Ordered the garlic parm wings. Was hoping it would be like Wingstop and they would be a dry wing. That was not the case. Drywing slathered in some sort of gross white sauce that tasted like neither garlic or parm. Maybe a weird Ranch Alfredo mix. I ordered 2 medium pizzas using the Dominos App because I realized I needed groceries and they weren't going to be delivered until late in the evening. I contemplated adding a frozen pizza to my groceries and decided they'd get here too late and Dominos would be faster -- that was my first mistake. When I placed the order it said the wait time was expected to be 23-27 mins. After I received the email confirmation, the ETA was updated to 31-36 mins. Totally fine. I watched the tracker. 30 mins later, it told me the pizza was out of the oven for a "quality check", cool, I should be getting my order soon, right? Not so much. 40 mins later I called the store to ask where my pizza was. The poor girl on the phone said it would be delivered in 5 mins and I could tell she was nervous about a confrontation. I am a Director of Customer Success (in a tech role) myself, so I understand what it's like working with rude customers and that's not how I interact with service workers. I attempted to kindly explain my frustration, but she kept interrupting me during that explanation (within 10 seconds of starting to talk) to try ti tell me how busy they are. Finally, when I finished, she said "well your driver will be there in 5 mins, like I said we're very busy." I said, "okay, but my order has been out of the oven for 40 mins and it's gonna be cold, so what can you do to make up for that delay?" She passed me off to the manager. The manager, Cameron, was obviously disgruntled as soon as he answered the phone. No positive customer service tone, no apologetic attitude, no offer to make up the issue. I explained the issue again and he said "well since you placed your order on a 3rd party app we have no control over that stuff so there's not much I can do." It's the Dominos brand app, whether they're a franchise or not, that does not meet the definition of "3rd party app". Anyway, I basically had to beg for an offer of a $10 credit, which turned into $5 because I already had $25 on my account from 2023 and he made up some BS about how he couldn't add it to the existing credit. Guess I should have learned my lesson in 2023, because this is the worst customer service I've experienced from a food service here in Tooele. The food arrived cold and tasteless after the driver wandered around our neighborhood for 5 mins and said he couldn't find the house because we don't have a number...it's on the curb. We've never had an issue with delivery service in the past finding our home and we've lived here 5 yrs. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future. If I were this franchise owner, I'd be seriously reconsidering my business model and employees. read more

The $9.00 pizza was a great idea, but something was wrong. I ordered everything I like but the pizza tasted wrong. I don't know what changed but I don't think I'll order a pizza again. I wish I could narrow it down but it was like there was bad ingredients. I had extra cheese, pepperoni, hamburger, Italian sausage, mushroom. It just didn't taste good. Overpriced and worst service ever! After ordering at the counter, I waited over 45 minutes while others who came in and ordered received their food. I should have looked at the pizza before I left the store. It was disgusting: no sauce on the pizza; it was overcooked and looked like burnt crackers. This was in the Tooele, Utah Dominos. It was a lesson learned for me: $17 for a medium pizza that I had to throw in the garbage. I should have taken it back, but I was pretty sure I would have to wait more than 45 minutes again. I ordered two extra large pizzas for a boys baseball game that wasclose by. I placed the order online an hour before pick up. The online order said the lead time was 18-28 minutes at the most. I placed the order off of Doninoes website and the information the site provided. I left the game to go pick up the pizza 20 minutes after the longest possible wait time the website listed. I felt like that gave them additional time. Initially the employees said my order didn't exsist and then they told me they hadn't started it. I promised the whole team a last game pizza and sadly Doninoes doesn't "deliver". . I won't be back, non reliable service. read more

Do not order a pan pizza from here. The Pizza was a mess ... cheese sliding off and cut like an 8 year old works there. Which really wouldn't have bothered me much until.... The center of the pizza was raw dough. When we called in about it - the response was "That's how it's supposed to be." Soooo the pan pizza is supposed to have raw dough? No thank you. So I do love the food that Dominos has my only gripe is with the Tooele store at night. Not during the day, I have never had a problem during the day. However, the mismanagement at night is terrible. I ordered pizza/chicken at 7:30 online it gave a 45 min estimated delivery, the tracking meter stopped at the quality check and never moved so I called the store at 8:36 and they said that being that it was easter they did not plan for the night to get busy so they were behind and I will get my food hot and fresh, and that my order was out the door. We live 10 or so minuets away from the store. Assuming I was not the only delivery I called back a half hour later and they said "oh sorry your order is still here." I told them to please do not deliver it I will come and get it. So I get there and they spend about 20 minuets trying to locate my order and so the employee, it might of been the manager says they must have given my order to the lady that passed me at the door. So she said the only thing we can do it remake it. I said it is almost 10PM Its too late just give me my money back please. She did and then said have a great day. That was it no customer retention, no I'm so very sorry. My job is in customer service and this place, the way they handled this whole situation was a big failure. Now I like pizza but not his much. I think I am ok to do without Dominos. I personally don't trust people like this to make my food. read more

I showed up at 9:40 to pick up my carry out order, everything was going great, awesome customer service, they really go above and beyond, but as I was leaving I saw a women who I later found out is the new gm Lisa, was yelling at an employee, because they were actively trying to fix they're taillight, Lisa was shouting and being very unprofessional in front of a customer, she was being unfair to the employee, about the whole situation. As a gm it really gives you no right to treat employees in such a way, but overall good pizza, and good customer service from the rest of the crew. read more

We called Domino's Pizza and asked to order a carry out 40 PC Wings half BBQ, half habanero as we have done many times in other locations and the employee told us it was impossible because there wasn't a choice on the cash register for it. It is about 6:30 pm and I am trying to do an online food delivery order. It says that I cannot order ASAP and that I have to choose a future deliver date and time. I call Tooele Dominos Pizza and ask why I cannot order online. They ask me if I am doing a delivery order. I tell them yes. They tell me that there drivers are behind and too busy and that I need to try to order online in about 2-3 hours later or try again tomorrow. We haven't had any problems since a few years ago until tonight. At that time they told us we ordered our pizza without cheese and refused to correct it. After a few years we went back when they moved locations and the service has been ok. Tonight we ordered and our pizza was an hour late and didn't really have crust on it. It took 4 calls, a refire, and a cancellation when we finally received cold pizza. We are regular customers but not after the service received tonight. The owners need to be less concerned about profit and be more concerned about customer service and paying their staff and drivers a living wage. I'm willing to pay more for a pizza to get it in a reasonable time, then wait three hours for a cold pizza, even with a $25 credit and a refund. It's just not worth it. Pay your drivers more and you may not lose customers! I wish I could give negative stars but one will have to do. I contacted Domino's in Tooele and was told the driver could not find the address‍so it seems the $40.00 order was just blown off! Super disappointed, no matter how many times i say LIGHT SAUCE they put way to much on it. Half the time my brownie cookie is burnt as well. Been ordering from these guys since one of their competition (P. J.s) had gone downhill. Consistently good service and really friendly staff. Haven't had a complaint about them yet :) Sometimes I even throw them curveballs, toppings on only one half of the pizza, big orders, etc. It's always been good so far. I am an online orderer (who wants to talk to people when they can click buttons? :P) and I find their site easy to use. Delivery's usually within 30-40 minutes, not too shabby at all, considering the competition took over an hour and a half a couple times to bring me cold pizza. Sorry, still bitter about that. Absolutely terrible service. The manager on 5/10 at 9PM was the rudest person I've ever spoken to at a food establishment. They are unable to provide the services they claim. They cannot provide cold sodas as their 'cooler is too small'. They recommend you put your drinks 'in a cold place'. So I can't actually have them with the meal I ordered unless I want them warm. I'm very happy with our local Dominos Pizza. They have always been really fast and, so far, our order has been correct. We had an issue one time when the pizza was a little over cooked (burned crust) we called the manager and they gave us a ticket to use for a free pizza the next time around. The delivery guys (and gals) are friendly and one guy even apologized for being a little late, even though he wasn't late at all in my opinion. We use the online ordering to make sure everything is to our liking... you can customize your pizza right down to the amount of sauce used. read more

Almost every time we order pizza from Domino's in Tooele they get something wrong. The Domino's Tracker app never reflects the actual delivery time and we usually have to warm up the pizza after delivery. In short, no attention to detail and poor quality control. read more

I love the Dominos app way more than I should. It's just so dang convenient to hit the "my usual" button when I'm at the light in Lake Point on my way home, and pick up a pizza on my way home. Way better than Pizza Hut. I get a free pizza after ordering six... which happens more often than it should. The Parmesan bites are probably laced with crack, they are sooooo addicting. read more

I had problems with my order...I ordered 2 20 oz drinks and some lava cakes with my pizza. Instead I got 1 2 liter and no kava cakes. The delivery person told me he was doing me a favor by giving me more soda for free...only problem was that the 2 20 oz drinks cost more than what he brought me, and I had ordered the smaller drinks intentionally. And the lava cakes didn't come at all. I was told to call the store since I wasn't satisfied. The store told me I could get the missing items for free the next time around (is it really "free" when you paid for it?) or wait another hour and come pick them up myself. read more

Charged my card five times. When I called the store to ask them to refund my money they had a canned rehearsed reply. They told me they where not responsible and that I had to call my bank. Really? You charge $90.45 for a pizza and I have to call my bank? This place does not value me as a customer. My wife and I have owned small business for seven years if there is an issue with charging a card we deal with the merchant account. If our merchant account ever habitually made multiple debits against any customer we'd change accounts. Still I have never heard of any accounts doing this. read more

I called in after giving my whole order and card number i was asked for my address then told that it wasnt the right dominos , so i said i would pick it up. Arrived at the location 10 min later they told me the pizzas were in the oven but did not know how long the oven took . Walked out to my car then back in five min later asked how much longer and was told by the mangager my pizzq hadnt even been put in the oven yet . Super frusterating worst customer service ever !!!! Delivery Driver was nice. Pizza took almost 1 1/2 hours to get made. Was quick to prepare and put in the over but took them almost an hour to check it for perfection. The Buffalo Chicken pizza I got was not only lukewarm but it was burnt on the top in some places and it was drenched in buffalo sauce with chicken on one side of the pizza and almost none on the other. Also, 1 pizza was not even cut and was still lukewarm. Bought a Philly Steak on 1 of the 3 pizzas and it had barely any Steak and was covered in onions with the wrong sauce (i ordered the white sauce, came in marinara). I had ordered Hand tossed on all 3 and they arrived thin crust. Probably not going to ever order from this location again. Would rather drive to Papa John's and grab a pizza I have to bake. Although papa John's pizzas have to bake, they will take less than 30min and it will be made and baked right. 1/5 stars for super super poor quality. read more

I have some issues with dominos that really strike a nerve with me. first one is a while back this blonde lady in a white car came to my door to drop off the pizza I ordered, she was in a very bad mood and I only ordered 1 large pizza the only change I had on me was a 20 dollar bill and as I was about to hand it to her I asked if she had change for a 20 and she literally said "are you f***ing kidding me?" And like shoved the pizza in my arms. Liikkkeeeee THAT WAS A 50% tip!? I was a waitress at the time and I tip anybody who works in food very well because I know how it is to be in that line of work. I literally live right behind lucky's. A 3 minute drive from dominos I don't know... next time I ordered I spent 380 dollars on pizzas, pastas, wings and tons of desserts, for a family function, I went to go pick it up and there was like 7 boxes so I thought it was all there and once I had gotten home I was missing 2 XL pizzas.. so I called and the lady who answered said and I quote "they were on the counter. it's not my fault you don't have the common sense to check your order."... in all my experiences of dealing with dominos... in my personal opinion they are so disrespectful and the attitude is awful.
