Strip mall pizza joint located nearby the outlet mall. We were local and needed a quick bite before taking family to do some major shopping. They wanted Subway & I wanted a slice! Fortunately this place is next door to Subway, unfortunately the slice was average but it's cost was under four dollars. (I believe) So can't complain too much. One and done taste experience for me. i've tried to like this location on more than one occasions and i can't. the older white man at the counter is so rude and unprofessional. example i come one day and attempt to order 2 pepperoni slices ans 2 sausage . he tells me there's a wait because 1. they aren't ready and 2 ..ppl have called ans placed them on hold. i say ok cool wait the 20 min for the slices ans leava. the man tells me maybe if i don't want to wait to call and place a order for my slices i say cool 2 weeks later i go out of my way to hit this location and walk in the man to order 4 pep slices. he tells me no we aren't making any pepperoni until sausage and cheese is gone. wtffffffff if i wanted either of those i would've asked. orchard will most definitely get my business from now on. almost forgot to mention it was lunch time read more

Decent pizza, nothing special. They put the pepperoni under the cheese, the flavor is solid, crust is crispy but kind of dense. Sausage kind of lacks flavor, the veggies seem fresh. I would order it again but you could probably do better read more

This is good pizza! Do you need me to write anymore lol? Prices are decent and if you want a quick slice during your lunch break or after work, they have 2 slices for 5 bucks! 5 BUCKS! Skip out on the Little Caesars and grab something a little bit more fresh and authentic from Papa Saverios. I definitely didn't regret it and since it's down the street from my house, I'll be eating here a lot. My fiance and I want pizza weekly so, expect to see us often! I've been meaning to write this review for a while now and after stopping in this evening I decided I had to do this tonight. My family and I always get beef sandwiches and to date have never been disappointed. Pizza has always been good as well. The main reason however for writing this review is for guy who runs the front desk and answers the phone. He has always been so helpful and polite. His customer service skills are top notch. I explained to him once that my Mom was on the keto diet and the next time I called he remembered and told me about certain substitutions that would make her meal more keto friendly. That if you ask me is going above and beyond. I also noticed they now promote having keto options which I think is great for those on the diet who wouldn't necessarily think that would be an option at a Pizza/Italian place. I'm conclusion thank you sir for being awesome and because of you my family and I will continue to always come back! read more

I ordered a small pizza with very light to go cheese but the pizza wasn't made that way. I called and they insisted it was made w only 30% the amount of cheese they normally use and refused to make a new one as an exchange but for their error offered to make me a 2nd pizza for half cost. This location clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction and customer retention. Anyone would be better off ordering pizza from Domino's. They at least value their costumers. I gave them 2 stars because my boyfriend liked his burger although the fries were less than desirable/ soggy and not eaten. read more

Great pizza on a cold and snowy day I had a couple friends over and we ordered pizza. They delivered it to my door and it was still fuming.

Our family loves this location. We have never been disappointed with the service or the actual food itself. We were driving back from a wedding out of town and called to make an order for pick up without being able to view the menu online. An older gentleman picked up the phone and was beyond helpful with helping us place our pizza order with size specifications and details of all ingredient in their multiple salads. When we arrived we had a few minutes to wait and the same older gentlemen walked out our pizza and salad out to our car!! This was wonderful and great customer service for the day of driving we had just endured. If you want great pizza and wonderful customer service, don't hesitate to pick this location in Aurora. :) read more

I recommend the stuffed pizza. It's really cheesy and the crust is great, my daughter NEVER eats the crust and she loved it. Had the Chicago style Italian beef once and it wasn't as good. Not very much meat and not nearly as much cheese as the stuffed. read more

I have eaten there 3 times just to make sure that it wasn't circumstantial-and I'm sure. it is gross. the pizza is cardboard, their sauce tastes like they opened a can of tomatoes and dumped it on the crust. no flavor! The calzone was bitter because they burnt he bottom and the inside was so watery it soaked through the crust. I literally got sick off of the calzone. don't eat here! when we get delivery it is never under 30 dollars so I don't know what these other reviewers are ordering. if you want good pizza in this area, the only option is macianos off of butterfield. read more

Honestly, we've been ordering pizza from this establishment for months to even a few years now. Especially during this time, we continued to support them as they are a local business. Never had an issue, until today, when we ordered pizza and it came out burnt. I called them, and the owner said that I "NEED" to bring them the pizza today (keep in mind, it is now 7:20PM Sunday) in order to get a replacement. Everyone has already eaten an alternative meal to the pizza we've ordered. I did NOT request for a refund, but simply, make it right and replace it with what anyone would expect: a not burnt pizza. The owner was adamant about having me go out of my way to bring the pizza back TODAY. My answer is simple as this, no. No, I will not go out of my way and drive back 25/20 minutes at 7:20pm on a Sunday so that I can get a replacement for the pizza that I have already paid for. I offered to make a compromise and send them a picture with a time stamp of the burnt pizza they allowed to be served and picked up. The owner said, no. Bring the pizza back TODAY. Not going to happen. BUYERS BEWARE! This establishment is not worth supporting; take your money elsewhere. Domino's is right next to them, and they're cheaper. They probably have better customer service as well. read more

Never been here before so first impression wasn't the greatest. The cook in the back just started as us didn't even attempt to help us in n e ways. So we stood there for about 5 mins and the come to find out the girl working the desk was actually sleeping and another employee had to wake her up she then complained about he legs fallen asleep. Food isn't very good. Mike Walsh (the owner) isn't customer friendly. Our family had a coupon without an expiration date he refused to honor.
