Today we decided that we wanted pizza. Since it was the only place that delivered to us, we decided to give Papa Rossi's a go. This is what we got: 1 Medium Cheese Pizza 1 Medium Hawaiian Pizza 5 Meatballs The medium cheese pizza was delicious! The crust was crisp and chewy with a great taste to it. The sauce tasted great! It was fresh and not too sweet or acidic-perfectly balanced. Oh, and the cheese! I think it was the best part! It tasted wonderful! Not like the cheese you get at Papa John's or Domino's. Instead, the cheese was flavorful and actually tasted like cheese, not plastic. Also, the medium Hawaiian pizza was also great! The pineapple tasted fresh, sweet, and tangy while the ham was juicy and flavorful. Last but certainly not least, the meatballs tasted great! They were in a marinara sauce that was quite good-it could better, but oh well! The meatballs were just the right size- not too big and not too small. The meat was mixed with a scrumptious blend of herbs and cheese-perfecto! Plus, the delivery was quick and all the people were so nice! The good thing with these people is that they repeat your order so you're not forgetting anything! Overall, I think that Papa Rossi's is one of the best pizza places around here! Was really hoping I could update my review, sadly this place has consistently disappointed since John Rossi sold it. They continue to cancel orders on slice and when they actually send the order something is always missing. Don't waste your money or time trying to order from them. read more

Hi, I ordered a large pizza from this place. I got food poisoning. I was up all night throwing up and had the most tremendous heartburn I've ever felt in my entire life. I wish they would revamp their sauce and dough. I wish I could say better things about this place but the pizza is just terrible. Please do better. Offering sales and two for ones is just a terrible way to get people in the door. You have to make your quality of food better. Good luck read more

I ordered a red and a white Margerita pizza and they were both amazing! Sauce is delicious, pizza was warm, delivery guy brought pizzas up my stairs like I asked. For some reason delivery guys/gals won't bring my food up the stairs. I was happy this guy did. read more

Can't say enough good things about this "find" in the Central Valley area. From placing the order with an incredibly friendly employee to receiving it in my hotel lobby by a cheerful and kind delivery person, it was a great experience! The food itself was OUTSTANDING. No ingredients were spared on the Greek avocado salad ... the chicken was packed with flavor and the portion size was more than I expected (some places simply cut a single chicken breast into pieces and throw it on top of greens). Also had a slice of pizza which seemed like it came right from NY - huge, thin, crispy and cheesy! As an added bonus (and surprise), a soft "garlic roll' came with the order! Will continue to order from this fantastic establishment whenever I'm in town. My only regret was not snapping and posting some pics before I dove into and inhaled my delicious meal! Liked it long ago but now not at all. Pizza was cold, greasy and burned on the bottom. Not sure what happened to them.

Excellent Pizza and Stromboli! Very friendly owners/cooks. This is close to our house and we order here often. We also often place large orders of 6-10 pizza pies and they are great at coming through for us! If we know that we need them by 11am, we call the night before so they keep the ovens heated so they are ready to go in the morning. Always have the orders ready quickly, no matter how busy they are. read more

have ordered from Papa Rossi's for quite a while and have always been satisfied. The last time I ordered the food was over an hour and a half late. Thinking I'd give them another try the same thing happened except I called them 15-20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and was told they would be making it soon! That meant my meal would arrive after 9pm...just too late! I asked them to cancel and credit my account. They didn't credit my account so I didn't get food and I didn't get a credit. BEWARE! this is the second order from this place that does not follow directions, I asked for lettuce onions and pickles on my sub, it comes with no pickles but tomatoes which I'm allergic to, I can't eat the sub because the tomatoes can't just be picked off. I told them for my dad extra sauce on spaghetti and no salad wanted, delivered with a salad and hardly any sauce, I'm done. read more

We ordered 2 large plain pizzas, 1 order of onion rings and 30 hot buffalo wings. My kids are very picky eaters and they loved the pizza, I thought it was great too. The onion rings were good and there was enough to share with the whole family. The buffalo wings were okay, I liked the chicken and the way they were cooked but I think they made a mistake on the sauce. I ordered hot sauce and I got some sauce that reminded me of a sweet and spicy honey sauce. It was not good but I just put some hot sauce on them and they were fine. I'm sure my kids will be asking me to order more pizza from them again soon. read more

Placed on order on door dash approximately 6:28pm. Called three times asking where my order is. Each time the reply was 10 minutes. My order finally arrived at 8:50ish. I Asked what the issue was and it was we are extremely busy! Really? 2 1/2 hours busy? Well got the food and my husbands buffalo chicken cheese steak was dried out and cold. I ordered food for pickup. The guy on the phone sounded like he didn't know what he was doing. He tells me 35 mins. Which is normal. So I showed up about 5-8 mins late. I paid for my order and the guys in the back just started cooking my order right in front of me. So now I'm waiting even longer. I also ordered breaded cauliflower and it was burnt. We have been waiting a hour and a half for our pizza to be delivered and is still not here. It is 7:30 at night! Still not here!! Ugh

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered a simple pizza with extra cheese and hamburger topping. Waited even 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be delivered. Called them it seemed they didn't even see my order. Then they said it would be delivered in 10 minutes. My delivery came and it was a calzone. So I called them to tell them that's not what I ordered but "it's like a pizza" they say. Seriously where is the customer service. It's like a pizza??? We've been a customer of Papa Rossi's since day one. We would order chicken cheesesteaks just about every weekend. The food was and still is very good. Slowly though, things began to change. The chicken cheesesteaks had less and less meat on them. We told a delivery driver who apologized and assured us it would not happen again. We decided to give it one more time but to our dismay, there wasn't even enough meat to fill even half the roll! This time we called directly to complain. I was told by the person who answered the phone that the owner would give me a call back. He never bothered! We live in the neighborhood and know several of our neighbors have had issues and have stopped calling there also. Sorry Papa Rossi, no matter how good your food is, your attitude is causing you to lose good customers! read more

I absolutely love the food here. And they deliver to Limeport! The problem with this place is they are super rushed every time you call them so every order we receive is screwed up in one way or another. I first started ordering from them through an app. How could that go wrong? It did. Even thought typing things out correctly would fix things, it still confused them. It's not worth the time to keep calling them to explain what was wrong. Tonight, 2 out of the 4 meals we ordered were wrong. So I continue to waste money on food they could be saving essentially(because I asked for no tomato, no onion) or the menu didn't specify these were in each meal. So who's to blame? I think I'm done with this place. I'd rather take the 5 mins to drive somewhere myself to ensure I get exactly what I want because they can not clearly understand it via phone conversation or spelled out directly through a food ordering app. read more
