Wow! I am not sure if the terrible service is just with the location in Tooele Utah or what. I have been a very long time customer of Papa Murphy's and even rated 5 stars. I have to change that now because of a really bad and unprofessional experience at this store. I ordered 2 pizzas. A hot honey pepperoni and a Thai chicken. I picked it up and took it home. There my son noticed that I had gotten a cowboy and a Thai. The first name was the same. I got the Thai and another Jodis Cowboy. Names spelled totally different and different last names. I call them and explain and the girl tells me to come back and they will give me a free side along with the correct pizza. We verified it was the Hot honey. I get there and she hands me what looks like a pepperoni with 2 of the hot honey cups that I purchased originally. It does not look like there is honey on it. I turn around and walk back in and ask her if she is sure this is a hot honey. She looks at it and says yes it is. I take it home and it was NOT. They have messed up my order before, but we love your pizza, when we get what we ordered. They are all young and standing around gossiping while they act like they are doing something. If they have a gluten free pizza, they only have a small sized pizza because of course only one person would ever be eating it, and it would never be an adult man with an appetite who grew up eating thick crust pizzas and a love of pizzas with tons of toppings. Instead the crusts are cracker thin. Just like every gluten free pizza on the market. Why can't they try to satisfy the people who like thick chewy pizzas with substantial toppings. No playing skimpy anymore. Please! The pizza tastes good, the service is good, the crust is what really lacks. And there are no other options. And this really small pizza costs more the the regular large pizzas my friends get. This is why I only get a pizza twice a year. read more

Terrible pizza and the "cheesy" crust has no cheese-see photo, worst part is this young 20-something "manager " said the cheese melted into the "pizza" which was flat as can be. She didn't offer to fix this problem, just that they keep "reporting " it to corporate. Terrible manager, arguing with a returning customer, saying she was the one who made our pizzas. I love the 10$ Tuesday promotion. We get three pizzas and eat pizza all week long. My favorite is the chicken bacon pizzas. They have a stuffed one and a single layer one. I love them both. The people at this location are helpful and they quickly make my pizzas every time. They are strangely more expensive than most cooked pizza places. This makes me wonder why. read more

Pizza is great, staff is not great. Ordered my pizza online to be ready at 2:00, showed up at 2:30 only to find them frantically looking all over the store for my order. The lady then looked in the system and said she could not find my order. She then proceeded to question me indicating that I probably ordered at another store or under another name. So, I pulled up my email confirmation for my order, showed her that it I was at the correct store and ordered under the correct name. She then proceeded to ask me what I wanted her to do. (Like I am the one in charge) I simply said I would like my pizzas. She then said again that she could not do anything because she could not find my order. If they had not already charged me, I probably would have left at this point because of how upset she already was at this point. I then pulled up my bank account, to show her that they had already charged me for my pizza order. She then walked away from the register throwing her hands in the air saying, "I cant! I literally can't do this today!" After that, the manager came over and asked if I was sure I knew how to place an online order, and if I ordered at the right location and under the right name. I said yes, and showed her the email confirmation. She then asked the order number, and said she would go and check the corporate computer in the back. After a few minutes, the first gal came back up and said, "Oh yep, we found you in the corporate computer." She then asked me if I wanted a refund, to which I said no, I just want my pizzas. She then said well, that is too bad cause It will be a two to three hour wait. I then said, okay, then lets go with the refund. She then yelled back to the manager, "he wants a refund!" and then told me it would be 2-3 days before the refund hit. After that, I walked out wondering what had just happened. Simply no care or regard to customer service at this establishment. Just people who seem like they are miserable and hate everything. No accountability and make you feel like you are an inconvenience right when you walk in the door. Luckily, I was able to call the pizza place in Stansbury who was able to quickly make up some pizzas in 20 minutes. read more

Okay, I have tried every pizza they have on their menu, every salad ,including the taco salad today, both dessert pizzas and their cookie dough. This is the best pizza I have ever had! I like the stuffed pizzas the most, but the original pepperoni is one of my favorites as well. If your a vegetarian, try the all vegetable pizza with artichoke hearts, it's great! The guys and gals working there are always friendly and smiling! I have gotten to know some of the employees there since I have had so many pizzas, at least 2 a week for the past year, but I wanted to make special mention of Mitch, Carlos, Jonah and especially Elijah! What a great crew, they know me by name and treat me like family! Sometimes they even say "Hi Dad !" when I walk in the door! This is the worst Papa Murphy's! Customer service is terrible. We ordered thin crust pizzas (for food sensitivity reasons), which they made with regular crust. When I asked them to remake them, they were hesitant, but finally agreed to. They took them in the back & came out with "new" pizzas. The crusts looked far smaller/thinner so I accepted them. When we baked them, the crusts puffed up like the regular crusts they were. The employee had just pinched the dough off to appear thinner. The mix is different for the regular crust than it is for the thin crust. The people with food sensitivities were not able to eat the pizzas. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, you cannot trust this location. read more

We also get the same pizzas, same size every time and we have been charged anywhere from $13-$17 for it, no sales or anything, the regular price changes with who is working the counter. Great pizza that you take home and bake in your oven. They also have salads, drinks and desserts. This place can get pretty packed so be a little patient. They also have a drive thru on the south side of the building. Try the Mediterranean style. read more
