Finally, Tooele has a great pizza place. Had the chicken pizza and the cinnamon twist. It was pretty good, a very hardy pizza. I hated going to Dominos. The pizza was terrible, but they delivered. Well to my surprise, Baldwin Guys Pizza delivers also. The wait time is a little longer during peak hours, but worth the wait. Friendly service. Can't wait to try other pizzas they offer. I want to share an amazing experience I had with a local business. I was in charge of coordinating a pizza lunch for one of my co workers retirement today. On another co workers recommendation I contacted Paul and Bald Guy's Pizza. I have never eaten their pizza before so was working completely on word of mouth. Well I have to say the pizza was really good and a great success for our party. But the amazing thing i want to share with you is how outstanding the customer service was. I placed a fairly large order and needed it delivered around 1045. This is before they even open. They made it happen without any question or push back. I have to say that this was one of the beat experiences I have ever had with not just a local company but with any company. Ever! The pizza was great. We ordered the meat lover pizza. The ingredients were fresh. The variety of meats on the pizza was high quality. Usually, pizza places use cheap ingredients to meet their profit margins, but Bald Guys uses quality ingredients. We also ordered the garlic twist bread. The service was friendly. Ok. So I I really thought this pizza was super bland. I didn't think it had much flavor at all. We did the "Italian" toppings on one side and "curry" on the other and I honestly could hardly tell the difference hardly. It was all rather meh. Ordering it they didn't take any identifying information at all. My sister went to go pick it up and she stated that she waited awhile at the front and the counter person never acknowledged her. Finally someone from the back (a cook) ended up coming up and giving her the pizza. Nobody asked her for money and she scooted on home. When she got to my place I asked her how much it was so I could pay her back and she said she never paid for it. I guess we accidentally stole it. However we did call and inform them and gave them our card info over the phone. I just thought it seemed very poorly managed and communication was not great. With the not so great service and the bland pizza I will probably be trying a different spot next time. (I didn't get any pictures because I literally went in to have my baby at the hospital an hour later and pictures was the last thing on my mind.) read more

This is my first time trying this pizza place in Tooele. The pizza is good. Lots of different unconventional options are available and appreciated. The owner is really nice. I asked the teenage girl working there why they didn't deliver to Grantsville, and she explained that they don't deliver under $35... Which is fine. We were excited for the new place in a small town, the pizza was really good, the salad bar needs more options for dressing but was pretty good as well. We did not try the subs. We each had one slice of pizza, because that's all that was available from the buffet. We waited 26 minutes for more pizza to be brought out, but so did about 7 other people, so the two pizzas that were brought out disappeared rightfully so, because it was delicious pizza. We waited another 13 minutes for more pizza then finally left hungry. We went back a second time to try it again and there was 2 slices of pizza on the buffet rack. So we didn't chance paying again and left. We will try again down the road. Hopefully they get it figured out. read more

6/26 Let me tell you a story of sheer incompetence. I called Pizza Express and was greeted by a cheery voice. I asked if I could order a pizza for delivery and the cheery voice said "Sure thing!". I make my order, which was nothing special. A large pepperoni pizza, with a 6 piece cinnamon twist. Cheery voice asks if I'd like to pay over the phone or at the time if deliver. "I will gladly pay over the phone", I cheerfully replied. I give cheery voice my card information and she says "Thank you! It's going to be........" at that moment I heard a not so cheery voice bellow "An hour!!!" Cheery voice tells me what Ive already heard and reply "Fantastic! See you then." 90 minutes later...yes, I said 90. 30 minutes past an hour. I call Pizza Express, and I am greeted by not so cheery, but not so gruff voice. I asked about the status of my pizza and I am told that my pizza was accidentally marked as pick-up. "Can I get your address and we'll get that right out to you." Huh? "Can you make me a fresh pizza? I really don't want a pizza that's been hanging out for half an hour or more on a rack". We now call this person Confused voice. I might as well have asked confused person the square root of pi .Once he figured it out he got so not so cheery voice and was told that it wasn't their fault and that I couldn't get a new pizza. Huh? Okay then! You can just charge my card back. Confused again talks to not so cheery and they come back with this. "If we can get your address we're just going to deliver your pizza anyway because we can't give you your money back." What? So now I have to explain to confused voice that if my card isn't reimbursed, I will call my bank and file a fraud claim. After listening to all the confusion, confused voice tries to say something, but I just say "I'm filing a fraud claim" and hang up. This is not how you do business. This is not how you run an eatery. This is not how you treat customers. Never again Update: By some miracle, the voices were able to figure out hot to refund my card. Thank you read more

Breadsticks are AMAZING! Though I was really disappointed to arrive at 11:15 for the 11:00 lunch buffet and there be ZERO pizza's ready. We got started with the very generic salad bar until the pizza finally came out at 11:30. If the lunch buffet starts at 11:00, the food should be ready at 11:00 am. I appreciated that the pizza's they brought out had two flavors so they brought out a lot of variety quickly, but we were there an hour and only 3 total pizzas came out. Back to the breadsticks, I would definitely come back for more of those! I'm not sure I would do the buffet again, but the pizza was really great. read more

Don't judge this book by its cover. It looks a little divey with different colors on each wall, little in the way of decor, and is in a strip mall. But the four kinds of pizza we tried and the garlic Parmesan bread sticks were excellent. The salad bar looked pretty barren, but the dressings we had with the bread sticks were tasty.
