. They offered a free pizza next time. sweet right? Except the manager had an attitude because I wanted thin crust instead of what I ordered the week before. Next week, it takes over an hour to arrive. This week once again takes over an hour, but to top it off the pizza is cold and chewy. I was going say nothing but I've ordered pizza once before thru delivery. It's was Fresh hot Great. So after work tonight I wanted to treat the family to Papa John's tonight so I pulled up to do a Curbside order and while placing my order online I noticed the employees inside Neither one of the 2 employees inside building had mask on nor did they have gloves on. I saw heavy set man handing raw dough with ungloved hands wiping his upper lip with his Short sleeved shirt . Then he turns to get black square container and a silver cooking utensils with bare hands. complaint would be the same if it was Covid pandemic .But since it is a Pandemic I expect more attention to PROTECTIVE Gear . Thanks for listening hope it brings attention to proper PPE wearing. Like I stated above Pizza was Fresh and delightful during delivery order but after seeing how it was prepared I'm feel sick. We ordered our pizza at 5:30pm and requested it be delivered by 6:45pm. The order never arrived until 8:07pm by then I had cancelled my order and requested a refund. When I called at 7:15 I was lied to and told it would be here shortly, then when I called back at 7:40 I was once again told it was almost here. Then I talked to the "Manager" Alicia and she was very rude and not wanting to listen to my complaint. She just kept saying "We're obviously busy so what do you want?" I would never treat and talk to my customers as if they were a bother especially because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have a job. This location on s broadway is relatively new ( within the past 2 years). REL football group offers discount card for a deal here for extra money off! I will never eat here again! I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the new jalapeño popper rolls. When I picked up my order, the girl behind the counter was playing with her nose ring. I didn't say anything about that, but that's really gross. Then she was showing me my food and stuck her finger in the cream cheese from the jalapeño popper rolls. I didn't complain about that. I drove 20 minutes home and gave my toddler a piece first. She was about half finished when I notice a hair hanging out of it. I thought maybe it was just hers, but it was baked into the cheese. I got another piece and again a hair baked in. We found a piece of hair in each piece we looked at. We stopped at 4 slices, a hair in each. There was also one laying in the jalapeño roll box. I called the store and was offered a complimentary pizza next time, I said no because I will never be eating there again! For that much hair to be in a pizza means their kitchen has to be really disgusting. read more

For starters, there are flies everywhere. I mean Ive counted at least a dozen so far. Then the employees do not wear any gloves when handling the food. Health violations through the roof here. Then to top it off, you pay 18 dollars for a medium pizza. The medium is 10 inches long...let that sink in. You are pay for 6 small slices for almost 20 dollars. The slices you get have been touched by the employees unwashed hands and you are practically being robbed of a fair price and quality pizza. I am beyond disappointed at papa johns. I would rather have week old pizza from another pizza place, rather than eat papa johns "fresh" overpriced, undersized pizza. I will never eat there again. Very disappointed.
