My daughter completed a reading challenge and earned a free one-topping personal pan pizza. To mark the occasion, we decided to drive 50 minutes to the only dine-in Pizza Hut restaurant in the state of Utah. I had the personal pan cheese. The service was fantastic. They really made the day special for us. The place was clean and the decor was tasteful. They even had the chunky plastic cups with the pizza hut logo, unfortunately it wasn't red. The food was peak Pizza Hut. Unfortunately I live far from Tooele, but I hope to stop by here again someday. read more

Ordered three personal pan pizzas and only received one. The other two (one pepperoni and one cheese) were just square slices cut off of a larger pizza. I called the restaurant multiple times and was told I would be connected to the restaurant manager and was disconnected every time. Will not order from again. read more

I ask the girl why so much, she said they haven't updated the menu as of yet. Big difference. The young girl that helped me was good at her job and the pizza was ready pretty fast. Used the online ordering platform to place a order for an employee appreciation lunch/delivery. The ease of ordering and surprising my co-worker was effortless. Kudos to this location! I called the day of delivery to confirm that the order was received, paid for and would be delivered near the time I selected. My coworker received her order and said the delivery person was friendly and her pizza was piping hot. Thank you Pizza Hut for helping me (being on the party planning committee for my workplace) surprise a co-worker with lunch. You guys ROCK! I really love me some Pizza Hut, but have never been satisfied dining in here. The pizza is just as good as other locations, and the carry out seems to fly out the door, but the carry out is what it's all about here, so much that it ruins the dine in expierence. After you are sat, you may see your waitress three times total, as there is nobody specific to take care of carry out customers, and that's where they spend most of their time. Ten minutes after we got drinks with out straws, we were almost turned down by the next waitress we saw (for straws) because she wasn't our waitress. All of this was in a dining room with only two tables sat, and they couldn't handle this rush. Wonder why it's always so empty... The salad bar is VERY mediocre, and it sometimes may take a long while to be sat in the very empty dining room. The best way to eat there is to order the all you can eat pizza bar for lunch and take care of yourself. That's if you like the plain three kinds of pizza they put on. And don't come right when the buffet time starts, you'll have to wait for the food. Other than that, order your food, and come and pick it up. Not great for dine in. read more

This is one of the last remaining dine-in Pizza Hut restaurants around. We went for the novelty, and were pleasantly surprised with a very nice dinner. The server was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. Our $10 large stuffed crust supreme pizza was delicious ... and worth the huge amount of calories it packs. We missed the $5.99 buffet, which is apparently only available on weekdays during the lunch hour. Sounds like a good deal. An aside: It's been at least 20 years since I've dined in a Pizza Hut restaurant, and I was admittedly a bit sad to see they've updated the decor since the glory days of stained-glass light fixtures and dark red (or brown?) plastic cups. But it was fun to relive the memories. I hear there's another sit-down Pizza Hut location in Park City, and those are the only 2 in northern Utah. read more

We live a few blocks away and decided to try their delivery, took over an hour! The driver said he got lost... in Tooele, a few blocks away, he got lost? No thanks. Dominos delivery is where it's at. We sat down to eat before moving to Tooele to see how it was, a lot of menu items were not available, so we just ordered a pizza. Salad bar is basic. Carry out is better. Call in, go get it yourself. Their $10 box deal is nice. However if I'm going to go pick up, I'll do Little Caesars instead. read more

I've ordered online for delivery for a few years. Our order has been wrong at least 75% of the time. Missing items, wrong crust, wrong sauce, NO SAUCE, wrong pasta! I've received my text message telling me our order is out for delivery and 30 minutes later it still hasn't shown up. When it finally arrived 45 minutes after it supposedly left the store the entire order was cold. We had to reheat everything. I've answered survey after survey expressing my concerns and it seems to fall on deaf ears so we're done with Pizza Hut! read more

I used to go here as a kid, it has gone up and down over the years. Right now is ok, the service could be better, when I have dined in it has been clean, except for the bathroom. We usually order out, delivery has always been friendly fast and accurate. The pizza is tasty, greasy, but I haven't had pizza hut that isn't greasy. Our delivery driver called us and asked us to meet him at the Maverick in Grantsville rather than deliver the pizza to our home. He said that Pizza Hut no longer deliveres to Grantsville. This is one of the last dine-in pizza huts left. I really like and recommend the lunch buffet. It is really cheap and my whole family loves it. The waitresses are very pleasant and efficient. Even when they are extremely busy they make time to do carryout orders, as well as wait tables. The managers are all very professional and if you have a problem they make it right. Food is great I love some of the ppl there but I would like to tell everyone as a server for them Oh well I got fired today for missing one day and I even called in ahead of time but besides the point some of the guys and gals there are awesome but there are those few that are just bad I used to be manager for another place and myself nor my employee's acted in the manner they do I mean the blonde GM was even going to let another girl who makes minimum wage 7.25 take a waitresses table that makes 4.25 and keep her tips that is stealing in my book but overall from an employee stand point horrible but customer ok could be cleaner salad bar fresher. I joined yelp to post this....Heard there is new management, that would explain a lot. First of all on a Saturday night all they had was pan crust. I wanted hand tosse, then I ordered two large pizza's with three toppings from a coupon. I ordered sausage sausage (double sausage) and olives for my three toppings on the second pizza I ordered pepperoni pepperoni (triple) cheese for my three toppings. When I got to the restraunt to pick up my order I was told rudely that cheese is not a topping you have to order extra cheese. I would have to order extra cheese .....hello why did you not tell me this on the phone. I did not get extra meat on either pizza, actually I think I got less than normal. Maybe my choices for my three toppings made them mad. We have ordered from here many weekends because it was good. Next time I think I will call Dominos they will have all the dough and give me what I order. If they have a new manager maybe they need to do more training and concentrate on customer service. read more

So I ordered my food online. I asked for my pizza to be well done. Well I got a pizza so burnt it was actually black. If that wasn't bad enough it was cold when they delivered it. The driver was a joke. He came in insisting I take this $80 order that wasn't mine. I actually had to pull up my order conformation information just to show him that was not my order. Before he went to get my pizza out of the car he seen my money on the desk and asked if this was how I was paying for my pizza. I said yes and he took the money with him outside while he got my pizza. When he came in I asked for my change. He said, "Oh you wanted money back" Really. The drivers just assume what their tip is. How crazy is that. I did tip him because that's the way I am but definitely not for his service. I am so disappointed with my lunch I will never call pizza hut again. read more

I am usually not the one to write reviews, however, we have had a couple of bad experiences here so I thought I'd share them to let others know so they can avoid it happening to them. I am giving them two stars only because the second time they were nice and gave us our money back. The first time we went there, we ordered two pepperoni pizzas and when we went to pick them up, there were no pepperonis and it looked like it had been sitting there for at least 45 minutes. Mind you, we showed up 15 after we placed our order. We let them know we ordered pepperoni and they took the pizzas back, and sloppily threw some microwaved pepperonis on our pizza. We got a discount on our order, so I didn't feel the need to complain, when clearly we should have said something. That was our bad. The second time was tonight. We ordered wings, breadsticks, and the new grilled cheese stuff pizza. I opened the wings and it literally had white chicken feathers on and around the wings and our pizza was cold, so we had to reheat it. I called them and they took the wings off which was nice of them. I appreciate their customer service, but we will never be going back here again. read more

The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the pizza arrived on time. It was "warm" but not crisp. Compared to Papa Murphy's & Little Caesars, my "Large" pizza was more like a medium. It barely fed 2 adults & 2 teenagers. There were no leftovers because there were only 8 medium slices. I love Pizza Hut but I will never order from them again. The price of this "Large" Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Crust Supreme Pizza was about $21 (driver tip not included in this price). If the Large pizza was really large, I might eat there if I were dining in the restaurant & if it was the only place open in Tooele. read more
